Friendly and helpful staff. Nice facility with a showroom. Lots of supplies and equipment for all kinds of party needs. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use there services again when the need arises.

Wish I would have read other reviews! At first I was very happy the person on the phone was very nice. I was getting a inflatable for my sons birthday. This place was the closest. I had looked at other places they all delivered for the same price and picked up, but this was short notice and most other places was booked! Now I know why country time was not booked!

The woman told me they were short staffed. I could come get and pickup! She didn't tell me I needed three men To lift the thing!and that the thing was 500 pounds. I asked the man at the so called warehouse if I could get a refund and he said I don't know I don't handle that! I was about to leave it but my son was in the car and looked so disappointed, so a wonderful stranger came and helped me get in my truck!

I didn't have to many problems getting it in the back yard, but when we had to take it back the bottom was wet and we couldn't get it up! I called them and said you have charged me full price y'all can come get it she said that would be another fee! Of 250 dollars I could have bought the thing right out myself! Do not! I repeat do not use this company!

Other company's charge the same price delivered and picked up! There are so many other company's that are more professional and not robbing you! They truly just stole 250 right out of my pocket because I'd really already paid for setup and I know this because I had a friend who paid the quoted price on line included her pickup fee so I pad for it twice!

I hate this company! Ps! Y'all "ware house" who I thought would have people to help put the inflatable in your car is a little bitty hardware store! Y'all are a horrible company!

CTPR is one of the best rental companies around! They have tons of inventory to make your event perfect. I've used them multiple times over the past decade and have always been pleased with their customer service and products. I highly recommend you call Kala and set up an appointment to make your event perfect!

I am beyond disappointed, the wedding venue cancelled on us due to President Trump issuing no gathering greater than 10. The venue refunded our money without us even asking. Here a DIFFERENT story! We were informed they (Country Time Party Rentals) gave out some refunds to some people but then they decided to stop and offer "credit" for a future event.

Then we were informed that if we hadn't paid in full we would only be out the deposit! Are you kidding me! My advice if you're dealing with these folks only pay a deposit! So, we left a review on Facebook of our experience. Then they want to make indirect THREATS to someone that we know about us, that if we don't take the review down on Facebook, he isn't afraid to go to jail if he sees us around.

This is BEYOND pathetic! Now that we are NEVER using their services again they aren't going to give us our full refund back. I guess we'll have to take them to small claims court and get it that way. BEWARE if you use this company.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about CTPR. There staff were prompt and professional. Everything arrived to my wedding on time and looked beautiful! They were so helpful in helping me plan color selection and quickly responded to my emails. We got many compliments on the decor at our wedding and CTPR really came through in making it look fantastic!

I recently used Country Time for an engagement party. We had 85 attendees. We rented tables, chairs, linens, tent, lights and a projector screen. I contacted 6 other rental companies in the Charlotte area and Country Time was the least expensive. Kala, in the office, was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the party. The guys who delivered and set up the equipment were prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company!

We have been renting bouncy houses one a year for the past 4 yrs and plan to continue to do it twice a yr now for two birthday parties. This place is awesome pricing! For us we pick up on Saturday morning and drop off Monday morning. So 2 days for less than 200$. so much better than 100$ for 2 HOURS. They are NOT hard to blow up. Our daughter tells us repeatedly that the bouncy houses are a must! And they are a great hit also.

We were having 13 people for an early Christmas celebration and although I had 2 tables that we use for camping, I didn't have enough seating. I rented folding chairs from them from Friday until Monday for just a little over $1.00 apiece. Customer service was good. The lady that helped me was very friendly. If you're near the Dallas, NC area and have areantal need, I would recommend them. Next time, I'm renting the cotton candy machine. For the kids, of course!

I rented all of my tables and chairs from Wendy at Country Time Rentals and she was such a wonderful person to deal with. The guys there helped me load and unload my rentals. I had to change my order i think seven times and it was no problem for them to work with me. I would defiantly recommend this rental company. Ben L.
