After the original meeting and full measurements with Mary Ellen, owner of Daisy Tarsi, I placed my order (Oct 2021) and paid $1500 in total for a (top and pants) outfit to be worn at a friend's wedding in early Nov 2021. I had one fitting which clearly was not enough but did not realize it until too late! The outfit was a total disaster! The night of the event when I tried it on, the pant legs were so long and also kept rolling down from the waist.

The blouse did not close properly at the top; it was way too big and very uncomfortable. I ended up searching for safety pins or something to help but nothing worked. I called immediately on Monday, Nov 8, 2021, to complain. We both agreed to let the holidays go by and I would then come back for an additional fitting. I then brought both pieces back on Jan 6th for another fitting and mentioned that I had another wedding on Jan 29th and would need the pieces back.

She assured me that they would be ready. However, only the pants had been hemmed and additional elastic was added. I did not try the pants on, which were still too long (my mistake - again) and picked up only the pants on Jan 25th. The top was not ready, I was told the top needed more altering. Once again, the outfit was a total disaster! Called again and complained.

My last phone call was on February 1, 2022, and left a voice message but have not received a call back or any other kind of response. It has been almost 6 months trying to get this outfit. Unacceptable. At this point, I think it is only fair that I receive my money back in full! Carolyn V

Mere words cannot express how grateful I am that I found Daisy Tarsi. I was in a desperate search to find the perfect Mother of the Bride dress for over 5 months. Nothing I tried on made me feel beautiful. I walked into Daisy Tarsi two months before my daughter's wedding. To my surprise Maryellen, owner and designer, greeted me. I explained my frustration and described what kind of dress I envisioned myself in.

She offered to sketch my vision. And wow! She nailed it both in the sketch and with the dress. The dress is a work of ART! I felt like the most beautiful Mother of the Bride! Thank you so much Daisy Tarsi for making my dream of walking my daughter down the aisle in a beautiful dress come true!

Mary Ellen and Guillermina were so amazing with our flower girl dress shopping experience. They made everything so easy and were so transparent through out the whole process. Mary Ellen worked with all four moms, while also keeping me in the loop. The service that was provided was great! Mary Ellen even took a step further in giving me the idea of gifting the same dress our flower girl wore on the big day for her American Doll. I would highly recommend going to Daisy Tarsi for your wedding needs!

I'm s huge fan of Daisy Tarsi! Maryellen is at the top of her game, and truly knows how to get things done efficiently and effectively. I went in during a weekend in November to get a dress for my sisters wedding they took place at the start of January. Not only were they able to find me a nice last minute dress, but they turned that dress into a unique dream dress that really captured exactly what I wanted. The alterations were perfect, and I am so thankful. The best dress store in coral gables did bridesmaids and maid of honor dresses that's a fact!

As soon as I walked into Daisy Tarsi, I felt so welcomed by the staff as well as the owner, Maryellen. I picked out my dress and had a bunch of fittings to make sure it was altered and fit PERFECTLY. Then COVID hit, and Maryellen told me not to worry that they would work with me as best as they could if I needed to have another fitting throughout the pandemic.

My fiance and I decided to postpone our wedding twice so we could enjoy it with our friends and family but Maryellen insisted I keep coming to the store to try on the dress and honestly this helped keep the magic alive. When the time finally came to do my last fitting for our wedding, the dress was PERFECT. On our wedding day I had never felt so beautiful.

From the hair, the makeup and the dress (as well as the veil which was custom made at Daisy Tarsi) it was the wedding I had always dreamed of. The pictures look so beautiful and I'll forever be obsessed with my dress.

WOW, what an amazing experience! I shopped at 5 locations before making it to Daisy Tarsi. and there was always a few things I would change on every dress I had tried on in previous stores. Then I walked into Daisy Tarsi not even knowing they offered custom dresses. I showed the designer/owner a few pictures of dresses I had liked (but wanted to alter) and what my ideal style would be and it was a no brainer. why pay a ton of money to completely dismantle and redo another dress when I can have one made exactly how I want it and to my body from the start.

The experience was everything and more. Jeremina, the assistant is a sweetheart and Maryellen, the owner/designer is exceptional. Patient as can be with my indecisiveness, and did everything and more to ensure I absolutely LOVED my dress and every little detail about it. By far one of the best customer experiences I've had. I felt absolutely amazing in my custom made dress.

I had a great experience at Daisy Tarsi and would highly recommend them to any bride or bridesmaid looking for a dress. All of the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They worked with me over the course of months to make sure my wedding dress had the perfect look and fit. We went through several revisions and Carol the seamstress was so nice and fantastic.

Every time she worked on my dress she brought it back and it looked amazing. She was also extremely sweet! Special thanks to MaryEllen the owner for helping to make sure my wedding dress was perfect.

