Founded from modest beginnings from a kiosk at The Plymouth Meeting Mall, Balloon Celebrations LLC, has grown into a full service event decorating company servicing clients nationwide. Rick has been a class instructor at many national industry events dating back to 1987.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Balloon Celebrations creates the most impressive balloon displays. Cyndy and her staff are delightful. I really appreciate Cyndy's knowledge of balloons and guidance for whats best for the both the events I host and the gifts I have delivered. The staff is professional and efficient. The shop is super fun, too. I always find the best party decor and cards in there. I highly recommend Balloon Celebrations for all of you balloon needs- I would not work with anyone else. the best in Los Angeles.

My experience there was horrible. When I first it arrived in the store they were very dismissive towards me as if they didn't want to help. Every question that I had or requested I had for balloons they were telling me that they couldn't accommodate or they couldn't do anything I was asking for smaller balloons they were telling me that they couldn't provide smaller balloons the experience was horrible the customer service sucks!
I would never come back to that place they were acting very bougie and stuck up and I will make sure that I let everyone know never to go to this place again and I think they may be racist.

Love this place! Went in wanting balloons for my boyfriend's birthday with no idea of what colors or theme I wanted and Cyndy and her team helped me plan the whole concept! We ended up doing a big arch and some balloon bouquets. The party looked amazing! I would definitely use them for my next party.

While my first phone call was very helpful and gave me a lot of ideas of what balloons to get, the second follow up call with Cyndy was very annoying for me as she constantly makes dismissive sarcastic remarks over the phone and was not helpful in finalizing my decision. I would still recommend this place for their balloon diversity but avoid speaking to Cyndy at all costs.

Jasmine was so great to deal with! The balloons for our wedding looked so much better than we envisioned and added something so special to our wedding pics (yet to come!) I had been in contact with about 4 vendors who were really hard to deal with but these guys had great ideas, easy communication, quality products and competitive pricing! Highly recommend!

Recently, I organized my Father's 90th birthday, which took place at a country club in the Pacific Palisades. We wanted the occasion to be over the top, so we decorated the entire room to include ordering balloon bouquets from Balloon Celebrations. When our guests arrived, they were so taken with balloons they couldn't say enough about them. The staff at the venue were astonished at the artistry involved in the design and how they completed the room. Very exciting and made for a fun event!
