I had an excellent experience with this business. Pricing is very reasonable and they were extremely understanding when I had to return tables a day late because of a family death. We have rented tables and chairs from there a few times for our events and will continue to recommend this place.

LOTS OF GREAT GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCES AT THE EAST SIDE LOCATION NEAR LEE TREVINO IN EL PASO! HOWEVER, I KEEP SEEING ALOT OF NEGATIVE ABOUT THE WEST SIDE LOCATION IN SUNLAND PARK N.M. I PROBABLY WONT TRY THE WEST SIDE LOCATION.

The hours read they open at 9, got here at 9:30 and doors are locked. Looks abandoned. There is a lot of stuff in boxes and bags moved to front of store. Either they are closed down or seriously remodeling / renovating.

I needed to rent party tables in the quick and luckily they had what I needed in stock. I placed the order over the phone But was given some issues that I can't place an order thru phone. Only person. Well I get a call back later and place the order. Rather silly. Day of party I arrive on time and see two ladies working, they help me with the contract and payment and Im sent on my way to the back where the attendant working was rather rude. He didn't care to be working there, wasn't very professional. Aside from the quick response time, I probably won't be going back.

They have all your party supply needs, and are locally owned.

The manager actually yelled at us. Probably worst customer service in the city. Had a lot of money to spend at this place, but walked away because of the horrible customer service. The place is dirty and old and the manager is rude, mean, and just plainly a horrible human being. I warn anyone who is thinking of using this place, they don't deserve your business.

Party city on Sunland is a million times better. The manager alone doesn't even deserve a minute of your time. Just based on how he treated us, we will make it our mission to tell everyone we know to not go here. It's unfortunate because there are some decent people who work there. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Went in last minute for my son's Masquerade Gala and the ladies were so helpful and found everything ( and more) that he was looking for Love this place

Worst customer service ever! I'm still waiting for 'the boss' to come and finish setting up the rest of my tent. 2 employees, who got lost coming over, left a half set up tent. I called the store on Doniphan yesterday to get an estimated delivery time and was told by the rude girl that answered the phone 'she didn't know'.

Today I called to ask again, still another ride girl said around 3pm and then she hung up on me. When I called again to find out when 'the boss' would be here, I was told he's on his way. It's been a good 30 minutes and I'm tired of waiting for something that I was told would take an hour to set up. Never again will I do business with Party World. I'll start renting from the little guy that advertises on the side of the road. Had to enter one star to post!
