Brenda J. Davenport, owner of Pizazz started her business out of her home in January of 1990 designing marketing materials for businesses throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. By 1994 she started developing her Bridal business and it was full steam ahead from then on. By 1997 her home looked like a bridal boutique, with many Wedding Albums and Accessories for the Bride & Groom to choose from.
So, it was time to find just the right place to put all those gorgeous wedding accessories in a lovely retail setting.

My soon to be sister in law thought she had found the dress of her dreams at a sale at Pizazz. What a disappointment the whole process ended up being. After finding a gorgeous Maggie Sottero gown, we noticed there were several dark spots on the bottom of the gown. Brenda stated that the spots were from taking to a bridal show. Since the gown was 50% off we had to take this one. Brenda assured us that she could get the spots out. Agreeing to get the spots out and drive the dress to my house, my sister in laws mom put the deposit on the gown and veil. December 2nd ( 3 weeks after the purchase of the dress) Brenda drove the dress to my house.
She was taken back when the bride said she was going to try it on. Upon putting on the dress, we noticed again several spots that were still on the dress. After over an hour and her using BABY WIPES to try and get the spots out she took the dress and left the veil to take back to the shop and get it out. We didn't hear from Brenda until mid January (understanding that the holidays were probably to blame) we set a time for her to bring the dress back.
At this point, myself and the moh found the dress (even thought the shop never would give us the style name and number) at another shop. Brenda sent pictures to the bride of her working on the dress and there was another clear "faded blue spot ont he back of the dress" from the "cleaning" Lucky for us we found the dream dress at another salon and were able to order it for get this only $400 more than the so called 50% off sale!
After her dress arrived at the new salon, we brought the veil to try on with it. The bridal shop brought to our attention that the veil they sold us had a break in the comb and was yellowed in spots. We drove very far to go to this shop because the reviews were so great and it seems since Brenda is "retiring" that its more important making a quick buck than servicing her brides and providing honest customer service. BEWARE if shopping her sale!

I went there today for the first time for my granddaughter to choose her wedding gown. It was a group of us. We arrived and were seated and then the excitement began! They brought out the gowns my granddaughter had already liked, when she saw them online. They also brought several others for her to try on. We weren't rushed at all! The owner and her helper were really very accommodating to all our needs! The day was so special and we all enjoyed our time spent there! Lovely and quaint little shop! Thank you, Anna Marie and the rest of our party!

After ordering and paying for the perfect wedding invitations, i was told that they don't make them anymore and was told too choose another style, so I did. Didn't receive my invitations unlit after a week and half AFTER they said I would have them. I got them and they weren't what I wanted either and they said there was nothing they could do. They don't know their invitations, so idk why they sell them. Wouldn't have gone here i knew they didn't know what they were doing. Waste of money on my wedding invitations :
