We feel a full understanding of terms and responsibilities is required for any business relationship. In promotion of that goal, we want you to be aware of our policies and terms as follows: Bills are due and payable in full, within 10 days of the date of billing. Any and all statements not paid prior to next end of month billing will have a 1% per month penalty added.

I had a great experience at Ralph's from reserving the equipment to drop off. The crew is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They helped me hook up the equipment to my truck, ran through basic operations and gave clear instructions on how to return the equipment. Will be going back here whenever I need to rent any other equipment.

They run a business that should be a model for how all businesses should be run. We had them tune-up our riding mower. They are super thorough and even took pictures of the non-visible components so we could see what was going on inside the engine. Service is highly personalized. They serviced the equipment quickly and accommodated our schedule for pick up and drop off. Ralph (who we were told isn't the Owner) is phenomenal. Thank you, Ralph!

I am a local contractor and use Ralph's quite a bit. We have used many equipment rental shops in the past but the service at Ralph's truly stands above the rest. I'm happy to say we exclusively rent from Ralph's now. If there is ever an issue they are quick to resolve it and their equipment is always well maintained.

Rented a push mower today, didn't really know what to expect since its my first time renting or being in this place. lawnmower was in superb condition but the best part of the experience is the people behind the counter. greeted me with a smile as soon as i walked in. very nice people to talk to. cost was decent too. and y'all get to meet peaches. Thanks for the wonderful experience guys.
