Jay's Portable Toilets

I scheduled a tank cleaning on my new house since i didnt know the last time it was cleaned. My septic tank was buried deeper than normal and I had to schedule them to come and dig it out with a machine. After digging one hole and locating a pipe, and looking at the health dept. drawing, it was determined it was under my deck. We paid the full price for the service (not their fault) and tore up the deck to locate the tank. Turns out the drawing was wrong, and the tank was actually in the yard.

After locating the tank (clean out was scheduled the next day) I called back to Jay's to see what could be done since I paid for it to be dug out and it actually was in the yard. They sent their driver out that day and the whole tank was excavated free of any additional charge. The cleaning was done the next day and I am completely impressed with their company since they went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone that needs septic service. And good thing I scheduled the cleaning, the tank had never been cleaned in 17 years!

We had never had a septic system until this house. So this was our first experience with a septic company and it was wonderful. They were great at coming out and explaining our system and what we needed to do to keep it healthy. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone I know.

Amazing team and great work! My Grandparents were in a bind and needed their septic pumped today (new years eve). Everywhere was closed along with Jays; however, they made an acception to come work today and take care of my grandparents. For a good price as well. Huge thank you!

Gordon was prompt and courteous. He showed up to the event location with the portable 12' restroom trailer and had it leveled & hooked up in short order. The trailer itself was in great condition. Our guests really appreciated having fully functioning restrooms complete with air conditioning. I would definitely use them again for our next big event.

I have used Jay's Septic twice. I had the come out the first time and do a normal tank emptying. They evaluated the system and made recommendations on upgrades with no pressure. They are hard working and not afraid to get waste on them. The best in the biz! The second time, I was sitting in my bedroom and heard the toilet bubble and let me tell you, it was bad news, the tank froze up and would not allow anymore waste. So, I called Jay's again and they came out right away and and took care of it.

The same technician came out so there was no learn curve for him as he had been here before. so needles to say, he fixed the frozen line and emptied the tank and put all of the grass back where it belonged. I am very happy as I was able to have my morning glory! Thanks Jay's and if I knew that tech's name I would have put it in this post, a special thanks goes to him. You get more than what you pay for with Jay's! FYI - My bill was $275 and they came out immediately, amazing!

Above and beyond customer service! We had an emergency and they were quick to come out and help us. The driver was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and not only serviced the area but cleaned it very well! I would highly recommend Jay's for your service needs.

Had a great experience with Jays Septic. We rented a 24' bathroom trailer. Gordon was our driver, what an exceptional man he was. He called, kept us informed, and was patient when we were setting this in the right place. He gave us his personal number for the weekend just Incase we had any problems. I will definitely use Jays again, and will recommend. Thank you for being outstanding in an otherwise mediocre world!

I just had to write a review about a gentleman named Loren. I suggested to my elderly neighbors who needed their septic tank cleaned out to call Jay's. A very nice and professional man named Loren showed up and was simply amazing. Loren found the tank with no problem, and parked his truck in the front of the house and ran a hose to the back as not to put ruts in the lawn even though it would have been much easier to park the truck in the back. Loren's demeanor was above par and was a extremely professional.

He explained what he needed to do and was very efficient at the task. Loren is a true asset to Jay's and I wouldn't hesitate to call Jay's again because of the service we received. People like Loren are becoming increasingly rare in this day and age. Jay's better give this man a raise because the customer is always right and the customer should be satisfied.

Whatever you're paying Loren isn't enough! Pride and professionalism can't be bought or paid for, and Loren is doing it for free. Thank you Loren and Jay's septic for an above and beyond job!

We used Jays to rent a bathroom trailer for our wedding. They had the best prices and were very easy to work with. Gordon came to deliver the trailer and was so friendly. He really went above and beyond. He even gave us his cell phone number in case we had any issues. And the bathrooms are even nicer than I expected. Good prices, products, and people. We will definitely use Jays for all of our events in the future.

This company will get the product to the location that you need, in a timely manner. That is not an issue. The problem is the girls in the office are so rude and on organized, that I refuse to give them any more business. The very first time I spoke to them to start the service, they were rude and I don't even know why I continued with their service for this past year. They are still rude, every time I speak to them. Just because your company collects crap, doesn't mean you have to treat your customers like crap.
