I scheduled a 4am pick up for my senior colleague and his team more than 36 hours in advance, paid, AND received a confirmation, only to log on to my computer the next morning to an email that the driver did not show up! When I called 1st Class Airport Transportation the gentleman apologized and said they had noted the wrong time in their system.even though the time was correct on my confirmation. Thankfully my team was able to get an Uber and make their flight on time, but this is not the type of service I was expecting from a company that claims professionalism and punctuality.

In the refund that was issued the company apologized for their drivers no show, but overall this has been an unsatisfactory experience and I would not recommend their services if you need a guaranteed ride at a specific time.

If I had the option to give 0 starts I would. The worst company I have ever dealt with. It's a scam. They never would return calls in a timely manor. Never sent information when they said they would. Once we thought everything was figured out they called us 48 hours before our event cancelling. And not willing to help figure something out. And no explanation. We tried speaking with a manager or supervisor and they would hang up. TERRIBLE DO NOT USE!

Driver arrived at the airport gate with a piece of cardboard box with my name & telephone number written on it. Then my guest and I were led through the airport, while carrying our bags down flights of stairs and into an elevator to a dark parking garage to get into the vehicle. Very unprofessional. The driver also seemed to have sudden body movements which appeared to affect his driving. For the amount of money paid, this was an unexpected level of service received. I could not in good conscience recommend this car service to others.
