I had a 15 birthday there and honestly the party was great, but they did mess up bar serving times, video, and the music list. Double check with whoever is planning the party.

I've hosted 2 events here and both came out amazing. The venue is super well kept, clean and the staff was amazing. Everyone at the party had a great time!

It was nicely set up but they need more parking. Area to bathroom looked like a storage space.

I want to say thank you very much to all the rec I want to say thank you very much to all the reception palace staff for that magical night that my daughters have lived in the celebration of quinceanera party, April 2018 & January 2022, Great food, quality service, Alexis thank you very much, beautiful place.

Aside from it's great venue spaces. There changing rooms are not big enough to host a lot of people. We had to use the restroom in order to get ready. There's also, great locations for picture. It's a great for the price. Just be ready to plan how people will change for the event.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Not worth the money you pay for what you get. DJ was extremely horrible. I wouldn't do another party there again if it was free. My daughter wasn't happy at all.

I went to a party here over the weekend and the place is really nice and updated. It has a nice entrance with a water fountain. The appetizers seemed like they were frozen from the box. Not great. The food was ok as it's typical Cuban cuisine. The lobby' and design inside the hall are very nice and up to date. Clean bathrooms.

We choose this banquet hall for my daughter's 15's and it was an amazing experience! We spent 11 months planning this event and all their staff made it extremely easy. Aly was an amazing help! Every time we had a question or needed to reach out, she was always able to answer quickly and give her best advice. The night turned out amazing & my daughter had an amazing time. THANK YOU ALY & RECEPTION PALACE!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Place is pretty and clean, food was disgusting, cheapest appetizers ever, there was no champagne, it was cider, the bar ran out of liquor 40 min before party was over. Terrible service!

Best place everrrr, highly recommended. My daughter had the best 15 bday party at The Reception Palace! Location is prime, food was excellent, Soraya and Alexis are amazing, sweet and super helpful. Reception Palace is a beautiful venue for any event. I used their service back in 2017 for my oldest daughter "15" and recently in August 2021 for my youngest daughter's Sweet 16. I couldn't ask for a better place to have any of my family events. Thank you Alexis (Ali) Gutierrez for your great service and dedication throughout the years. We love you!

Had a wonderful unforgettable event for My Quinces. The service and attentive from the workers was amazing, made me feel super comfortable and did everything to the last detail. The food was delicious. Beautiful place!

I celebrated my moms 95th birthday on 4/25 and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service at Reception Palace. From the amazing food to their wonderful coordinators, I couldn't have been more content. recommend without a doubt

Our wedding was such a simple process because of this place. Full package and whatever we wanted they could make it happen. Alexys was absolutely great with everything. She is the perfect coordinator for a bride and groom to not be stressed about the process. The day of the wedding everything was so much prettier than we had expected. I showed them pictures of how I wanted everything to look like including the arrangements and they made it happen. And the price was amazing which was definitely a plus. Thank you for everything!

I am currently planning my wedding with Reception Palace and all I can say is that I am having an amazing experience. The ladies are nothing but lovely, helpful & so responsive. After looking around Miami for a venue, everything was so over-priced. RPB was perfect for our budget, the ladies have gone above and beyond to help me along the planning process and we are so excited to be planning our wedding with them. I cannot wait for the wedding date and see all their hard work come alive. Definitely take a tour, make an appointment and see this beautiful venue!

Last week, I held a charity fundraiser at Reception Palace Ballrooms. The entire experience was amazing and the staff was simply a joy to work with for our event! The location is beautiful, the food was delicious and every staff member I came in contact with was professional, pleasant and accommodating. We will be doing business again and I will be recommending this space to everyone I know! Definitely worth a looksie!

We recently had our wedding here and I can honestly say that we had a great experience. Alexys, Maggie and Soraya do a great job. The prices are more than just affordable. My fiance does not live in Miami, so it was difficult to go visit different vendors. At Reception Palace, we could get everything we needed with one place in one package. It was nice to have the staff at Reception Palace taking care of all the little details, so we didn't have to worry about them. Reception Palace is super flexible and easy to work with.

Other venues we considered, or where friends had their weddings, have very strict rules about a lot of things. Reception Palace isn't like that, they work with you to make sure your big day is exactly the way you want it. Every time I called to ask a question, or make a request, they never made me feel like I was bothering them. They are happy to help with all the details, and they also help give you advice on how to plan for certain things.

This team is professional, they know what they're doing. I can honestly say I didn't worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding, I knew they had it handled. A lot of places want to charge you for every little thing, this place is not like that, they helped us save money on different things. Additionally, the food is great. We picked the chicken chasseur with rice and veggies, and everyone enjoyed it.

Even two months after our wedding, people still tell us how much fun they had! Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The room, looked gorgeous and everything was just really well done. The DJ did a good job, but didn't stick to all of our requests. I am so glad we chose to have our wedding here.

Seriously. Almost gave this place four stars but then the mashed potatoes are INSTANT? Come on? Now you're just a business who could be a solid four star place but just money hungry. (This is not the four seasons granted. ) Reminds me a lot like eating at Disneyland or cafeteria at a theme park. Everyone is excited to for the event and everyone knows you'll be eating pizza or Taco Bell later before you go home. If you do an event here. Don't expect fireworks. Expect a cute, fun event that you don't have to clean up after.

The place is not bad. It can pass for a reception hall. However I would not recommend this place if I were to be a bride looking for a place to have my wedding l, I would never ever choose this business to hold the moat important day of my life. Poor service! Alexis the salesgirl was rude, nasty and didn't care what upu were telling her! Don't book this place!

I had a very disappointing experience with Receptions Palace. After much research my fiance and I had decided to do our wedding reception here. The coordinator seemed professional and their services seemed lovely and affordable. We made our deposit and signed a contract for our reception. We later received a call that the wedding party that booked before us had more wedding guests than they anticipated and would need half of our reception hall to accommodate them.

Rather than offer us a discount or advise the other wedding party that they had booked the other reception hall they wanted us to move either our time for that day or our wedding day. Although they kept claiming that they needed to be fair to both parties they made no attempt in accommodating our needs knowing that we were now paying clients. We had already booked our wedding date at the church, months in advance.

Since "we" we're not willing to move our time they said they could not accommodate us and gave us our deposit back. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This was extremely unprofessional in their part and I could not let this go unnoticed.

Although i wasn't here for an actual event, the location is nice. I cannot judge based on their food. The interior of the location is nice, as are the ample sized ballrooms. Bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. Overall, a nice location.

Our wedding was here on July 2014 and I have to say the staff at the Reception Palace outdid themselves. We are kind of control freaks but in the end we let them do what they do and I am glad we did. We got their complete wedding package and worked with their florist Maria and their photographer Mateu and videographer; they were all very professional.

Their DJ did a phenomenal job at keeping everyone dancing. The food was fantastic. If you look them up in other review sites you will see their score is much better than here because there are not enough reviews here to show how good they really are. We are very please with Alexis, Luisa and Soraya and recommend them 100%. People were talking about our weddings weeks later!

If you've been in one banquet hall, you've been in them all. that being said, let me get to the heart of the matter: the food. it was terrible. the salad was your typical banquet hall caesar salad. the entree was a chicken breast topped with mushrooms and drowned in about 3 pounds of salt. it was accompanied by rice and potatoes. why i came here? to redeem my youth by watching eighth graders dance the night away.
