Just wanted to hop on and leave a review for the Lily Rose! Back in December I came in with one of my bridesmaids, and I said yes to a dress. A very simple white boho dress with a long train. I left it to make payments on the dress as I couldn't afford to pay it all then. They were even able to knock the price for me too! Fast forward two months, the more I think about it, the more I feel like my dress isn't me.

I wanted ballgown, sparkle, beading. I wanted a Cinderella dress. So I called up the Lily Rose and ask hey can I possibly get a refund or put my money towards a different dress. They said unfortunately they can't give refunds but my dress hadn't left the store so I could put it towards a different dress! I was so thrilled and excited. So the second time I came back tried on so many dresses but ultimately I fell in love with a beautiful dress a hundred dollars cheaper than my original and it's beautiful. Thank you guys so much for everything! My dress is perfect!

The vibe of the boutique is super dreadful. The lady who helped us immediately welcomed us with the excuse of being short staffed today. She asked the bride which types of styles she was interested in and never even chose any dresses for her to try. She also wasn't enthusiastic or gave any opinions. Many of the dresses were too small to even try on as well. Very boring and disappointing place

Had a terrible experience here shopping for my moms wedding dress. The consultant was not friendly, barely helped us, and overall lacked enthusiasm that you would expect from such a special occasion. We ended up loving a dress but writing down the designer and style number to go buy it from somewhere else just so that we didn't have to deal with the employees here or give them our business.

I know they have other positive reviews here, but be careful to note that those are all from 3+ years ago. Clearly their staff must have changed because all the recent reviews seem to have a similar experience that we did. Don't waste your time here.

The experience at this dress shop was awful. If you are looking for a fun attentive experience for the bride and bridal party DO NOT go to this shop. When we arrived for our appointment and walked in we were not greeted nicely however we were greeted with some nasty sneers from the ladies at the desk. Once we were seated Aryn was the one who was handling our appointment.

She explained the different dresses and price points and walked us around saying once we found 5 gowns to try to let her know and she would pull them. Once my daughter was set up in the dressing room we went to sit down. My daughter was pretty much left alone at this point to be attended to by her maid of honor. Aryn asked generalized questions about dates venue etc.but that's it she did not ask who we were or engage in conversation with the bridal party.

At the other shops we had visited the ladies made sure to speak with us and make it a fun experience. However at this shop Aryn disappeared to chit chat with the other workers showing no interest that we were there. When my daughter would come out she would Hussle over to help my daughter once she was out of the dressing room but she did not engage with us at all once my daughter went back in to try on dresses.

Also at one point my daughter came out in a dress that didn't quite fit bc she had to come out to get clipped up and a worker walked by an actually looked her up and down giving her a dirty look making my daughter feel very uncomfortable. WHO DOES THAT to a bride. The experience was hands down awful. The workers were highly unprofessional. We had such good experiences at the other bridal shops we were frankly shocked at how poorly this experience was.

My daughter did say she felt Aryn did give her attention when she came out of the dressing room but felt shamed by the other worker who gave her the dirty look.and what my daughter described was the worker looked her up and down and rolled her eyes. The horrible thing is my daughter found a dress she loved there but is determined to find it elsewhere which is sad because she should have been able to have her say yes to the dress exciting fun moment but frankly they ruined it.

It was just a terrible overall experience and made me sad my daughter found her dress but didn't feel comfortable buying it because she didn't get to have her fun moment.made me very sad for her. Hope we can find her dress elsewhere. UPDATE my daughter did find her dress at a different shop! She was so excited.

Lily Rose was the first bridal shop I had ever been to, and I felt pretty unprepared to be there. My consultant was very nice, but I felt like she was disappointed that I couldn't articulate what I wanted for her to suggest dresses for me. I simply did not have the time to curate a vision before my appointment given my work circumstances. I'd recommend all brides who are coming into Lily Rose to have a vision of what they want (extensive Pinterest boards) or to make this their second or third stop in bridal shopping. Luckily, they have a wide variety of price ranges available ($400s-800s on their sample "clearance" racks and $1000-3000 on their designer racks), so if you know what you want - I'm sure there is something for you here.

We ordered Bridesmaid dresses from The Lily Rose Bridal and it was such a wonderful experience! They had the dress in a different color for me to try on for my girls and helped me with ordering it in each of their sizes in the color I wanted. They were so helpful and kept me informed of all the details and when the dresses arrived, when the girls picked them up, etc.

They have a very large selection of Wedding Dresses and Bridesmaid Dresses and I was so glad we were able to get our bridesmaid dresses there! Absolutely beautiful with amazing customer service! Highly recommend them for all brides!

Don't waste your time here if you are looking for a bridal consultant with enthusiasm and excitement for the bride and her party. Aryn seemed bored and showed absolutely no interest in helping my daughter. I actually have this on video! She never even smiled or spoke to any of the bridal party. She could not offer any alteration advise/suggestions.