I was surprised at how limited their stock and sizing was. My daughter is tall and fairly slender, so drew comments at all the other bridal stores about having a model's body while trying on very fitted dresses. Everywhere else (7 other stores) all of the dresses fit, and most needed to be clipped tighter. Yet at Daisy, all the dresses on the racks could barely be zipped up and some were totally unsuitable to even attempt to try on. Seriously? She found one dress that she thought might be a contender, but it was very hard to judge when it was three sizes too small. My daughter felt fat after leaving this store.

I had my wedding dress custom made by MaryEllen! Just what I had imagined! She sketched it out and voila. She truly made my wedding dress selection experience carefree. So professional, creative and patient. Highly recommend Daisy Tarsi. Thank you so much MaryEllen - Yay! Love

I've literally never had a pleasant experience here. It's always a mess at this place. Never once has a dress been even close to fitting correctly even though they take your measurements. The dresses are always cheap quality too even though they charge so much at this place. Oh and keep your receipts and make it very clear what you are paying for from the beginning, they always try to sneak in an extra charge!

This place is awful, the people never know what's going on, and they don't have any special designs so you can find anything they have literally anywhere else for probably less expensive and have a more pleasant experience. No idea how this lady is still in business! I will never come back here. Also, I feel I should add I know at least 8 other people who have had similar experiences to mine.

Mary Ellen is the best! I got my Alvina Valenta fairytale wedding dress and custom lace cathedral veil from Daisy Tarsi and they did everything needed to make my dress a perfect fit. I am so grateful! Thank you for the many appointments, your kindness, your patience, and your expertise! Absolutely recommend! xox

I had a wonderful experience buying my bridal gown at Daisy Tarsi. My consultant, Manuela, was so nice and paid attention to what I liked and wanted in a dress. Daisy Tarsi had a good selection (and I was very picky, I wanted a long sleeve ballgown). Maryellen was also wonderful and made sure my dress was altered perfectly! She answered my questions quickly over email which is super important when every aspect of wedding planning is so stressful.

But Daisy Tarsi had great service so I never worried about my dress! I also got my flower girl's dress here, they have LOTS of cute options for little girls! I definitely recommend brides come to Daisy Tarsi for bridal gowns, flower girl dresses, MOB & bridesmaids dresses!

I could not have asked for a smoother bridal gown experience! Planning every aspect of my wedding long distance was a daunting task but Maryellen was super quick to respond to me via email, always available to answer any questions, and gave me exactly what I wanted down to every detail. Getting my gown was literally the easiest and least stressful part of my wedding planning. Maryellen and her wonderful team made me feel comfortable, welcome, and beautiful!

The tailoring was impeccable, everything shipped to my wedding location on time without any hiccups, and the customer service was spot on. Highly recommend Daisy Tarsi to any and all brides!

I bought my wedding dress and veil from Daisy Tarsi and it was absoultely beautiful! Both items were very detailed and amazing quality. They were so nice and worked within my budget. Great experience! Definitely recommend Daisy Tarsi!

If you enjoy anxiety, panic, and wondering if your bridesmaids will have dresses on the day of your wedding, by all means, give hundreds of dollars of your hard earned money to Daisy Tarsi. If you do not, steer clear and go anywhere else! I was going to write our entire story, but decided it was too much for Yelpers to read, so instead I'm just giving a short summary.

We were promised our dresses on several dates in November which soon got delayed to several dates in December, but they didn't arrive until a week before the wedding in January. We were lied to about arrival dates several times and when the dresses didn't come, we began to panic and search other options only a few weeks before the wedding.

I gave two stars only because the owner gave us our alterations for free which was the absolute least she could do given how much stress she put us under. We ordered the dresses several months in advance. In my personal opinion, I think they must have forgotten to place the order or waited until the last minute. We were lucky to get them in time.

So happy I ended up at Daisy Tarsi. I had a very bad experience with another shop on Black Friday and I was desperate to find a specific dress. We called around and Daisy Tarsi had the designer I was looking for. We called and they had the dress. The owner, Maryellen was wonderful. She took the time to answer all our questions about pricing and alterations.

We did come into the shop a little late but she closed shop for us and never let us feel that we had to rush or get out ASAP. They offered us coffee and once I said yes to the dress, we received champagne and applause. I couldn't ask for more! :D

5 on top of 5 on top of 5! Absolutely AMAZING. I would recommend any bride to Daisy Tarsi! I've had a great experience from the first day I walked in to every fitting in between. The owner and everyone else has been nothing but nice, helpful and made sure I'm was happy! Exactly what a bride should experience when purchasing her dress for the big day! I appreciate everything Maryellen has done and would rate them 10 stars if I could.

