Flowers for our Grandmas funeral far exceeded expectations just beautiful and the price was very reasonable, similar arrangements at other florists were almost twice the amount. They arrived very promptly, customer service on the phone was excellent. Will definitely recommend to others in the future.

I came in on a busy weekend, Mother's Day weekend.and they were still able to accommodate my last minute needs for my twins prom day.

Lovely product but customer service severely lacking. Short and rude on three instances in the same day. Inquiry call, in person order and picking up. If I wasn't in a pinch, I would have canceled during the ordering process. During pickup, I wish I would've. First and last time I will be there.

Bought two beautiful wreaths and a grave blanket. I consider them on the pricey side but the beauty of both the wreaths and grave blanket were worth it.

The photo with the red roses was what we ordered. We specifically called all around to see who could do it locally instead of ordering online. Curtis told us they could. We went in and showed them the picture and talked about the different color roses & ribbon we wanted and added some twigs but otherwise wanted it just like that. Sue was very sweet and drew it out and had me text her the picture for reference.

The second picture with the purple ribbon is what we saw when we got to the funeral home . When I called to say that is not what we ordered, the owner had very little sympathy stating "I did the best I could". He did offer a $60 in store credit (at this point why would we use you again?!), but at the end the best he offered was a $50 credit. Then, the flowers wilted not even 24 hours later.

On the 3rd day (the actual funeral), the flowers were dead (side shot photo was from day 2, full last photo was day of the funeral). Do not recommend them and will not use them in the future. Response to Owner's Response: We texted the photo to Sue when we were there in store as she was going to show it to the "designer". When I called to complain, Sue answered the phone and told me that she showed the picture to you and you told her it couldn't be done because it was an "Oasis" or something.

Then you, the owner, got on the phone and told me you couldn't make it like the picture and "did the best you could". Either way, that doesn't explain them wilting away not even 24 hours later. No, we would not use you again.

This is my second time using Curtis Flowers after using many others over the years. Curtis Flowers has not disappointed! Awesome flowers! Fresh and long lasting with great arrangements. Nice to be able to use a local business. They also provide on time delivery and few substitutions. Something really hard to find elsewhere. Keep up the good work. Another loyal satisfied customer. Will use again.

I am thrilled with the work done by Curtis Flowers! They provided flowers for my wedding this October and I was blown away by the quality and service. My flowers were beautiful and lasted very, very well. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The communication was excellent, especially with many unknowns re: the pandemic. I would use them again for any special event in the future!

We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful business in our community. Curtis Flowers has always given excellent service. They have gone out of there way to help out during trying times and have made tough decisions less difficult. The staff is supportive and uderstanding and will do everything to make sure you are satisfied. With an abundant selection of live plants and gifts in stock, it's also a lovely place to visit.

I do not recommend this florist. Arrangements not even close to pictures on their website. Does this look like a $70 arrangement? Very disappointing. BUYER BEWARE Yes, I did call the shop and only got a lot of excuses. It was a waste of my time.

I called at 8:30 on a Monday morning. The women I spoke with was great and very helpful. I believe her name was Carmen. Made my decisions very easy and delivered as promised. Thanks for your help

I've been a customer for many years, t hey never fail to impress. Great friendly customer service, beautiful arrangements.

They made a beautiful bouquet for my sister to hold during her last minute court house wedding. The flowers were gorgeous, the cost was up there but in their defense I requested cala lillies and they are not cheap. Either way the florist did a great job for 24 hour notice.

Curtis always does a very nice job for me and my family. This is my go to place for all flowers.

I have used them as my goto florist for years. They always have flowers ready and are a pleasure to deal with over the phone.
