No customer service available all weekends. I rented a tent and a heater for an outdoor baby shower. The tent was dirty. The heater was horrible. It was rusty, loud, and the thermostat didn't work so it had to be turned on and off constantly. While using it for set up the day before the shower it stopped working. Called and never got a response.
They didn't even call the following Monday when they picked it up no refund either for $135 heater that was unusable. Stay away from this place if you want a nice event.

Yep. No surprise. My review was deleted. Don't use this company. Poor customer service (except the gentleman who helped square away a new delivery time). If you are only using them for a small event (mine was 75 chairs), plan on receiving customer service which treats you like your event doesn't matter. I had to move my delivery day and a week before my event I had to move my pickup date. Inconvenient and frustrating since I had to keep arranging for someone to be at the venue.
When I explained my frustration, Eve said it was frustrating for her too. Imagine that?! Wow. Never have I ever been treated so miserably by a customer service associate. The picture of the chair is from my event. I have video as well. The chairs were dirty and in bad shape. Friends and family (especially those in attendance) already know never to use Arlington Rental. I certainly will not.

Arlington Rental has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My sister recently used them for my baby shower so when it came time for her bridal shower, I didn't hesitate to book a tent, chairs and tables with them for our backyard event. Unfortunately, my experience was pretty terrible. The office staff was exceptionally uncommunicative, even after I reached out twice via phone about repeated unreturned emails.
I provided exactly what I needed based on my sister's previous order with all of my contact info so it should have been easy for them, but every step of the way was terrible. It took them 4 weeks with 3 unreturned emails before I had to go out of my way to call them to get a simple answer about what time they would deliver. When I finally got them on the phone, Manuel was aloof and uncaring, making it clear I was bothering him when I asked for a simple window for the tent setup time.
I explained exactly what was written in the email he clearly didn't bother to read-- the party was at my 91 year old Grandma's house and I needed to have someone there with her so I needed a timeframe for setup and teardown. He assured me he would call 2 days before the party and offer a specific 4 hour window. He never called. We finally heard from the office the day before the party when they called my sisters phone number instead of mine.
Despite repeated emails with my phone number provided, a contract with my name and phone number, and my direct phone discussion with them over the preceding days, they still couldn't get a simple phone number correct. Thank goodness the party wasn't a surprise because their negligence would have completely ruined the occasion. I ended up having to call the office when I got word from my sister that they were trying to schedule delivery.
When I spoke to Manuel, he was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. He outright blamed me for the communication issue and told me this was all my fault (his words). I couldn't believe how terrible he was and the attitude he was spewing at me. He repeatedly blamed me for the issue, depsite me forwarding back to him the email correspondence where my phone number was clearly noted.
He never took responsibility, and even escalated the issue by threatening to cancel the whole order. He was offensive and aggravating. I would have loved to have cancelled at this point but they had me in a tough spot because it was the day before the party, Memorial Day weekend and with very hot temperatures were projected, we needed the tent. At that point, I didn't think I could get anything else in a short amount of time and I was pretty confident the office staff would figure out a way to charge me anyway.
They had previously "lost" my credit card number as well. God only knows where that ended up. Getting a rough idea of delivery window shouldn't be a challenge. especially when your customer has reached out repeatedly. I don't know why they can't reply to a simple email. It shouldn't take a call to get them to halfway answer a customer's question. More importantly, a business should be resposive to it's customers.or at a minimum, not call them names.
I addressed all of this with them on the phone and via email. They never even attempted to make it right. Worse, when they finally delivered, they only set up one of the 3 tables and STILL kept calling my sister's phone number. The whole debacle made the entire event setup stressful, time consuming and frustrating.you don't hire a company to add to the drama of hosting a party. When you're planning a party, the last thing you need is an unresponsive vendor who is rude, unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid Arlington Rental!

Would leave zero stars if possible. I placed an order for a chair rental about a month prior to a small backyard wedding, paid additional fee for delivery. I called Arlington the morning the chairs were supposed to be delivered and was informed that they could no longer deliver to my address - whoever had scheduled the order did not know I was out of the delivery range.
This was literally the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. Nobody could have called to inform me of this sooner? Had I not called myself to confirm the delivery time, would they have ever called me? Would I have been standing around the day of my wedding with nowhere for guests to sit? I would not recommend this company to anyone, they offered no apology and simply suggested I come pick up the chairs myself. I have never left a review on Yelp before - I created an account specifically to warn people about this company after my terrible experience.

We ordered a 30x40 tent plus chairs, tables, coolers, liner for a graduation party. I started to work with Eve about three months ago and she was just amazing. She guided me what I will need and not need. Rain was in the forecast and she called me 830PM two days before my event to discuss an option of another tent. Their men arrived on time and set up everything exactly the way we wanted. I highly recommended renting your party supplies from this facility. Thank you to Manuel too!

I felt silly making a reservation for just one $7.00 table rental for a large family dinner. But they made me feel just as important as the person who would rent a large quantity of their party/event items. Very friendly and courteous. They even loaded it into my vehicle for me. They are now my go to place for party need rentals.

Rented a carpet cleaning unit here. The vacuum hose on the outside, was so dirty I had to clean it in my bath tub. Then the waste water filter with the ball in it came off severely compromising the vacuum of the waste water. I called ahead to reserve this unit. They could have at least looked it over before it went out the door. Whoever maintains the equipment here does a lousy job. And what happened to your drive way? It looks like you had a few IED's planted there.

I did an event at Soccer City that required chairs, table linens, and A/V equipment. Arlington Rental allowed me to take the A/V equipment to the facility days in advance to try it out. They also let me test the equipment with my laptop a few more times do to issues on my laptop. They were very nice. They delivered the equipment promptly. They were incredibly flexible. They even helped me over the phone with the amplifier when I was trying it out.

Arlington Rental had the lowest price around for chiavari chairs for my wedding. Everything was great up until the day of the delivery, which wasn't terrible by any means, just left some room for improvement. They only sent 1 person to deliver 200 chairs to a second floor room! It would have taken hours had the service staff not lent a helping hand and my husband and I not rushed over to the venue to assist.
We were left to put 200 cushions on the chairs when Arlington really should have done that. The banquet staff also told us that all of the chairs were strewn around in the delivery truck when they were delivered. They looked fine to us and the chairs were beautiful.