Months after the incident and she's still going. Mind you, she yelled at me and told me she didn't need my business and was glad I wouldn't be returning. At this point, it's entertaining. Now I understand the other reviews.

Very disappointed with my experience at Daisy Tarsi. Visited the store and picked out bridesmaid dresses for my sisters wedding. They took measurements in store and ordered 4 sizes larger than my normal size. The dress took a long time to come in, and when it did I was shocked at how HUGE it was. I could fit another person inside the dress with me, that's how big it was. 2 of the other bridesmaids had similar issues. I'm now forced to spend over $100 on alterations and the dress does not look how it should due to the seamstress practically having to take it apart and remake it. The wedding is next week and my dress is still not finished. I would not recommend ordering dresses here.

I ordered a flower girl dress from Daisy Tarsi in late December for an early March wedding. I was told by the young lady at the store that it would arrive in 4 weeks, the bride was told 6 weeks by a different employee in a different day, and the dress actually arrived 2 days short of the 8 week mark. What really bugged is that I called the store during week 5, was asked for my name and number and was told that someone would call me back later that day.

No one ever called back. I called back the next day and was told that the dress would possibly be in the following week. At the end of the following week the same thing happened. Customer service wasn't great. When the dress finally arrived I was taken aback at the lack of quality. For over $100 for a small child's dress, I expected for the zipper to at least lay flat in the back of the dress.

The $30 dresses at Gymboree have better attention to detail and fabric quality. I didn't choose the dress, but I expected a bridal shop on Miracle Mile to have better quality. Especially at the prices they charge. It was cute and considering that it was only worn for about 2 hours, held up well. There's a parking lot behind the shop and they have weekend hours, which is nice for those of us who can't make it during the week.

What an amazing experience we had here trying on bridemaids dresses. The owner Mari has great customer service. She treated us with love and lots of patience. She had a lot of experience with what looked good on us. I highly recommend this store.

After a horrible experience with another store, we were left with no dresses and a week left until the wedding. My sister, the bride, was in a panic and on a busy Saturday we happened to walk past Daisy Tarsi and in the window was the perfect gold dress! We walked into the store and asked to try it on and if they had anymore gold dresses, we needed to find a gold dress for each of the seven bridesmaids.

The owner of the store happened to have gold bridesmaid dresses from a wedding that was postponed until April, so she gave the bride who purchased them a call to see if we could take them and they could order new ones for her April wedding. Bless that woman's soul, she said YES! The owner, and all the wonderful people who worked there were so professional and accommodating. They had the dresses altered by Monday and they are BEAUTIFUL! Thank you so much for saving the day!

The Daisy Tarsi team was so helpful and professional in making me the dress of my dreams. I also got my flower girls dresses here. I don't live in Miami so they turned around the final fitting and alterations in just three days. Would definitely recommend this store to any bride to be. Beautiful selection of elegant dresses for brides, bridesmaids and flower girls and great service.

Came here with my bridesmaids to get their dresses. It was actually the only place in miracle mile that wasn't absolutely obnoxious and they made us feel very welcome. Wonderful customer service while we were there. Annetta was great and made us feel well taken care of. That was August, it's now February and the dresses are still not in!

We were told 2-3 months for delivery.we are now at 6 months. I called multiple times and was given the run around. Only after sending a scathing email did the owner respond to me telling me she had been sick which is something to do with the delay. She confirmed the dresses would be in by end of week/next week. It's end of the week and still no dresses so I'm hoping next week.

The owner is trying remedy the situation by offering free alterations for the girls. We will definitely accept unfortunately my maid of honor lives on the west coast so this delay is really just causing her more aggravation than anyone bc she must have it altered there. Bottom line: they're nice! But they're slow as shit.

Daisy Tarsi was the first place I went dress shopping at. They were courteous and very friendly. I got the a bit earlier than my appointment so they hadn't opened up yet, no worries.we grabbed bfast in Miracle Mile and then headed back over. They listened to what I liked and showed me their options. They also brought over dresses that I wouldn't have picked out myself (one of them ended up being THE dress).

I lived in a different state so they were able to send me my dress to my home. I do hear they have a phenomenal seamstress as well! I went to 3 different salons after Daisy Tarsi, but ended up back there for my dress :) I would very much recommend Daisy Tarsi!

I can not begin to tell you, how much I dislike this place! I had a fitting this morning at 10:30 am and arrived 5 min too early according to the girl behind the desk who asked me to wait outside until she was done setting up-are you kidding me? If it wasn't for "us" you would have no store to set up. I can honestly say after all my bridal store experiences this is by far the worst place EVERRRRRRR! NOTE TO OWNER: Teach your employees the importance of CUSTOMER SERVICE!
