Paris Caterers

This past weekend my husband and I celebrated our son's graduation, from veterinary school, at Paris Caterers and it turned out to be a beautiful affair. Our family and guests were delighted when they entered the Paris Room. We received many, many compliments on the venue itself, of how beautiful the Paris room was, the set up, the delicious food, the drinks, Diane and the wait staff, and even the cleanliness of the bathrooms!

I had an exceptional experience, from start to finish, in planning the party with, the coordinator, Nicole who was a pleasure to work with. Any questions I had were promptly answered, she offered advice, and just made everything easy; especially, since because of time constraints, the party was planned in one month's time! I had the good fortune of the venue being available for the day I needed and everything fell seamlessly into place.

I've had many parties at other venues but I found the staff at Paris to be very accommodating, honest, and just so easy to work with. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Keith, who treated me as if we had known each other forever, when we met to book Dance Party DJs. All in all it was a wonderful experience! Don't hesitate to book this place for your special event because you won't regret it!

They say that the best compliment is when someone copies or mimics what you do and one of my guests will be contacting Nicole to book a party at Paris in the near future! We just had our daughter and son's in law wedding reception this weekend at Paris! What a fabulous time. I had nothing but compliments from our guests about how nice of an affair it was. Lots of food that was all so delicious and endless! Everyone kept raving over their dinner. Dance party DJ's woohoo! Still hearing about it! Keith made sure our night was flawless and fun and it was! Joanne was also so helpful and accommodating.

I don't know the rest of the staff by name but all were terrific. It was a longtime waiting for this moment, postponed several times due to pandemic and Keith really made our kid's special day perfect! We will definitely come back!

Paris Caterers was awesome from the start of planning to the actual wedding day. The service from the staff was superb during the wedding. (I cannot stress this enough!) They assisted us with details of the bridal prep through the actual ceremony and afterwards. Any situation we came across the staff was able to assist. They managed the day efficiently and effectively without a hiccup! Diane and Pete were the best ever, I mean THE BEST!.

They were very helpful and I honestly couldn't see the day going as well without them. They made sure our wedding was on time and seamless. My guest were all very pleased with the service received by the entire staff at Paris. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a memorable wedding or event! The decor is fabulous inside and outside.

The most beautiful place to have a wedding! Keith and staff were wonderful! Keith kept everyone having a great time from beginning to end. I've been to many weddings and the surround system for the music was best! The food was excellent! Received many compliments from our guests stating this is the best wedding they've been to. The staff accommodated my mother who is in a wheelchair chair.

I just got married here at Paris on 3/19 and let me tell you it was the most incredible time of my life!. the weather was perfect that day to have my ceremony outside the food and entertainment was just amazing. I had 180 guest and not a single person complained and was all around a great time I would definitely book this venue again! Keith, bob, Pete, Nicole, and Diane were all great from beginning to end I had the perfect wedding day!

We registered in advance for the event. She didn't care. Just wanted the money for an event that was advertised as FREE. Me and my fiance ordered general admission to the Bridal expo at Paris Caterers and received our confirmation E-mail with QR code. No further email was received after the confirmation. However, at the entrance when we showed up for the event, we were informed that our tickets were cancelled because the information was filled out incorrectly and we were forced to pay $10 for an event that was advertised as FREE.

We declined the $10. Since we already registered for this event, a professional response would have been, We received your registration however, could you please correct these errors now. And been given the opportunity to correct the errors so we could go enjoy the event. Unfortunately, the woman was short tempered and abrupt with us and offered no attempt to correct the errors in the registration. Noone is perfect and sometimes people make mistakes.

Customer service is the appropriate response not rude and abrupt behavior and forcing us to pay for an event advertised as Free. I agree with my fiance's review. She was unprofessional and just wanted the money. As a couple looking for vendors for our wedding, we would have loved the opportunity to give the business to professional vendors who attended the expo. Instead, we were blocked by this woman who lacks customer service skills.

A professional would allow the customer to correct the errors and continue to the event. Communication was poor because no further email was sent/received after the confirmation email.

We hosted my daughters Sweet 16 at Paris. From the 1st time I walked into the venue the staff was welcoming and professional. My party planner Nicole was easy to contact and clearly communicated with me every step of the way. On the day of the party the staff greeted us with kindness and their only concern was making my daughter's party the perfect celebration.

The DJ Darren from Dance Party DJs was awesome! He played the best music and all of the kids danced the entire party! The food was excellent the service was exceeded my expectations. The party was perfect and before we knew it was over. Thanks again Paris for helping my family give my daughter a night she will never forget!

