He moved from Elmhurst, New York to North Reading, Massachusetts at the age of 4 where he grew up with his sister Christine and graduated from N.R.H.S. in the spring of 1982.

Terrible customer service! Kipp dc used this company recently I spend over $60 for both of my children photos and only received one of their photos. The background was incorrect & they went to no measures to help me or the school out. Also these pictures are only headshots not full body. They also only take 1 pose. So I paid +$60 for the same picture 6 times. What a rip off! I would literally use my cell phone for photos before this company.

I love classic photographers from day one of picking my package the welcoming customer service and the detailed background descriptions helped in picking our photographer. Heaven was sweet from 1st encounter and her energy as well as the 2nd photographer went well with the personality of my wedding party perfect. I would Love to have them shoot another event for me.

First time using their services, through my son's school. I did not like the pose they accepted from my son. Terrible pose I would never hand these out to family or friends! I would not even frame the picture. Complete waste of money. They are not cheap! I tried to contact their customer service office, with only a voice mail option. This is ridiculous! I will never buy photo's from this company ever again. Get with the program Classic!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Terribly managed, low quality business with horrible customer service! Sadly our school changed photographers to this company. My daughter had to have picture retakes due to the poor quality of the first pictures, and hideous background. This company did not supply any details or even a form for picture retake requests and changes.
All I wanted to do was change the background, as their backgrounds are not very favorable. Because there was no form, I tried calling the company off and on for a week, leaving messages, with no return phone call. I then called the school who couldn't really give any information, telling me classic photography had not provided them any details regarding their retake policies.
This being said, I wrote a note on the outside of the envelope with my child's photographs inside, AND paper clipped a note onto her photos inside the envelope, and return all of this with my daughter on retake day to give to the photographer. When the pictures came in, they were still wrong with the incorrect background! I called the company again, and they actually answered the phone.
I explained to them why I was calling and told them I needed the pictures before Christmas, as it's traditional for our family to send our children's school pics in their holiday cards. I was told I needed to send the incorrect ones back, before they could send me the ones I actually ordered. This was less than a week before Christmas, and basically impossible for me to receive the correct ones in time.
I was then told that she spoke to the manager and that they would send the correct ones out to me right away, since this was a mistake on their behalf. The pictures never came! I will never use this company again! Horrible customer service and terrible quality photos and management! I will be using a separate photographer to take and place my children's school/ yearbook pictures!

I really didn't want to give even a star. My child's school pictures were taken on March 27 2018 and i finally received them on June 11 2018 after many phone calls to Classic Photography. Customer service was ok even though now after receiving my pictures i feel as though i was lied too. I was told that i would receive the pictures by Friday June 8th, however when i received my pictures yesterday 6/11 they weren't even post marked till June 8th so i don't understand how i would get them on 6/8.
I really wish AACPS didn't have a contract with Classic Photography because it makes me feel like i don't want to order pictures anymore because i don't want to go through this again.

I was so disappointed in my daughters FIRST EVER school pictures. I was so eager to buy them, and I assumed that I must pay prior to picture. which I did. I got them and she was extremely orange. I called the company and left numerous messages, and never got a return call. Picture day is tomorrow again, and I have no idea what I am going to say to my daughter. She will know it's picture day when she sees her friends, but I don't want to take another chance. these were not cheap. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

I ordered photos of my grandson--order number BQN9LNK2. I paid $68 for one of the packages. I received my digital download, which had one photo in the file--the digital download is only good for 30 days. I have e-mailed three times asking for clarification on why there was only one photo in the package. I hope I did not pay $68 for one picture. Can someone from your company contact me to answer my questions?
