Jacobsen's Flowers

During a time of loss and sadness, when we couldn't travel to be with our family, the staff at Jacobsen's helped me to pick out a beautiful memorial center piece and made sure it was delivered to the local church just when it needed to be. I saw the flowers on the memorial service stream, and they were just beautiful- every bit as nice as the picture on their website. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again- I hope in happier times. Thank you so much to all the staff!

The lady who helped me with my daughter's wedding, Cheryl, went over and above to make everything beautiful. It was perfect! Recommend for anyone planning flowers for a wedding! All the little details were taken care of completely. Nothing but compliments to me at the wedding.and all I did was let Jacobsens do their job! :

I had a slight problem with flowers my husband purchased for our 25th Anniversary. Called and talked to Judy who was wonderful and took care of the problem. Would highly recommend jacobsens and a special thank you to Judy. She was great!

I've used Jacobsen's for years and order from them about 5x a year. They're always really nice on the phone and the flowers are always beautiful and delivered on time. I appreciate that they can use my phone number to look up prior deliveries as reference. Makes it easy. Today my friend sent me a photo of her flowers to thank her. They were perfect!

We received flowers on Thursday, July 9 from the delivery gal Becky. She was lovely. Very professional, very kind and cheery. Our flowers were for sympathy, and we were instantly cheered up when she delivered. I also got to peek in the back of her truck and saw THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and HUGE Star Gazer Lily and Pink Rose Bouquet. Wow! The size of those flowers and the color of that pink rose was a welcome sight for my eyes. Absolutely uplifting.

I ordered flowers from Jacobsen's Waterford in June of last year for my niece in the hospital. It was the most beautiful bouquet. I was so very pleased! When I ordered them on the phone the lady was so sweet and very helpful. I will be placing another order from them this coming Mon.! Will not use anyone else!

So pleased with this company! I called in, somewhat last minute, for an arrangement to be sent to my Mom. The woman who helped me worked with me, listened to me, and delivered exactly what I drew up in my head. It had a personal and meaningful touch! Definitely recommend!

We are absolutely blown away! We asked Jacobsen's to incorporate some deer antlers and our vision of a earthy, woodsy-looking casket spray for my dad's funeral this week. THEY GOT IT SPOT ON! Seeing the finished product atop the casket before the showing Monday brought tears to our eyes. It was wonderful and gorgeous and we received so many compliments. My mighty hunter, nature loving father would have approved. Well done, Jacobsen's! Thank you for listening to our vision and making it happen!

My dear friend from out of state ordered a beautiful bouquet of long stem red roses for me for Valentines Day and boy did it surprise me! The delivery man was very friendly and the vase was encased and safely packaged for this SE Michigan weather. And the arrangement is exquisite! Some of the most beautiful roses I've ever received and the combination of the arrangement smells amazing! Thank you to my thoughtful friend, and thank you Jacobsen's for delivering a surprise that made my 2018 Valentines Day sweetly unforgettable!

Horribly overpriced. Charged $50 for a simple corsage and boutonniere.

Have been going to them for more than 20 years. Elegant, lovely design and a genuine understanding of good taste. Thanks to Sheri for making sure my mom got the flowers I envisioned for Mother's Day!

I posted an unfavorable review earlier today on this business. I was objecting to what I thought was their lack of transparency on the delivery charge that gets added to each order. The owner called me to let me know that they do, in fact, publish the charge on their website. They're right -- I was wrong. They do show that information. And more importantly, the recipient got the floral arrangement that I ordered, and was extremely happy with it. So, the quick and personal response by the business plus the good quality of the delivered flowers leads me to change my rating to highly favorable. This is a small, family owned business, and in general, I much prefer dealing with businesses like this than large chains.

Great business. Has some different jewelry, gifts and decor items that are well constructed and worth the prices asked. Arrangements are always on point.

My boyfriend called and ordered a fall themed bundle of flowers for me and had them surprise me by delivering them to me at work! He knows that Fall is my favorite season and orange is my favorite colors. He also let them know that I have a very small desk and would like them in a vase with water and food already in them and food for when I change the water next.

They did fabulous. I already posted a picture before I wrote this review! It is the perfect size, beautifully arranged and made me sooo incredibly happy! Thank you to my boyfriend and a big thank you to Jacobsen's for how you arranged them!

I don't live in southeastern Michigan, however ordering flowers from Jacobsen's was very easy. After selecting an arrangement from their website, I called their shop and a very friendly woman answered the phone. She deftly took my order and payment info over the phone. The flowers were delivered on time and the recipient was very happy, telling me they were beautiful. It's true, these aren't cheap flowers, but they do a great job. Plus it's a locally owned business that's been around for a long time. Jacobsen's is definitely a business I'm happy to support.

I ordered a contemporary arrangement of flowers from Jacobsen's in Bloomfield Hills for a very special family member's memorial service. Our relatives were thrilled and wrote us immeditately to thank us for the "strikingly beautiful flowers" that "light up the living room in their towering vase." Pam was very patient, kind, and extremely helpful in describing the arrangement by phone (we called from out of state) and took our order and made sure the flowers arrived the same day. Excellent service and a beautiful, original, arrangement. Worth every penny. Bravo and thank you!

This is my favorite florist in all of michigan. I've been going here for over 12 years and have never been disappointed by the quality, freshness and beauty of their flowers. The florists are knowledgeable and friendly.i don't know much about flowers but they always help me make the right choice. only negative is that your wallet will be significantly lighter, these aren't Kroger flowers.so don't expect to get the manager special for $7.99.

A dozen long stemmed roses are ~$60. Check their website (http://www.jacobsensflowers.com/) as they sometimes have coupons/deals/etc. try it once. your gf will thank you for it.
