Mike was absolutely amazing! He was so prompt emails and so good about communication. I had been in contact with him about a month prior to my event and he made me feel comfortable knowing I could count on him. On the day of the event, he showed up on time and delivered all 10 bouquets of balloons that I had ordered from him. He wasn't able to place the balloons in the ballroom so he even left for an hour and came back right before the event to deliver the balloons.
He was so kind and patient. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable balloon service that will help you worry about one last thing for your event. Thank you for everything Mike!

I contacted Tropical Images less then a week before the bridal shower i was throwing and was more then pleased with the outcome. With quick service, understanding of the table centerpieces i needed, and great communication i could not have asked for a better florist. I will be using them again and referring anyone who needs any type of floral need. The creativity and mixture of flowers, textures and height was beyond anything i could have imagined! thanks Tropical Images for being more then great.