The owner is excellent and knows the business well. He walked us through every aspect of our daughters sweet 16 birthday party. Every detail was discussed and went over like a professional. I would highly recommend Paris Caterers to host your venue.

Met a friend at the annual Coastline Christmas Party. The buffet was average. The drinks were strong, offered top shelf as well.

Paris made our day more than what we could have ever dreamed; they exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was super friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. Our first reveal of the ballroom was everything we had expected. They are diligent in making sure they take care of the smallest details and requests. Their hospitality towards our guests was exquisite and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Diane was phenomenal in coordinating all of our last minute plans and helped to take the stress from an already stressful day! We would definitely recommend Paris Caterers to anyone holding a special event!

I was able to have my boyfriend's birthday party here last night and i cannot believe how amazing it turned out. from tentative staff, amazing food, excellent bar service. Paris knocked it out of the park. i definitely look forward to booking with Paris again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience with Paris Caterers from start to finish with our wedding! They are so professional and personable, they truly care about their clients. They really make the planning aspect stress free and listened to exactly what we wanted. As for the wedding day, the entire staff was so kind and friendly as well as organized and efficient.

The food was PHENOMENAL! Nothing but wonderful comments from all of our guests on every aspect from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception and our after party at Roberts. So many guests were highly impressed. Our wedding was nothing short of perfect and it truly was due to Paris Caterers!

I recently had an anniversary celebration here. The workers were very nice and professional. The food was great. When I arrived everything was well put in place as asked. The downfall is I was told before hand that I would get the leftover food, if possible, that my event had and I didn't get it. I saw the leftover food in the trays and when I asked two of the workers if I could get it to take home, they stated that I couldn't.

I feel if I put my money out there to spend then I should get whatever is leftover and not for anyone else to take. I also requested pork loin and I was given stuffed pork with spinach. It wasn't what I requested but it's what was given. The other food options were correct but if I'm paying for something it should be accurate. If I'm told something by management in the beginning, it shouldn't change the day of the event. I'm just being honest.

Thank you for making our wedding the most magical day of our lives! To say your whole staff was amazing is an understatement. You worked with us through the whole pandemic and did not charge us any extra money unlike other vendors. I heard so many horror stories from other brides - so thank you! Thank you Bob, Keith, Diane, Nicole and Joanne and the rest of the staff.

From beginning to end our event was very successful. Nicole made sure we had everything we needed and had a great response time. Joanne our banquet captain made sure to keep things on track and Jackie did a good job keeping up with so many requests. Lastly, the food was absolutely delicious. I have picky eaters and everything was seasoned to perfection. I would definitely recommend Paris Caterers again!

We held my fathers Memorial at Paris. I could not of asked for a better experience. Nicole in the office was kind, understanding and professional. The food was outstanding. There was not one issue. Now let's talk staff, AMAZING. Our bartender was a total sweetheart and the servers were very accommodating. Now let's discuss Joann, she went above and beyond to make sure my Dads Memorial was perfect.

Anything needed she was there for. Many of our guests were raving about the entire experience. We will definitely be referring friends and family here for all types of events. Thank you Paris for making a painful day a little easier.

Keith Many thanks with love in my heart for a sensational wedding for my granddaughter Gianna and husband Roman. Our relatives and friends said this was the best wedding they attended. My husband and I held our daughters wedding at Paris 2 days ago! It was magical! They executed our every wish to perfection! We had a vision of what we wanted and they went above and beyond! Our guests are still raving about the food, music, service, lighting, cleanliness, atmosphere.you name it! It was PERFECTION! The staff here is so unbelievable in their knowledge and professionalism and yet they are warm and gracious!

We knew we wanted it here from the start because we had been to other events here and we were not disappointed! If you want a wedding or event to remember, look no further than Paris Caterers!

Before covid we had The Edgewood Mega Reunion here I can't say enough about the staff and how helpful they were! The food is the best you have to experience this place and the friendly atmosphere. We loved it so much we booked our wedding here and we're doing the Edgewood Mega Reunion here again! Definitely 5 STARS!

My friends booked this place for a brunch/lunch baby shower and everything was lovely. The staff was polite, friendly and on top of everything. I sadly didn't get many pictures of the venue itself but it was clean and beautiful. Out front is a beautiful fountain and they even have a gazebo if you want to take a few instagrammable pics. To be honest the location seemed out of place but wasn't too hard to find.

