Stony Point believes in customization and understands the challenge of paying for a wedding. Ask us about our payment plans to ease making large deposits and final payments. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. To pay by cash or check please contact us at 785-594-2225 to make arrangements. All prices below include ceremony and reception.
Stony Point Hall offers wedding coordination as an optional service in addition to the rental price. Our valuable inside knowledge of weddings, the hall and the grounds are at your disposal to ensure everything runs smoothly and reduces wedding day stress. From planning assistance to vendor coordination, we will smooth the road ahead towards the wedding you dream of.

Greg and I had our wedding on 4/2/2022 and could not have asked for a better location and staff. Lucretia and Team went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. They are willing to step in and give suggestions to make everything run smoothly. These are the kindest people you will meet who are truly committed to making sure your wedding day goes off without a hitch.
We hired Stacy to help with the vendor planning and after wedding clean up. They did an amazing job and took care of all the cleanup and packing. The venue so beautiful and you can really make the space into whatever you are looking for on your special day.

Just had my daughter's wedding there last night and it was perfect! Lucretia and her team are so friendly and a breeze to work with. The pictures online don't quite do this venue justice - beautiful views, photo op areas, DJ/AV station makes it super easy for plug and play, lots of different lighting options, large bathrooms, numerous items to rent - this place is really fantastic! 10/10 will recommend for any kind of gathering!

Went to a wedding here recently. Very beautiful venue, loved the outdoor fountain and the artistic value of the hall. The ceremony was outdoors and you could hear cars pass by on the highway since it's not too far off the road. It wasn't enough to stop the ceremony or anything, but you definitely heard it. Also, we could barely hear the pastor and the bride and groom so I would recommend microphones for anything outdoors. Indoors, it was a great space, and the bathrooms were clean. Cell phone service was spotty but not impossible. Pretty easy drive from Lawrence on K10 or Kansas City on Highway 56.

Had wedding and reception here. It was an awesome experience. The land and scenery was perfect for our theme. The staff was very helpful. The prices were hard to beat. Definitely recommend this venue for those looking for cheap and simple. Thank you Stony point hall for making it a great day for us!

Russ and Lucretia are good honest folks that were great to work with. Lucretia is so professional and helpful during the planning process and the day of the event. The evening event managers were so easy-going, delightful and helpful in getting the hall cleaned up. Our guests were so amazed at the lovely, unique venue. It reflected the warm, friendly, country atmosphere that the bride and groom wanted.

We used the venue for our wedding and reception and it was exactly what we were looking for. The interior looked nice without much decorating and everything had a good, unique feel to it. They had pretty much everything we needed to host the event and often for cheaper than it would have cost to rent at other places. The owners/staff were on top of everything and VERY helpful. They really went out of their way for us throughout the entire process and, more than once, were great problem solvers on the day of the event. Great experience.
