Critical: Professionalism The sales lady is terribly rude and offensive. I asked her when they last received a payment from my company and she said "well you should know". I never had bookings from them, they're not worth the monthly fee.

Steer clear! I was charged twice for a service I never signed for. I have no idea how they got my credit card number, or how they got an agreement that I wanted their services. The fees are being disputed with the bank now.

Finally after 9 voicemail messages and multiple emails they cancelled my listing. I will bump this up to 5 starts once I receive my small refund since I cancelled about a week before August 1st, my due date. I just wish my very first email would have cancelled it is all. I signed up with them in 2008 and from 2008 to 2013 I did several bookings by being on their website. But since 2013, I have not had one single booking for Catering or Staffing from being on their site. (This is the main reason I cancelled)

I sign up for party pop it was agree i would pay $134 after not getting any respond for partys i call Elenor and cansel there service they change me another $90 after i cansel because they were going to keep taking money out of my bank account i had to change my credit card to keep them from taking money i have reported them to the BBB do not sign up with there service because once they have your credit card info they will keep charging you

Combative sales representative Elenor-- she called multiple times after I told her no, talked over me, extremely arrogant and rude. She made up stats that said we were getting leads when we weren't. Stay away!

This is such a rip off and this company is CRIMINAL! They make up all these stats.and when I google my company after listing with them for a year.their site doesn't even come up! They charged me $192 after my subscription ended. When I went to their site I could not even log in or access my account info.but yet they say I was "automatically renewed." In the process of getting that back now. The owners are CRIMINAL!

Sales lady called. She was very rude. Then told me I'm a racist. She honestly did not even try to sell me anything just called to harass me. Not professional. I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up. Will never do business with this company again

Dont deserve ANY stars but a lady called and i could barely understand her and ivwas confused on where the call was from but thanks to my phones caller id i knew afterward! She was very rude and didnt try to explain anything! She literally said that i prob didnt have any money and never will and thats why i didnt want to pay monthly. I didnt get her name but she had a strong middle eastern Accent

PartyPop has a long established presence in this part of the entertainment world. I am using thier services to promote bagpipers near me. I have advertised with them for 15 years and my site is www.bagpipeplayers.com. We serve Southern California since 1981.

A few years ago I did a paid ad with Party Pop and never got a single lead from it in over a year. When I cancelled they resisted, giving me false statistics about the amount of people that visited my page and the amount of people that contacted me. Hell, they made it sound almost as if I was as busy as WalMart on a Black Friday. I've had an unpaid ad since the cancellation and still have never recieved an inquiry about the services that I offer, Their website isn't bad looking, but when I type anything about Parties, Events, Photography, Wedding and whatever else it's nowhere near the top listings of Google (unless I put their name into the search). They've contacted me by phone and email during the past week to 'verify' that I'm still around.

I simply sent them an email telling them to delete my account if they want to because I never got any leads from it at all. and it's not worth my time and effort to speak with them on the phone about it.

Do not list your business with Party Pop. They will tell you things that are not true, bully you, and then disappear with your credit card information without listing your business anywhere. I never got a receipt, a link, or proof from any customers that Party Pop is where they got my information for bookings. After being bullied on the phone by Party Pop and being laughed at yelled at, I was called again by surprise and was told they "had a lawyer listening to our call" but was never given that lawyers information.

That is 100% illegal. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the state attorney general and made complaints. Use Google Ads and Gig Salad instead, it's much more reliable!

Party Pop cold called my place of work offering a free listing on the website, promising increased traffic and leads. We took them on their offer for a month. The called back after a month, letting us know that the free trial had ended and wanted us to pay for continued service. We asked the operator for some statistics regarding our listing, including page hits and website inquiries.

None of the new leads that we had received in the past month had mentioned Party Pop as the lead source, so we wanted some metrics and data before we could make an informed decision. The operator had no such information for us, but was still pushing for us to pay for their service. We informed her that without any data, we could not justify paying for a listing.

We shouldn't have even bothered taking the free listing in the first place. A quick search of the listings in our area included several business that have closed in the last year (I guess they are just charging the credit cards on file monthly). Also, the link to their BBB "A+" listing is broken. If you get a cold call or email from this company, don't even bother entertaining it.

These people are aggressive and rude. They lie about who they are over the phone when they call you and try to intimidate you for no real reason. It's absolutely bizarre and disgusting.

Like any small business, there are flaws. However they have an excellent staff (especially Mary and the owner) and respond quickly to requests/changes to my profile. I recommend them if you want to invest in an extra boost in marketing.

Needed a belly dancer went online to party pop and they helped me out Gillbert was a huge help ON THE PHONE. The only knock was that she was a few minutes late but her performance was outstanding and very traditional not mention she left my guests speechless. Thank You PartyPop.com

So I found party pop online and decided to list my business using their free listing. Two day after signing up I received a call from their sales person "Ed". At the time I was fighting a very bad case of tonsillitis and could hardly talk. Needless to say I was not in the mood for a sales call. He asked me if I had time to look at some Google rankings to see how they could help my business.

I explained to him I was sick and not interested at the time. He was VERY push on the phone and would just not stop so i said fine, email it to me and I would take a look at it later but at the moment I was not feeling well and I really needed to go. We could have this conversation at the later date. The very next day he calls back. This time I'm sitting in my doctors office waiting to be seen with still no voice.

He continues to try to push the sale. I said, look this is a bad time, I can't talk, I'm at the doctors. I will call you guys back when I am ready to talk about this further. The very next day he calls again. I ignore the call An hour later he calls again, I again ignore the call. Another hour later he calls again. I answer. At this point I had had it.

I pick up the phone and say "Look I told you I was not feeling well. This is not a good time to have a sales call. I looked at the information you sent me, I'm not interested. Please do not call me again. I hang up the phone. He calls right back, I send him to voice mail. This guy was then DUMB enough to leave me a voice mail saying: "Hi this is Ed from Party pop, the one you just hung up on.

I was just trying to give you information on how to get your website listed higher. If you looked at the links I sent you would would see that when you do a search for chair covers we are like #1 and #2 on Google. You are STUPID if you don't sign up for our service because we could bring you so much business. But that's okay because if you are THAT STUPID we don't want you as a customer anyway. oh and by the way I'm deleting your free listing". Did I mention he left this on my VOICE MAIL?

And he calls me stupid. Well Mr. Smart guy, I plan on showing you just how stupid I am. I will make sure that every social medial platform gets to listen to your voice mail message and how you treat people."
