I actually live in New Mexico and my auntie asked me to purchase some flowers for my cousin who was living in El Paso For her birthday. So I looked around online found this place contacted them and they were just so nice very helpful. My cousin received her flowers on time they were beautiful she was happy they sent me an email and receipt they were just great I definitely recommend purchasing from them if you're in that area or know somebody in that area.

Sandy was incredibly helpful, when the hospital lost the delivery. She and Debbie's Bloomers went way above and beyond to be kind and helpful and still provide amazing flowers for my sick family member! Thank you and highly recommended!

Debbie's Bloomers did all of the floral arrangements for our wedding. Everything better than I could have imagined. They are an incredible team and worked with us the whole way through our planning to give us the best day possible.

If there was a zero that would be the rating. Came to order sympathy flowers on stand. The store looked nice, but absolutely No service. 3 employees behind counter talking. Never bothered to greet, ask us if they could help. Not a word even as we sood at the counter in their sight. we went elsewhere and got immediate service. NOT recommending Debbie's Bloomers

Debbie's Bloomers took my order and the flowers were delivered a few hours later! Incredible service and the flowers were beautiful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I'm not in town so I ordered flowers for my moms birthday today, they arrived beautifully and at a great time! If only I could be able to see the arrangement in person! I'm definitely making this my florist!

After a failed order with a different florist in the area (they called me to tell me none of the flowers in my order were in stock so we cancelled), I went with Debbie's Bloomers. I am BEYOND happy with how everything turned out. There was one flower they were out of but they were very helpful in informing me and giving me options. They gave me the option to replace that flower or delay by one day, it was my choice to delay and I am so happy I did! The recipient was very happy and I am relieved that this was a success.

I ordered and paid for 4 roses in a bouquet to represent 4 sisters (this was explained and also written on the card - "a rose for each sister"). They delivered a 3 rose bouquet. I was crushed when my best friend sent me a pic of the bouquet. It was a crappy bouquet as well. Not nearly as pretty as the sample pic online. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady.

She promised to fix the error and re-deliver the correct bouquet. My friend sent me a new pic. The bouquet was so much prettier and had 4 roses. If only that's what had been delivered the first time. A grieving sister doesn't need the headache of multiple deliveries. I'd give 1 star for the first bouquet snd 5 stars for the second bouquet but 3 stars for a pain in the butt, disappointing experience.

I had someone deliver me flowers and I ABSOLUTELY loved the arrangement. The flowers lasted a very long time. I ordered a delivery for my boyfriend online and wished I could've gone chosen them in person but I worked all day and the website was easy to navigate. My boyfriend absolutely loved them. Very communicative when it came down to the delivery. Thank you! We made my boyfriends day!

It did not matter what angle you looked at it. when i saw it at the funeral home it didn't look like what i bought either. i just couldn't get a picture there. we definitely did not get what we paid for.

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife to celebrate her becoming a US citizen and we couldn't have been more satisfied! The roses are full and beautiful and the bouquet as a whole, with the added balloons, is amazing. They even added an American flag as a bonus, nice touch and very thoughtful! I had the bouquet delivered to a restaurant where we were having a celebratory lunch with family and the whole restaurant was in awe. My wife loved the arrangement! We will definitely shop here again. Thank you

I ordered for my Padrinos funeral at mt.carmel this last Monday the 11th. A white lily peace plant. Dora helped me on Saturday and it was delivered on time. She was so great to assist me with her friendly voice over the phone. During these tough times. I would definitely use this florist again. I had my mother order flowers from here also on Monday, 11th. I had checked some other florists locally in El Paso and this was the friendliest and the delivery was $10. The medium plant $59. Just received my birthday flowers! So disappointing. I hate to tell my daughter your good intentions are old flowers. Update: same day. Just got a new bouquet of flowers! Thank you To the owner who hand delivered them. I will continue to do business with a caring business.

