Flora was a dream to work with! She helped me find my perfect dress, was super supportive and caring. She listened to what I wanted, gave me time to try on the dresses and really captured the style of what I wanted with all the details and accessories. The dresses available were also reasonably priced and very beautiful. Very excited!

Very DISAPPOINTED. Explain what kind of tuxedo I want for my wedding. And the guy was very rude n rushing things. To the point He make a huge mistake with the suits went we pick them up. I trying to explain AGAIN n he just shush me the hole time. I'll NOT recommend this place a ALL.

I just couldn't believe how rude customer service was. I didn't even spend 5 minutes in the building and a lady approached me asking " how can I help and if I had an appt" I politely told her "no, and wasn't too sure where to start with the dress shopping process and would like some help since I am planning on 6 months" she laughed in my face and exclaimed " thats impossible" and continued to laugh and walk away. I walked out and will NOT be going back or recommending.

After so many bridal stores I found my perfect dress at Elegant Touch. Wow! The selection was amazing! One gorgeous dress after another. The service and personal touch by all the sales people made me feel so comfortable. The dress prices worked out perfectly in my budget. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this store.

Flora the stylist was absolutely wonderful, very patient and kind. However, I was not happy with the overall bridal shop. THEY ARE NOT PLUS SIZE FRIENDLY AT ALL. I called ahead to make an appointment and spoke with a man on the phone (from reading other reviews I most likely spoke with the owner.) I asked him about plus size options, he said "Well what do you mean by plus size?" I advised him I was falling between a 22-24 dress size.

He said 22's he has plenty to try on, not so many in 24 but he can order in any size - great, so I set an appointment for a Saturday at 10:00 am. When I came in for my appointment me and the others I brought with me were the only ones in the store. I started to look at dresses and realized that they had MAYBE 2-3 options (out of probably 80 dresses total) to try on in a size 22 - not one 24 to try on - so they had to squeeze me in whatever size they had which was awful.

There were dresses they have available that I couldn't even try on because there was no way you can fit a 22 bride into a size 8 dress. On the dresses I was able to try you couldn't get the back to close, or really get an idea of what the dress would look like on you when you are trying on a dress 4 or more sizes too small for you! Not only that, but once I came out of the fitting room in my first dress, I was very surprised to see about 10-15 other women waiting for 2 other brides with appointments to come out.

This made me very uncomfortable since all the other bridal shops I've been to the fitting was very private with myself and the people I brought with me. I felt like an animal being herded back and forth between the front of the store to the dressing room, being paraded in front of a bunch of strangers in dresses that didn't even fit - this made for a very uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone over a dress size of 14-16.

Flora and staff were wonderful to work with these past 9 months, and finding my Sottero & Midgely dress was such a treat. Everyone in the room knew it was 'the one' and shared my joy. All of my appointments and follow-ups went smoothly, even when both of us had to reschedule due to COVID and life events. The alterations and bustle on my dress were perfect, and my dress hugged every curve to give me the confidence and wow factor I needed.

My draping sleeves were a gorgeous touch and the clear snaps to attach them were so discreet. I am very much looking forward to seeing our professional photos and my beautiful dress once it is preserved & packaged!

This place is worst bridal shop in Maryland after going to another bridal shop and searching in New York I settled on this place and the manger made false promises about my gown I was told in front of my bridal party that they would put straps on my gown today at my fitting the manger did not have the straps ordered and essentially said that she didn't have the time to order them now when I came here I had a conversation with her about the straps after questioning her she got very combative and confrontation I'm in hospitality and I would not treat people like that she was so unprofessional that my bridal party began asking her to explain why she made false statements about my dress. Buyers be ware before purchasing from this unprofessional establishment they are the worst

We had such a great experience with Elegant Touch. I felt catered to from the moment I came for my appointment My consultant Understood exactly what I wanted and helped me into stunning dresses. The saved us as another tux company abruptly cancelled our order. Huge variety of tux styles in house the all looked very stylish. This is a lesson to never buy online when it's this important. Flora did a wonderful job picking dresses out with me and helping to pin them nicely so they fit well, regardless of the size. This was the fourth shop I tried dresses on and felt so big and bulky at the others. Flora made me feel beautiful in almost every gown! I ended up finding my dream dress at an amazing price and am so grateful! I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.

The store has a beautiful selection of dresses. Giselle is very kind and patient. She assisted me in making an appointment for a dress fitting promptly back in November 2019. I was helped in and out of several dresses. Clipped up, pinned, brought veils and accessories for the full-effect. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! The strapless Morilee by Madeline Gardner sample dress was in sand, and I purchased the dress in ivory & added beaded straps.

They had catalogs and fabric to show the ivory. I was impressed by their measurements and recommended sizing to order. I have read horror stories online of stores purchasing dresses way too big to make more money off their customers for alterations. The dress was nearly perfect fit! I had a few alterations: pinned the hips a little tighter, added cup padding, adjusted the strap length and added a bustle!

All fair pricing. I had a spot on my dress at the final fitting and they steamed it out and taught my maid of honor and mama how to bustle. Very satisfied. And I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day!
