Such beautiful arrangements, each flower feels thoughtfully chosen - went for the basic bouquet and was not disappointed- neither was my mom

I was sent flowers for my birthday and wow, these are stunning!

I've online-ordered bouquets from Bittersweet multiple times now. The bouquets are always fresh, beautiful, and full of seasonal flowers. Their website is easy to navigate and have shipped every order I've bought on time and do same-day, which is great. Very happy to have a local option to shop from.

I am disappointed in the bouquet delivered to my mother for her birthday. It was neither a full nor a uniquely designed arrangement. It did not express joy in any way. I try to support local businesses but I will not use this floral service again.

I can always count on a thoughtful and creative approach to my arrangements - no two have ever been alike. Thank you for such a great eye on design!

I just placed my first order with Bittersweet Floral and I can not possible say enough about their professionalism in taking my order. I also received a picture of the arrangement since my order was placed long distance. The arrangement is designer quality and belongs in a magazine. I highly recommend this florist shop. Their knowledge and care is highly visable.

Probably the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. I didn't even select a pre made arrangement and I only had an idea of what I wanted (I must have been confusing to say the least) I called and just described what I wanted to Cale- who was beyond helpful and kind- gave him a price and that was it! They also sent me pictures of vases to choose from as well as pictures of the final product! Absolutely will order from again and 100% recommend.

I can't tell you how pleased I was with the floral arrangement Bittersweet made! It's dicey when you try a florist for the first time, especially when calling from a different state. I told the gentleman the look I was after and the colors I wanted, and he surpassed my expectations. I live in Chicago where there are hundreds of florists, and the arrangement Bittersweet made was truly better than any I've ordered from any florist in Chicago. And, the person we ordered the arrangement for shared with us that she thought the arrangement was the prettiest she'd ever seen.

The only bad thing I have to say about Bittersweet is - too bad they're not located in Chicago where I live! I would use them all the time if that were the case. Thanks Bittersweet for making my experience so awesome! Keep doing what you're doing!