I really liked how charming and elegant the entrance area was, and there are multiple rooms you can rent. I'm not sure on rental prices since I was not hosting the event but I can say the rooms are large and open and can hold a good amount of guest. Kudos to the staff here, my friend said she really had a good time at her shower and everything PC did was great.

Trying to find where to start due to there being so many great things I can say about Paris Caterers, Diane, Nicole and all of the staff at this establishment. Let me say as the Groom and Bride we know that alone comes with A LOT of stress, but due to the professionalism of this place especially from Diane from beginning to end, stress is something that really was never a factor.

This was shown when the groom the day before was really upset about people cancelling to that day and changing guest, Diane reassured him that everything will be ok and that it will all workout and from that point on that is what happened. Yes, know wedding I have been apart of or been to has ever been perfect. But even with the minor hiccups the Groom and Bride had the wedding of their dreams and have been the talk amongst their family and friends every since their big day (8/18/19).

The ceremony was absolutely amazing and the setup was one that we will always remember. The cocktail hour was something that everyone was and continues to go crazy over to the point that many expressed being surprised when the reception began because they didn't know where they would be putting the rest of their food. The reception was one for the record books and even with a few hiccups here, it didn't stop the celebration or party from stopping and that could never happen without the help of Paris Caterers team (Diane and Nicole). Overall, our day was everything that we could've hoped for and we would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for everything and I wish you guys nothing but the best in the future. A&A (8/18/19)

We were recently there for a wedding reception. Nice venue, but the food and service was VERY SUBPAR. I ordered my filet medium, but it came out well done and bland. My potatoes came out cold. There was also a shortage on filet, so they were asking (demanding) that 15 people volunteer to change their order to chicken. Not to mention, the Banquet Manager Diane involved the groom, by asking him to make this unusual/inappropriate request of his guest. Diane is definitely in the wrong job/field, because she was/is extremely rude, unapproachable by guest and her staff, and has limited (if any) customer service skills.

Their lack of proper food planning and poor handling of "their" problem only exasperated the issue. I would not and can not recommend this place, especially for a wedding. BEWARE OF THE BANQUET MANAGER DIANE!

*UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO KEITH'S RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW* I am commenting from a GUEST perspective and my comments are relevant to ME and anyone that may be looking for a venue. I am glad the groom left a nice review for you AS HE SHOULD NOT HAVE SEEN THE YELLING BY DIANE OR THE LACK IF MEAL PLANNING ON PARIS' CATERERS BEHALF. That was noticed my several guests and left a bad taste in all of our mouths.

You should perhaps spend more time focusing on how to improve that instead of commenting on our reviews with no helpful insight. Have a great day!******************. was on site to attend a wedding at this location yesterday. The ceremony and the cocktail hour went by beautifully. However during the reception, there were a few things that gave me cause for concern.

The manager (Diane)spoke rudely to her staff on several occasions, loud enough for the guests to hear. She got upset when several guests may have possibly been at the wrong table. She loudly chastised her staff to STOP taking dinner orders while this was being addressed, which in turn led to a rude announcement being made over the mic. At some point during the course of dinner it was determined that there were not enough steak dinners to match the amount of guests that ordered it.

I don't know if this was due to the venue not preparing enough or if folks changed their order when it was being taken. HOWEVER-this is something that the groom SHOULD NOT have had to make an announcement over the mic to get volunteers to change dinners. This could have and should have been handled BY THE VENUE without the bride and the groom EVER knowing this information!

At the same time, Diane shouted that the bar is closed and told everybody to go back to their seats. All of this was very unprofessional and let me know that I would never choose this location to host an event if she was in charge of it. These sentiments were echoed by those at my table, as well as various other guests. If you want to provide a service as a wedding venue, then I suggest making some changes.

The remainder of the staff were great (shout out to Debbie and the female bartender) despite having a leader that clearly lacks skills needed for the service industry. *ETA* if I had to review on food alone I would give them two stars. It was a bland, underseasoned and I left hungry!

We pride ourselves on homemade food and service. But here at Paris Caterers service means everyone is family and we are always willing to listen to our customers that have traditions that we never experienced before. The owners and the staff love our jobs just ask us when your here. Have a blessed day!

Came here for a Christmas party. The people working were very nice. Everyone from the coat check, to the wait staff, to the bartender made sure you got what you needed and did it pleasantly. Never did a dirty plate or dish sit long. They set up and broke down service tables quickly and quietly. The place was bright and clean. It felt big md spacious.

