A & M Tent Events

A&M tent events were great! From Faith, who helped us figure out the tent size, tables and chairs and the crew, who set up the tent in the blistering heat on some very challenging ground, everything worked out wonderfully! I highly recommend them!

Pros Great customer service from Faith Quick turn around in regards to responding to emails Fantastic & professional set up crew Everyone is so friendly & nice Decent pricing Cons Faulty equipment & leaving customer in a pickle a day before event. Yes I acknowledge things happen but there definitely needs to be better assistance in helping customers finding equipment if something like that happens ie from another company etc not suggesting walmart when that kind of stuff can only be bought online Tables were so old, worn & in extremely poor condition! Wowzers they have seen better days especially for the amount of money that is being spent on rental.

I literally was afraid that the tables wouldn't hold up & had to use nice tablecloths to cover them up. Chairs so flimsy, rusty & were extremely dirty ie resulting us to spend extra time cleaning 48 chairs!

Had to set up the tables and chairs myself because it was raining when they dropped them off. They were very heavy.

We worked with Faith for our wedding in September 2016. She was awesome. She helped us rent everything we needed and made sure we didn't forget anything. I would recommend using A&M Rentals. There were some items that I might have rented if they had them, but they had mostly the basics. However, they are always expanding their stock, for example they got wine barrels in just in time to use for our wedding. Most importantly, they are very knowledgable and helpful!

We rented 6 tables and 30 chairs for a cookout event on a Saturday. The chairs came with drinks spilled on them and not the best condition but it was an outdoor casual event so didn't bother me much. The tables and chairs were due back on Monday between 8-8:30am not a very big window and my husband and I had forgot about return times since my father picked them up not us.

We called around 10:30 as we had countertops being installed at our home and my husband was going to run rentals back. Mind you the tables and chairs were only 2 hours late at this point and i get there is a policy and it must be followed. However A & M Tents was not willing to provide any customer satisfaction and charged us an entire day rental so we ended up paying another $65 CASH only for the 6 plastic 6 foot tables and the pretty crappy plastic chairs.

We had to unload them which was fine we were late I get it but the one lady was not very professional or nice at all. I could have got a $25 late fee or something but another day rental for a few tables and crappy chairs I thought was a bit ridiculous! Will not be using them again and recommend to not use them. There place of business is not very clean or neat it is a bit of a mess and hard to find as well.

We rented tables, chairs, linens, and a tent from A & M for our wedding. Faith, the manager, willingly met with me to choose linen colors. She sat down and helped me map out my place settings and gave me price quotes. She was very helpful and friendly! All details were carried out and the wedding went smoothly. I highly recommend A&M.
