Thank you for checking us out. We are a locally owned full service catering business. We have been in business for over 20 years. While BBQ has been our forte, we offer so much more. Smoked meats, down home cooking, soups, deli sandwiches, Italian, steaks, simple Mexican dishes, fried chicken to shrimp boils. Services
Our Skillet is a custom built, 6' round, flat top, rotating skillet with a cutting board and a stainless prep table. It is highly portable, and has the capacity to serve a continuous line of people. Its 28 square foot surface area can cook 150lbs of potatoes, 75-100 burgers, or 150 hot dogs! We also have several portable grills, including one on a trailer that we can come on site to cook for your event.
I just wanted to thank you very much for the wonderful food that you prepared for my daughter's wedding. All of our guest commented on how great it tasted. We really appreciate all the help from you and your staff in making our punch and setting up our extra cheesecake. You and your staff provided very professional service.
