Apple Creek Flowers

There are so many beautifully decorated Christmas trees. Many gift items to choose from. A nice selection of poinsettias and fresh greens too.

Apple Creek Flowers did my Mom's funeral flowers. They were beautiful, well designed, and very fresh. The staff was attentive and listened to what we wanted and delivered them exactly as ordered. Thank you for making the day a little easier and for being so kind.

Starting out, my fiance and I were very excited to work with Apple Creek. We had a great wedding flower consultation and a good feeling afterwards. We signed a date reservation contract because we didn't feel like we need to look anywhere else. They said that if we didn't hear back from them in two weeks with a quote, we should call them back to check in.

After those two weeks they said it was their busy wedding season and told us to wait another month for the quote. Two months pass and we tried to directly talk to the owners but we were only allowed to talk to the store manager who told us that we should have our wedding quote "soon" and we were at the top of the list. We waited another month and tried to call them and we spoke to their wedding coordinator who said that we should have our quote "after the holidays" and there were only a few people ahead of us.

Since we were unable to receive a straight answer from them, we decided to have our wedding coordinator talk to them and see if she could get a better answer. After a productive talk, we were told we would have our quote around January 1st and there were five people ahead of us and we should send them photos for inspiration. One week later we got a phone call saying that "this was no longer a good match" and that we would be getting back our wedding date deposit.

We were shocked by this because we thought we were heading in a good direction with them. We called them back to see what went wrong and why they did not want to work with us anymore. Once again they said we were no longer a good fit and gave no further explanation. Overall, we felt like there was a lack of transparency and communication on their part.

We also felt like our time was disrespected after three months of waiting with no official quote. We were grateful for getting our deposit back but the whole experience left us feel mistreated. Read Less

I knew walking into Apple Creek Flowers that they would be perfect for the job. Their cute boutique upfront is warm and welcoming and their thorough consultation sealed the deal. Working with Lexee was such a pleasure! She coordinated our entire wedding and executed every vision I had perfectly. We were married in Long Grove but had our pictures taken downtown. Lexee made sure our bouquet's were delivered to our hotel on time so we were able to use them throughout the day for photos.

They set up the entire venue while we were out adventuring the city. They even stayed to bring the arch we rented for the ceremony inside so we could use it behind our bridal table. Thank you guys for making our big day that much easier. We are looking forward to working with you again down the road!

We asked for a bouquet of flowers to be sent for the memorial of a close family friend. Imagine how utterly mortified we are that what was delivered was an cheap Easter basket with a handful of flowers and greenery. Extremely disappointed at what was provided regarding what was paid.

From the initial consultation, we knew we had made the right choice in selecting Apple Creek to handle our wedding's floral arrangements. We gave them some ideas of what we liked and our colors and let them design everything. They sent some pics for approval the week of the wedding and we approved everything as they looked fantastic! When Kellie delivered and set out the flowers, we were blown away!

The pictures did not show how truly gorgeous every single detail in each arrangement was. Just WOW! They incorporated every item we had wanted. We both looked at everything and simultaneously exclaimed, "Perfect!" The floral crown was so awesome and enhanced the bridal dirndl look and each boutonniere was perfect. The fight for the centerpieces at the end of the day was intense!

I will recommend Apple Creek to everyone and we will be continued customers for all future floral needs. Thank you to Lynn, Wendy, and the entire team for making our day so spectacular.

Wendy and Lynn were amazing to work with. They made everything so easy and stress free. From the first time my husband and I met them we fell in love with their talents. They knew exactly what both of us wanted without giving one of us too much and the other too little. My husband CRIED when he got his boutonniere with a thistle on it and cried even more when he realized my bouquet had them in it too.

They both listened to us, attentively and took notes. The centerpieces turned out absolutely amazing, the decor was just to die for. Wendy texted me pictures of everything the entire week and honestly it was the only thing hyping me up for the wedding since I was OVER IT at that point. Everything turned out so great, please don't sleep on this vendor! They are AMAZING

The staff at Apple Creek is just absolutely AMAZING! They listened to all of my ideas and they truly made the most beautiful arrangements for my wedding. They made a hair piece for myself and my 15 month old niece and it was exactly what I had imagined. They were all so kind and it seemed like they were just as excited as I was! On the Tuesday and Wednesday before the wedding they started sending me pictures of some arrangements for my approval and they were perfect!

My mom and I went into the store two days before the wedding and they immediately asked if I wanted to see my bouquet and they made me so excited! They should be incredibly proud of the work they do because everything was amazing. I am now drying out my bouquet so I can keep it forever because I loved it so much! Thank you everyone!
