We hired Christa for our DIY wedding, and she was invaluable! She was with us every step of the way and was so quick to respond to our messages. On the day of, she kept everything moving smoothly. I don't know how someone can be everywhere at once and still in the background, but Christa did it! 10/10, I recommend her to everyone.

During the most challenging time to plan and execute a wedding, Christa was our guiding light and our champion. Christa was an absolute whiz on before, during, and after our wedding day - she was helpful, strategic, thoughtful, and she has an amazing amount of energy! She had a "can do" attitude throughout the weeks leading up to our wedding, which was incredibly helpful.

She offered wonderful ideas in terms of creating the vibe we wanted on our special day, and provided fantastic service the day of. Christa and her staff did an amazing job at our wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure everything on our wedding day was perfect including helping tremendously with decorations when my decorator turned out to be extremely unreliable and refused to fully do her job. Thanks to Christa our wedding was a success and all our guests had a wonderful time. Christa is very professional and delivers magnificient customer service! I was so lucky to find Magnetic Magnificent Events to help with planning and day-of coordination for our covid wedding at Seascape Resort in Aptos. We had pushed our date once and decided to go through w/ our 2nd date in the midst of the delta wave. Christa was such a lifesaver in helping manage all the details and curveballs with wedding planning.

She was extremely organized and responsive. Dawn helped us day of and was such an angel. She kept everything on track and was so amazing and sweet. I felt so supported by Christa and her team during the wedding and found her to be such a vital part in keeping our day running smooth and stress-free. I cannot thank Christa and Dawn enough!

Christa and everyone at Magnetic Magnificent Events are incredible! We were having a small and fairly private event, but the venue was pretty big. So I knew that we needed to have someone help us run the event. My husband was not convinced that we needed to spend the money, "everything would work out just fine". Thankfully I convinced him to hire Christa and her team.

They were AMAZING! Every detail was sheer perfection. It was beyond what I could have imagined. She turned my ideas into magical moments for us and our guests. I didn't have to worry about anything. She had every detail covered. Plus, Christa has an insane work ethic and goes above and beyond what is expected of her. Her team is just as good as she is.

What is so wonderful about Christa, is she the calm in the center of the storm. Things could be going wrong all around you, but she is there calm and collected and ready to fix everything. She made our entire wedding party feel like she had our back at any moment. She would appear out of nowhere and make sure you were where you needed to be. Our wedding was perfect because of this incredible team of people. I give Christa and Magnetic Magnificent Events my highest recommendation!

We cannot recommend Magnetic Magnificent Events highly enough! We went through the same nightmare many folks are experiencing; we got engaged in December 2019, planned our wedding for November of 2020, and had to postpone until November of 2021. Christa was amazing throughout and didn't miss a thing through the long, complicated process. Our venue, the Berkeley City Club, had a list of recommended vendors, and required a day-of coordinator, for which I'm so thankful!

Once we talked to Christa, we realized she was exactly what we were looking for. She explained everything so thoroughly and made it clear she would answer any questions that came up along the way. When we had to postpone, she was so supportive and positive. As the wedding approached, we met again with Christa who went over all the important information.

She even reminded us of details we'd forgotten about and kept us on track, as well as putting any doubts or concerns to rest. The night before our wedding, Christa showed up for the rehearsal and was ready to WORK! She was friendly and professional and wasted no time jumping right in to make our wedding dreams come true. I think she even stayed late without being asked just to make sure every last detail was taken care of.

The next day, Christa's associate Dawn was at the venue early getting everything set up perfectly, and I can't stress enough what a comforting presence Dawn was throughout the day. Every time I saw her, she was reassuring and helpful. It was officially the most perfect wedding ever from our point of view, and while I know that behind the scenes some things may have fallen apart, we never knew about it because of Christa and Dawn.

My one regret is that we didn't hire them for their full planning services; I know they would have saved me even more stress if I had! Thank you Christa, Dawn, and Magnetic Magnificent Events, you are the BEST!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic brought so much added stress, grief, and unknowns about what the future held. After postponing the big celebration a year, we FINALLY got our DREAM wedding! We can't thank Christa at MME enough for helping to make it all possible! She took care of us from day one, keeping us organized, staying on top of vendors, and making sure our timeline ran smoothly.

Christa of Magnetic Magnificent Events is Hands-Down the Best Coordinator to work with. I have been a DJ now over 25 Years & I do over 120 Events per year. By that being said, I've worked with a ton of Coordinators & none of them come close to Christa. Not only is She very easy to work with, She understands where a DJ needs to set up. She is not one of those Fly-By-Night Coordinators that will put a DJ in a corner & 50 feet from the Dance-Floor. Christa is also on top of things 110% & no need to worry when working with her. I hired Christa 2 weeks before our wedding. I had the vision, but the stress leading up to the big day was becoming overwhelming. She immediately took the reins and took care of everything from that moment forward. She achieved the vision I was aiming for, and the wedding was a great success! I never thought I need a wedding coordinator, but hiring her was the best thing I did for myself.

Attended the DEUCE DEUCE event in San Juan, Puerto Rico I was blown away not only by the content of our event but how equally paralleled the event atmosphere matched the awesomeness of what was being shared with us! It was truly a once and a life time experience!! Christa did a marvelous job of brining together both business and pleasure: from the location chosen with breath taking beach views and numerous infinity pools, to optional zumba classes being incorporated to our schedules, to the lighting and music, to the private party, to the catered treats!! Christa and Julie of MME are absolutely AMAZING! I hired MME mostly for their day of coordination services for my wedding (in mid-September) but I received so much more beyond that. From the moment I signed with MME, Christa was extremely responsive and helpful in offering her advice on decor, timeline logistics, etc. I first met Christa when she was working at Ruby Hill Golf Club (the venue for my wedding) and she completely sold me and my now-husband on the venue.

We were bummed when we heard she left the venue so was quick to hire her specifically to be our DOC for our wedding. The best decision I made during wedding planning was hiring her. Not only was she knowledgeable of the venue but she shared her "trade secrets" for us to get the most of the venue (e.g. where to take photos, what decor we need vs do not need, and etc).

She's friendly, bubbly, and most importantly, she keeps it REAL! She will not sugar coat anything but instead tell you exactly how she feels (of course, when solicited). But that doesn’t mean she won’t support you in any decision you ultimately make. On the actual day of our wedding, Julie was our actual DOC (Christa had a prior commitment). Julie is extremely organized, patient, and kind.

My family and bridal party only had great things to say about her and I even got an email from my venue on what a pleasure it was to work with her. On the day of, there were things that happened (couple vases broke, venue had a different timeline than we did, etc) that could have easily stressed me out but Julie, being absolutely fantastic, handled it and it never came to my attention (I only learned about this after the fact).

That to me is where the value is in a DOC – they should be someone that handles things as they come up and keeps the bride happy and stress-free! My wedding day would definitely not be the same without these two and for that I am so grateful. They are absolutely the dream team!

We hired Christa as our planner for our wedding at the end of August. We thank God that we made the right choice for our big day. She is very organized and a great communicator. She did a great job on helping me with displaying stuff for my wedding sign in table, dessert table, cake table and dining table. That is exactly what I wanted. Besides, she helped us control the time so that we did not delay too much compared with our original planned wedding timeline.

When you hire Christa, you can rest assured that the little things you didn't think of will be taken care of; for example supplying safety pins for the groomsmen. Overall, she really eased a lot of my anxieties for the wedding and did a great job!
