My husband sent me flowers today and within 2 hours the first flower started to wilt. I sent a message and was told I could come there to replace the flower. Unfortunately I didn't have time to do that. I've received their flowers before but never have I been so disappointed with the quality. With the money spent on these I would expect them to last longer than a day.

Ordered roses for mom the day before Mother's Day and she received them on Mother's Day! Mom was thrilled with how beautiful they were and I was thrilled she loved them! Blue Moon Florist did a wonderful job all around!

Blue Moon Floral designers are crazy talented! I have been receiving arrangements from them monthly or quarterly since 2019--- Every arrangement is unique & exquisite with the most magnificent selection of flowers. I wish I had a photo, but this was for a funeral and had requested blue for flower. Just be honest, if the flowers are not blue then switch. The other flowers looked dead when I arrived at 9:30, flowers delivered at 8am same day, very disappointing. Not sure I will use this florist for the price I paid, very dissatisfied.

I just got married, and was so over the (blue)moon happy with how my flowers turned out. The team took all of my inspiration photos and turned my January wedding I to the most beautiful jewel toned venue I've ever seen. I received so many compliments about my table arrangements! The hanging arrangements and the wedding columns they created were the most breathtaking, whimsical elements of my ceremony spacei don't know how they did it, but everything in my head was brought to life. I am so happy and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.

Blue Moon Florist was a dream to work with. From the initial consultation meeting to the execution of my vision, they were prompt, communicated well, and had great ideas. Since we had to postpone our wedding date once, they were super accommodating to our new date as well as changes that we made between our initial contract and the actual wedding day. I would highly recommend them for any services, but especially your wedding!

I placed an online order for a flower arrangement in a basket on Wed 12/15 to be delivered to my mom, for her birthday, the following Wed 12/22. There was a mixup & the beautiful arrangement in the basket was delivered on 12/15 instead. So what did Blue Moon Florist do when they realized the mistake? They called & left me a voicemail message on 12/15 apologizing for their mistake and then delivered a beautiful vase arrangement this morning (12/22). Beautiful products, great service and a fantastic way to run a business! Thank you, Your customer for life

Blue Moon was wonderful to work with as our florist vendor for our wedding. I worked with Rachel and she was very attentive to what I wanted for our 'wedding vision'. She was prompt to respond to emails, flexible when we wanted to make adjustments, and their work was SPOT-ON with what I wanted for our floral decor! The only small 'hiccup' we had was addressed immediately and they resolved it quickly without any issue. I would definitely go with Blue Moon again!

I recently received a flower arrangement made and delivered by Blue Moon. The theme was fall and it was filled with weeds that I see growing on the roadside and two lilies that weren't opened yet. In a few days, one yellow and two orange lilies opened. It was never pretty and really disappointing because they used such cheap, dull plants. While green is my favorite color, I like more than that in a flower arrangement.

Ordered flowers for next day delivery - they arrived on time and we're beautiful! Good communication as well via email.

This is my favorite florist in all of Chester county! I've been going there for years and was so excited to use them for my wedding! The whole process was smooth and easy even during Covid. They handled everything from the creation, execution, and delivery wonderfully! They created the most beautiful floral arrangements and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They know exactly what they're doing and give you what you want and more! Pick them for your wedding flowers I promise you won't be disappointed!

Not only were the flowers beautiful, but they were delivered in a snow storm! The team had called me a few days before the storm to let me know the flowers might be delayed due to the weather but then, I got a text from the recipient that they had received the flowers! We love Blue Moon - they always go above and beyond!

My mother has been quarantined for nine months due to COVID and to cheer her up I decided to send her a special arrangement. Brittany at Blue Moon handled my call and request to the letter! Second time working with Blue Moon Florists and wow, if they're not the best in the area I don't know who is! The people at this shop are obviously very passionate about what they do, and their floral arrangements aren't typical! They're so professional, deliver on time and communicative. I love seeing the brides reaction when they see their beautiful flowers for the first time!

CLASS ACT! I have been using this florist for a number of years to send a very special gift. The arrangements are always absolutely beautiful. This year, Blue Moon Florist accidentally delivered my gift too early. When they realized this mistake, they instantly offered to resend the arrangement on the exact date requested. The staff that I worked with was amazingly helpful and sincerely apologetic for the error. I would highly recommend using this florist. We are all human and I appreciate the fact that they were so professional in dealing with this.