My daughter actually found a dress there she loved and Aryn could not even answer questions related to adjustments to the dress. This was such a horrible experience that it effected the rest of the day! There were two other workers (maybe the owner) there. They never even spoke to us or showed interest at all! We were the only customers in the store! I'm trying to help you save your time, emotion, and experience! Don't bother stopping here!

I was hesitant to go wedding-dress shopping during the pandemic, but The Lily Rose did a great job! I was the only appointment that day and all staff wore masks, making me feel really comfortable with my experience. The staff were so helpful in helping me try on dresses and using my input to find more dresses for me to try on. I especially appreciated their patience while I Facetimed my Mom and sisters to see favorite dresses. I highly recommend this shop for a great selection with reasonable prices!

I said yes to the most beautiful dress at The Lily Rose! I worked with Kathryn who was extremely knowledgeable about the boutiques' dress selection and designers. During my appointments, she took her time and answered all of my questions. She was also very patient with me during the entire process - even with my last minute requests and changes. Hands down the best service I received out of all of the boutiques I visited during my wedding dress search. I would highly recommend them for your needs! Will definitely be going back to look at their bridesmaid selection!

My daughters and I visited two bridal stores in search of a wedding dress. We were more impressed with the dresses at Lily Rose yet were less impressed with the customer service there. At Lily Rose, two people helped us (Aryn and a trainee whose name I don't know). When we walked in, we were not greeted warmly as we were at the other shop. In fact, we felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff. Aryn was dressed unprofessionally with ripped jeans and a sweatshirt.

She was also rude to the trainee and left her to answer questions that she wasn't prepared for. The trainee was very nice and did her best to be helpful. We did find " THE dress" at Lily Rose and are very excited about it, but were very disappointed with the experience. It certainly took away from the excitement of the wedding dress shopping.

I cannot day enough good things about The Lily Rose. Excellent customer service! Bonnie is the absolute best! I had a very hard time picking my dress, but they were so helpful and patient, I truly had a wonderful time finding exactly what I wanted. Such a great selection, and they will customize anything you need. Can't wait to pick my veil and accessories here!

Wish I could rate this store a zero. Their website says they carry MacDuggal prom dresses and have a "diverse and distinctive selection of special occasion gowns" but after a 50 minute drive to come see the "diverse selection, " we were greeted by a rude employee who told us snidely that they didn't have any formal dresses. That's fine if you don't carry any gowns, BUT DON'T PUT ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT YOU DO! We told exactly that to the girl working there, who said "that's not my fault I don't own the place!" Horrible experience.

After searching for the perfect dress, I found this place. The lighting is perfect and does the dresses justice. The funny thing is, I tried the same dress on from another place and wasn't sold on it on me. The price didn't help. When we saw the dress on here, tears welled up in my eyes and I knew it was the one for me! Bonnie did an excellent job making sure I was taken care of.

The experience was so perfect that I went back and spent 2 hours during the week trying on bridesmaids dresses since my girls live out of town. We managed to get all of their sizes and ordered so they would arrive in time. The quality of their dresses is way better than other big name stores. I chose to use their seamstress as well and she was a full delight to work with.

The dress I tried on was a bit larger in the waist. The dress I ordered was custom made and did not have to have the bodice altered. If I chose to wear heals, I probably wouldn't have had to make any alterations. It was absolutely stunning and I cannot wait for the big day!

Lily Rose was the first bridal boutique I went to on my quest to find the one! Although I did not end up purchasing my dress from them I did want to take the time to write a very positive review about this boutique. I absolutely loved the selection that they had and their prices were right where they needed to be. Our bridal consultant was knowledgeable and she was very accommodating to my friends and I.

We were very excited so she let us walk the store and pick what we wanted. They were not pushy and they did not pressure me into buying anything. I am so thankful that Lily Rose was part of my bridal experience!

I had a really great experience shopping at The Lily Rose. I did not end up finding my wedding dress there but I thought they had a great selection and I really enjoyed working with Bonnie. I had a question about a dress and alterations, and she was very responsive about talking to their seamstress and getting back to me.

I can't express how satisfied I was, still am, with The Lily Rose! I walked in with my matron of honor having no idea they were by appointment and they took us in and hosted us without question. Came across this one dress that was all over my Pinterest and fell in love. We scheduled a follow up appointment with all my bridesmaids and my mom, where we tried on several dresses and Bonnie, my AMAZING sales associate suggested this one, that covered my back more but was almost identical in style to my top favorite, turned out to be THE dress.

I got amazing pricing and my bridesmaids found a dress they all fell in love with too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I will definitely be back for the mother of the bride dress and more!

I had a wonderful experience with Lily Rose and would recommend them for any woman looking for an exceptional gown. Bonnie was my consultant and she listened to everything I had to say and helped me find the perfect wedding gown. She was very knowledgeable about the dresses she had and helped me custom design the perfect gown for me. All of the associates I have spoken with have been helpful and nice, their customer service is wonderful. I would recommend going here first for the perfect dress.

I said yes to the dress here! Jessica was great, she was very helpful and didn't pressure or rush me. Also got a WONDERFUL deal on my dress.

