Sharon went out of her way to deliver before my wife came back from her Birthday Lunch. Ordered the night before and delivered by 3:00 PM the next day. Flowers are extremely fresh and look better, 3 days after, than the day they were delivered. Excellent value and service! Added a second picture of these same flowers 8 days later. Only the Hydrangea had to be removed

I hired Lilypots to provide floral arrangements for my engagement party and I was blown away with the results! We had a designer send over the color scheme to Lilypots, so I never saw the arrangements or what exactly they would be making for our party. The flowers turned out PERFECT. The company is run by Brit compatriots now in the US. Cassie is amazing! We had Lily pots do our flowers for my wedding this past weekend, 8/29/20 and OMG! They did not disappoint! The bouquets were absolutely stunning! More than I could have imagined them! We got so many compliments on the flowers and just how responsive they were with everything in such a timely manner. I will totally recommend and be using them again!

The pandemic has made me incredibly aware that we need to shop local. I sought out a local florist near my sister's home for her Birthday arrangement instead of using one of the dot com sites. I had flowers delivered for our family to beautify the table for Thanksgiving. The arrangement we received is the absolute most beautiful and unique arrangement I have ever seen. This is at least the 3rd time I've ordered from Lilypots and I am always happy with the quality, design and freshness. Don't hesitate for a minute to order from this florist.

I ordered 3 growers bunches of flowers from Lilypots to use in arrangements and on a cake for a baby shower that I planned, and I am definitely pleased with how everything turned out! Cassie answered my emails very timely to ensure the bunches were ordered properly, and they were very clear on what options I had. I chose Lilypots over a slightly less expensive option because the customer service they provided definitely helped mitigate the stress of party planning. Overall, I was very happy with the experience! Picking the flowers up on a Friday afternoon was a bit more difficult due to the many weddings and deliveries they are often juggling, but I totally understand this is a crazy year and weddings are the core of their business!

They called me about what time frame I could get my flowers and were very apologetic it varied from their store hours, but I definitely appreciated the open communication and customer service! Also, they have designated free parking in front of their shop for customers which is a huge plus in Lake Geneva!

We used Lilypots as our florist for our Grand Geneva wedding and we could not be more impressed. The flowers were incredible and their attention to detail is unmatched. I've worked with Cassie from Lilypots SO many times personally and for my business. They do great work! They always deliver great arrangements/flower crowns and are SO accommodating. I recommend Lilypots to all of my clients! I've attached an image below from when my family had a session with Twig and Olive in Madison. Lilypots made these crowns with only a few days notice and they were beautiful, per usual!

I placed an order online yesterday and these beautiful flowers were delivered today to a grieving friend. The arrangement is stunning. One of the prettiest arrangements I have ever seen is what my friend who received them told me. When I called this morning to confirm my order, the owner was both professional and kind. I used Lilypots for my wedding 9/17/16. Overall, the team was excellent in working with me to create my desired floral arrangements for the attire accents, ceremony, reception and table centerpieces. It was helpful to have images and samples to work with to conceptualize the finished products. It was also really nice to have their input in considering centerpiece details and easily renting from them.

The Chuppah turned out perfectly and the more simple design they recommended was a wonderful decision as it allowed the beauty of the venue gardens and fountain to not be overshadowed or too heavy. I must say that the only disappointment I experienced was in the pink flowers as they were definitely not the specific type I had requested-- sweet elegance roses.

The ones provided were not even similar to the main floral piece that I had selected, which is my favorite flower. I had used this flower to determine color scheme, decor and accents for the entire wedding. I wish I had known in advance that I would be getting something completely different as I didn't know they weren't able to get the flower we had carefully selected and emailed photographs.

Upon inquiry, the team kindly responded that it was not available and that they requested the most similar flower. Had they informed the company they purchase through in advance of my selection, they may have been able to get this information ahead of time, inform me and allow the opportunity for me to consider an alternative. It was disconcerting that I would discover this on my wedding day when handed my bouquet. However, I was pleased that they were able to incorporate family jewelry heirlooms (vintage pins) into the bouquet arrangement.

Although the wrong flower detail didn't ruin the day at all and everything else they did was stunning, I couldn't hide my feelings about this as the roses I selected were meaningful to me and were to add a vintage element to the day. Regardless, we sincerely appreciated getting to know the team of kind and creative women. Their insights and care going into the day made it an amazing floral experience!

When planning my October 8th wedding, I went into Lilypots a year ahead of time not really sure what I was looking for. I knew what I didn't like and Laura and Jeanette spent all the time necessary to help create my vision for the wedding. Over the course of the next year, I changed my mind a few times and even had some last minute back and forth changes just a few weeks before the wedding.

They were absolutely incredible to work with! They were so patient and beyond helpful. The day of the wedding, I was completely blown away by the end result. All the bouquets were stunning, and our arch was INCREDIBLE. The centerpieces we rented from them turned out perfect and everything was FAR BEYOND our expectations. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the quality and service of this shop. I drive a fair distance just to do business with them. Their shop is amazing, great pottery, vases, and things that smell good (candles etc.). Its a delight to enter. You will never go wrong spending your good dollars here. They're worth every penny.

Lilypots is wonderful! I proposed to my fiancee last weekend and had Lilypots prepare a wildflower bouquet for me in advance that I could surprise her with. It was an incredible bouquet! Joanne made a bouquet that was exactly what I had in mind, and my fiancee said that they were the prettiest flowers she had ever gotten! Also, Joanne and her staff were very friendly and helpful.
