Just stay at any oceanfront hotel on Miami Beach, and we will meet you there to have your ceremony (marriage, commitment, or vow renewal) on the beach by the hotel. We offer out-of-state couples (U.S. & International) the ability and convenience to apply for their Florida Marriage License by Mail! Only non-Florida residents who want to get married in Florida are eligible for this service.

Florida residents must apply in person. Non-Florida residents have the option of applying in person or by mail. In Miami-Dade County, you can apply for a Marriage License at these locations, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 4:00pm. You can also apply for a Marriage License at other Florida locations outside Miami-Dade county.
My fiance and I want to elope and get married on Miami Beach. Do we need a witness? We specialize in casual romantic beach wedding ceremonies with just the Bride and Groom! No, you do not need any witnesses to get married in Florida. 2. Do you perform same-sex marriages? Yes! We are happy to say that we can legally marry gay and lesbian couples.
