I am not your traditional photographer. I take time to photograph your little one just the way they are, full of life. I let them play and have fun. I have LOTS of hats, tutus, pettiskirts, Matilda Jane and other boutique clothing, diaper covers, bows, headbands and the like for you to borrow for photos. That's what makes me a boutique photographer.You just bring the subject: I love little faces, and I do lots of close ups. That's where the magic is, in their eyes. And that little smudge of chocolate from the M&M's you are using to bribe them to smile.

We have worked with Sylver a few times already and every single time she does an amazing job. When my son was born, I signed up for a first year package. We got newborn, 3 mth, 6 mth, 9 mth, and 1 year and each time was great. She was so patient with our son and the pictures turned out amazing. We also switched up the pictures each time.some in studio.some outside.
A different feel for all of them which I really liked. And this last May when me and my husband finally got married we knew who to call for pictures! She did an amazing job. She was great to have around and the pictures turned out amazing. I would recommend her for weddings and studio work. She is friendly and her photos always turn out great.

Sylverstudio photographed two events for us in less than two years: our wedding reception and the homecoming of our internationally adopted daughter. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work we received! Sylver is very personable and really took the time to understand what we wanted out of the photography. All of our pics are beautiful--fairly priced with amazing communication. Highly, highly recommended!

Sylverstudio photographed my wedding in August, 2008, and we couldn't be happier with their work! Not only are they incredibly talented photographers (the pictures look great), but they are SO friendly, considerate and nice -- a real pleasure to work with. They are a small studio, so you know exactly who you are working with (Sylver and her assistant Tonia).
They provide such a high quality of service and go out of their way to make sure that everything is done right. And the ultimate bonus is that they are VERY reasonably priced compared to other Chicagoland photographers of the same caliber. We couldn't be happier!