I did not go into the Lily Rose but wanted to clarify that, based on my phone conversation, I would not consider this a "moderately"-priced shop. When I called and mentioned my budget, I was told that the dresses here start at $1500. The woman with whom I spoke strongly implied that my budget was not feasible but did mention that there was a sample sale.

When I asked if my size would be available in sample sizes, I was basically told it would not be. That's completely ok - I understand that that is out of her control and just industry sizing. However, the nuts and bolts of my phone call was that unless I was willing to fork over more cash, they could not accommodate my size. Yikes. If DB is truly considered "moderately"-priced (as it is currently marked on Yelp), then I would argue that this place falls more into the $$$ bracket.

After a very long day of bridal dress shopping with my friend Leanne, she was becoming devastated. She thought she was going to have to settle for a dress that to her seemed pretty but mediocre! I suggested that we go to the Cornelius area because they have some top notch bridal shops (I had been there before with other bride to bes). I was a little concerned because we didn't have an appointment, so I called as we were on our way, and they stated that we were more than welcome to just walk in.

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. They greeted us with open arms and had some great suggestions. we felt for the first time that day that we were being treated like we were supposed to be treated. The consultants were just as excited about our friends wedding as we were. The other shops we visited didn't share that same passion, so it felt as if we were shopping at a low end clothing store, searching through racks of dresses without any help at all.

The Lily Rose took the cake. so much so that she found her perfect dress and was able to customize it to be EXACTLY what she wanted. She even had that bridal moment when she cried out of excitement! We left that day feeling on top of the world! Thank you Lily Rose!

This bridal shop is the best! They helped me find the perfect dress that was exactly what I wanted! Bonnie is FANTASTIC! She makes you feel very special and will tell you exactly what she thinks. She helped me figure out the veil that went perfectly with my dress too. She has been nothing but excited and extremely nice! If I ever need a nice formal dress I will come here first!

Words can't even begin to describe the amazing ladies at Lily Rose! I bought my dress, bridesmaids dresses and got my dress altered there because of the amazing customer service! When I started trying on dresses, they really listened to what my vision was and also made me try on dresses in shapes I didn't know I loved! I wound up choosing a dress they picked and if it wasn't for them, I would have never tried it on!

I know they've dealt with a million other brides but they made me feel like I was the most important one. I highly recommend making the trip to visit Lily Rose because you won't walk out disappointed! I went to other bridal shops, but nothing compares to Lily Rose!

I had a great experience at the Lily Rose and would recommend it to other Bride's out there 100%. Jennifer was a wonderful bridal consultant and Bonnie was great for all my return trips in. I feel like some shops if you tell them your budget is x they definitely look down on you a bit. Even though in real life that is a high budget! Not the case at the Lily Rose. Jennifer had no problem picking out plenty of dresses in my budget, she never tried to go with dresses over the budget.

The store is beautiful and although not huge they pick out a great variety of dresses and carry some great designers. I ended up going with a Pronovias dress that Jennifer pulled. Something that I really appreciated was Jennifer suggesting ordering a size that was my actual size. I feel like most bridal shops get you to size up with the threat of it not fitting and then you get slammed with a huge alteration bill. Sharon did an amazing job with the alterations. Her pricing was also super reasonable.

I just recently bought my bridal gown from The Lily Rose! I love Bonnie and Jennifer they are the absolute best.! Let me give you guys a few reasons on why this shop should be your one stop shop! 1. The Lily Bridal consultants will not push you or pressure you! ( Don't you hate shops like that!) 2. When you go to your appointment they will make it all about you! 3.

You will have the undivided attention of the consultants, unlike David's Bridal! ( FYI.Davids Bridal is horrible) 4. They have very unique dresses and a large variety. 5. Both my mother and I found our perfect dress for the wedding. Even Better! 6. They allow you to browse for your dress and actually touch the dresses! I never write reviews even if the service is great, but I had to give The Lily Rose 5 stars for their awesome service! Dont Hesitate.you wont regeret it.! Avoid ( David's Bridal)!

From beginning to end, I was absolutely blown away by my awesome experience at Lily Rose. Our consultant was Bonnie. Bonnie, went above and beyond to not only flawlessly please my family, but also make me (the bride) feel so special. To be honest, wedding dress shopping is not fun for me, but Bonnie and Lily Rose changed that. We traveled over an hour to Lily Rose so I am VERY glad that it more than exceeded our expectations. Located in a clean and upscale outdoor mall, Lily Rose is small enough to be personal and intimate, but filled with a huge variety of gorgeous gowns. I was so impressed by Bonnie's knowledge, coordination, and truly fun attitude. THANK YOU!

Lily Rose is completely customer focused and unlike the larger bridal stores it's very personable and caters to the bride. My friend had all but settled on her dream dress and wanted to check out Lily Rose just to be sure but after checking out their extensive clearance rack she found her true dream dress and at half the price! I would advise you not to sleep on Lily Rose.it's a small location by appointment only but there are some real steals in that clearance room.