I'm from El Paso but live out of state and have always known of Debbie's. I ordered flowers online for my mom coming out of surgery, and selected their Deal of the Day for a Get Well occasion. So I didn't know what they were going to look like. But when my mom sent me a picture of them, I was super impressed and they look beautiful! Great job with that arrangement guys, my mom loved them!

Thank you for donating a bounty of free, pre-made bouquets for the memorials and vigils around the city and showing we are ELPASOSTRONG. Sandy Blanco and the talented florist team at Debbie's Bloomers are amazing, creative and kind people. This unique floral and gift shop has been an El Paso tradition for decades. I will continue to enjoy and share their beautiful floral creations with family and friends.

I will NEVER again use this location. I paid for premium and was expecting it to look as nice and full. It's such a disappointment. I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday and it was very upsetting to see what she got. If I can give this a 0 stars it be a better way to explain how I feel. False advertising!

The day before, I ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet for a dear friend whose 'young' husband died just a few months ago. Of course, ordering a bouquet of flowers on the busiest day of the year with such short notice must have posed a challenge for any florist. However, Debbie's Bloomers performed beautifully. My grieving friend received her lovely bouquet at work as requested, so her coworkers could ooh and aah over it, and help her feel better. I can trust Debbie's Bloomers to deliver beautiful bouquets any time of year. I am so grateful for their timely and artfully appealing service.

Each time I've ordered flowers for my mom from another city and never had issues. Flowers arrive either on time or early, and are beautiful. Great job debbies bloomers! Will continue to order each Valentine's Day

I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my mom. I live in the DFW area and she lives in El Paso. I did my order online which was super easy. I loved being able to add a handwritten card. I was admittedly apprehensive when ordering this arrangement. It was unconventional - not just flowers in a vase, but flowers designed to look like a birthday cake with candles and everything.

I was legitimately worried that it'd come out like a Pinterest "nailed it" moment, but really liked the design and went for it. Two days before the delivery I called and asked about the expected delivery time. The young guy that answered the phone was so polite and was willing to guarantee me it'd be delivered before noon. Again, I was skeptical and just hoped for the best.

Her birthday came and the flowers were delivered by 10am and were gorgeous! My mom is a teacher and her students and colleagues were raving about how nice her flowers were. They lasted for more than two weeks and apparently smelled wonderful. My mom is still talking about this flower arrangement. I had such a good experience here I would use them again.

I've used Debbie's Bloomers a few times because I live out of state and my aunt suggested them. For my uncles passing they did wonderful job. But whenever I send flowers for my aunts birthday I don't honestly feel I get what I pay for. This last arrangement was 70.00 and if I didn't work in a flower shop before I supposed it could be justified as 70, but for me it will be the last time I buy flowers.

I asked for fall flower colors, oranges, reds and yellows. Full arrangement maybe in a basket so the amount would be used on the vase. I'm disappointed and decided not to call because I called on the last arrangement they sent my aunt and they kindly exchanged it because it was dying within 2 days, but I figured I'd give them another try. I recently ordered a floral arrangement for my mom's birthday. The woman that helped me (I believe her name was Isabel) was very helpful in taking my order. The arrangement was delivered in the morning as I preferred, and looked very similar to the on-line arrangement I had referenced. They had many options from which to choose and the prices were a bit better than other area florists. I really like the delivery confirmation email. I'll be using them again.

Just what I asked for. I needed an anniversary arrangement for delivery and Yvette took my order with no problems. Delivery was made the next day by 11am way before the estimated time frame. I received a delivery notification letting me know they were delivered. None the less, the wife was extremely pleased and the awe of the office for the day.thanks Yvette!

I ordered flowers here from the East Coast after a family member went in for surgery at an El Paso hospital. I ordered online and confirmed over the phone, letting them know that I didn't know the hospital room number yet, and would update them when I got it. It was very easy to order from this company, and they sent a confirmation email once the flowers were delivered. Perfect!

My only complaint is that they had a bouquet online that they actually were unable to fulfill (I think they didn't have all the flowers for it, or it would take a few days to get). However, they had a nice selection, so I just chose a different bouquet and confirmed that they would be able to make it for delivery the next day. Thanks!