I liked the food. The salad bar had a lot to offer and everything was fresh. In addition, a cold noodle salad was memorable. The hot menu was tasty although not low cal! And the desserts were delicious. They went fast! I would recommend it for a party.

I went to my best friend's wedding here. The venue was really pretty and nice. Everything looked beautiful. The appetizers were so good! The dinner food though not so much. The buffet line went fast.

Fantastic! The service and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, professional. I had my wedding there over the weekend. The food was served hot and was prefect. The buffet line move quickly and no one had a long wait. There was never a dirty plate or empty drink on the table, however I never saw the wait staff carrying plates. They were never in the way but always there when needed.

Everything ran smoothly even with the couple last minute changes that had to be made. Every need of the entire bridal party and guest were meant. The flower girls meal was served before he ceremony so she was not hungry during the ceremony. I had a guest with several food allergies and they made her a special meal. The I'm house DJ was awesome and the bakery that did the wedding cake was wonderful. I can't express how wonderful my wedding was.

The best venue. My daughter had her Sweet 16 here on Nov 24, 2017 and they did an exemplary job making sure that her party would look great. I can't thank Keith and Bob and their staff enough. From the day we signed up, around January 2017 through the day of the event they constantly made us feel were taken care of. I truly made a great choice of a local venue. Friendly management and staff, delicious food, beautiful venue. Couldn't ask for more, lots of good memories to treasure forever.

Hosted my daughter's sweet 16 at Paris Caterers. The place was very nice and the food was good. However, what set Paris apart was the staff. Sharon and her staff were absolutely amazing. They made sure everything went smoothly. My daughter and friends had a great time. Thanks for making this a wonderful event

I'm very surprised at some of the poor reviews. Just came from a wedding here tonight, and the staff and service was PHENOMENAL! I can't say anything better about them. Diane and Sharon made sure that everything went smooth and perfect. They really went above and beyond. The bartender was also courteous and made great drinks as well. The food was decent, not the best, but it wasn't bad. The orderves were better than the actual meal in my opinion, and they also brought out a nice selection of desserts as well. Overall, I'd recommend this place.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding over the summer, and we had the bridal shower here. The staff was absolutely amazing, and could not have done enough to help us. They brought out dollys at the end of the shower, and helped us cart the massive amount of gifts to various cars (we should have rented a U-Haul. it was insane!). The shower was a surprise to the bride, and the staff kept an eye on the front door and ran to tell us when she had arrived so that we could be ready.

The room was nice, although it seems better suited for a shower than a wedding. There wasn't anything wrong with it; it just seemed a little too casual for a large wedding. The reason they do not get more than 3 stars is the food. The food alone would have earned then 0 stars, if possible. It was bland and severely overcooked, to the point where it was mushy and completely unappetizing. We had a chicken dish, a pasta dish with red sauce, and shrimp. Every item was overcooked.

After a number of emails about being able to accommodate me with under the minimum of 100 guess, multiple emails, and even a phone call the morning of. I drove 2+ hours to have a tour. They weren't prepared and after 2 minutes of the tour, she acted like I was wasting her time. She was searching for things wrong with what I WANTED without even asking.

After showing me the room she basically picked apart my questions to quickly get me out. told me for the number of guests, I'd just be able to use a restaurant. No one can do a wedding for 80 people! To bad there are two amazing places near them that will do a 50 person wedding and it doesn't smell like old soap and moth balls. The kicker, she make my party of 5 to use the side door cause of the other guests having a party! Like I'm a piece of sh*t.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had my baby shower here and it was the WORST experience ever. First of all we paid for more people then could actually come so you would think that they would have at least had enough food for the ones that did come! Food was just ok but beware they almost ran out of all the entrees(so embarrassing). They started giving ridiculously small portions towards the end to try to hide it.

They tried to give me 2 small shrimp as my entree! And the ac broke in July and they tried to deny it until the very end of the event. Hello I was 8 months pregnant and all my guests were wiping sweat off their faces! Don't tell me the ac is as high as it can go! And we weren't even close to the max capacity for that room so it was not normal body heat raising the temp of the room.

Also the party manager was so rude and awful to me, the pregnant celebrant, during the whole a/c debacle. So I would Never EVER recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy!

I had recently attended a Benefit at Paris. Parking was No Problem with a covered Carport to drop off / pick up guests. Very nice entrance way and banquet area. Acoustics are excellent for Live Music. Dance floor located in the center of room which is nice. Food was above Average Catered Food. Promptness and delivery of the food was Excellent! Service was Excellent! I would recommend this venue for events. Chef Gary Curry