We had a personalized arrangement made for my father-in-law's funeral. Blue Moon was asked to incorporate a microphone into an arrangement along with a ribbon that said dad. The personalized arrangement was so much nicer than we ever expected. all the arrangements received from Blue Moon on that day were amazing, delivered timely, and priced just right. Thank you!

I got my prom flowers here, they were beautiful and lasted really long. The coworkers are nice and friendly. I highly recommend this florist!

We have used Blue Moon for many years, but recently, our experience has been very unsatisfying. I asked about the service charge for delivery and received a call from the owner. This call did nothing to convince me to continue the deliveries. I finally had to terminate the call since the same conversation did no good and I was simply having to hear over and over the same message.

I have since cancelled the order and found many businesses in the area who were eager to have a regular customer. I was not treated with respect from Blue Moon and I'm glad to move on.

The arrangements are always super fresh with long lasting blooms. It's also the BEST gift shop to find gifts and holiday items that are unique. The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable. Top notch!

We have been coming here for years for flowers and are never disappointed. I remember when they had their small little shop and their new location is beautiful. We have gotten plenty of flowers here for dances, anniversary bouquets and even some decorations for our house. Our most recent purchase was for a dance and we sent them a picture of the dress and they created an absolutely stunning bouquet. The best place for flowers and the prices are very reasonable!

Beyond expectations! I used Blue Moon for my wedding and I was so nervous because I am not creative and I had zero idea of what I wanted. Gail and her team were very helpful and when my flowers arrived I actually cried they were so beautiful. The team that was sent to set up the centerpieces and arbor where professional and efficient and even gave us some tips about holding our flowers. On top of all of this, they were reasonably priced!

Stopped in to pick up some flower arrangements while out of state for a special occasion. Checked on location and ratings on yelp, Very impressed when I arrived very well decorated outside and in, warm and inviting entered and was greeted by a friendly staff. Didn't really know what arrangements I wanted but knew the flower types. With in a short time two Beautiful arrangements very much to my pleasing. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was excellent. The arrangements were a big hit. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Love this florist and gift shop! The creative design and quality of materials are top notch. I can always find unique decorative items for my home including custom made silk arrangements. Blue Moon's arrangements always stand out.

My husband and I used Blue Moon Florists for the reception flowers for our wedding in November. We were so pleased! Samantha at Blue Moon was so helpful throughout the process and helped us design the most beautiful centerpieces. We received so many compliments on the flowers and highly recommend Blue Moon! We decided not to use Blue Moon for our wedding. BEWARE people. The practice they use is deceptive. I gave a deposit for the flowers, then decided that we did not want to use them for many reasons. They are refusing to refund our deposit and said it states it in the contract. BEWARE you are never given a copy of the contract until you hand over your money first!

If this is the kind of practice they do, then they should tell a customer BEFORE they hand over their money that deposits are non refundable. They did NOT do this. This is deceptive practice. I would never do business with a company uses this kind of practice. BEWARE of this business. I would hate to see others get taken for their money. This i s deceptive business practice for sure.

Received a lovely summer flower arrangement as a gift today. Just beautiful.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Ami in ordering our wedding flowers. First of all with our wedding package at Hershey's Mill our table arrangements were included through Blue Moon Florist. Our options were amazing. We chose a break-away arrangement so all the ladies at each table were able to take away a tiny arrangement of our flowers.

I thought it was such sweet detail. Our wedding had a vintage theme.and Ami knew exactly what I wanted. My bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets came out gorgeous. I was a little worried because we ordered cymbidium orchids for our mothers and grandmother flowers. I have never seen a cymbidium orchid without one or two bruises. None of them were bruised. They were in perfect shape. Also, I wanted fiddleheads in the groom and groomsmen boutonnieres. Ami, during the time of our meeting told me fake ones would need to be used.

I agreed but she ended up using real ones which were phenomenal! Since our wedding my mother has used Blue Moon for deliveries and orders. They are an all around great florist. Beautiful store and meeting area. Lovely employees too! Thanks Blue Moon!
