Sarabia's & Blue Sanitation

I cannot recommend Sarabia's enough. We rented two trailers of VIP trailers for a wedding. I was worried about power, and Mario came from El Paso to Las Cruces several days in advance to measure for extension cords which he brought with him. He was very communicative and very professional. The air conditioning worked great. Everyone loved the fancy johns, and commented that they had never seen such nice johns.

Trust me, we looked. This was the cheapest option for a portable toilet @ $92/month-this includes taxes. Having it for a week or less is still about $40. There is no additional discount for a longer commitment. Other places we contacted, charged about twice as much. The best pricing is monthly. There is no separate charge for placement or pick up and the toilet is serviced weekly.

This includes cleaning, removing waste, replenishing toilet paper. A chart is attached to the door that the maintenance person annotates every week with the date and time of service. We had work done in and around our house for the past 2 1/2 years. The first year, we did not have a toilet for the workers. Around the end of the year, I kept smelling something very foul every time I went on the master patio and the wind was blowing toward me.

It turned out that the workers were using the bushes in that area.needless to say, we had a long talk with them. They could have used the toilet in the house. Fast forward to Jan '18, we were going to have some additional work done on our rock wall and our contractor recommended Sarabia's. Initially it was just going to be for a month or two, but we hired an additional contractor. this meant anywhere between 5 and 10 workers at our house on any given day.

The toilet came in very handy and required no access to the house. This meant if we could not be there when work was going on, the workers still had access to a toilet. Except for once, the maintenance person came every week to service the toilet. They were very responsive any time we called with a question, called back when we left messages, or sent emails.

After giving them my credit card information, I told them to charge it every month. I did not express myself clearly and 2 month went by without them charging for it. There were no issues, threats or late fees. Once we cleared the issue up, they just charged for the prior months. I also appreciate getting receipts through email instead of snail mail.

Since most of the work is now in the house, we had them come and pick it up yesterday. They did it later that morning after we called to see when the new billing cycle would start. That way we were not charged for another months. If you have work going on outside of your home or business, a party, large family or work gathering, we can wholeheartedly recommend a portable toilet from Sarabia's.

Many years we've used their services. Nancy, Lorena, Monica, and the whole team deserve mention, wish I knew them all. Even the drivers are very helpful and personable. I've always been able to count on good service from them.

We do demolition work and frequently use Sarabia's services. And they come by once or twice per week to maintain the facilities, depending on our needs. And we have used their services for at least 4 years. We are very pleased with their service, and also the great customer service from their office.

I have had experience with Sarabias supplying our portable jons for almost 2 years here at Globe Builders, and about 5 years before that at my previous employment. They are top-notch, always deliver on-time, excellent service provided. And their facilities are kept clean twice per week. We are very pleased with their service.

Sarabia's rocks! They go so far and above in the customer service department that you really feel special. And, to them you are, they really appreciate that you trust your needs to them. We can't say enough great things about Lorena, Rudy and even the owner because she actually spent time chatting with me and she wasn't who I originally worked with. Their trailers are are clean and extremely well maintained.

Delivery, set up, maintenance and pickup are all done in a timely manner on schedule. And the facilities they provide are the best in good shape, and clean. We have used their service for over 9 years and will continue with Sarabias.

They have been providing their services for us here at Vista Star for over 3 years. And they do excellent work. All their jons and the other equipment are in great shape. I can easily rate them 5 stars, more if I could. We've been very happy with them.

I had been searching around for, and trying different providers, loooking for a good reliable company to provide our porta-potties. I was not too happy with the quality of service we had been receiving with a couple of other companies. Finally we found Sarabia's and they have been great, and very responsive and proactive as our needs changed. At first we had them come out only about once per week for cleaning and maintenance. But as the use and volume increased, they now come twice a week. And I didn't even have to say anything. They provide Excellent service!

Alma always makes sure the equipment is delivered and picked up on time. They always have neat, clean, well maintained facilities. We have worked with them, using their service for the entire time I have been here, at least 37 years. And we've always been happy with their service. Your coordinator even said we may tour the facilities anytime. Looking forward to it.
