Come and taste our delicious cakes and frostings by scheduling a tasting. We also offer vegan and gluten free vanilla or chocolate cake and frostings.
Bella's Desserts offers cakes for a wedding of 20, up to as many as you have invited! We are the only bakery in the area that offers cupcake towers! We are also a full service dessert caterer, and we offer many other dessert options, including minis for your event. We can make your cake dreams come true!

Lauren's entrance into the culinary arts world began in the early 1990's where she created desserts at the now defunct Oceanside restaurant in Oregon. Shortly thereafter, Lauren moved to Seattle where she learned the basics of pastry arts at the only 4 star restaurant in the area, The Painted Table. Over the years, Lauren received special instruction at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and also from world renowned cake designers Colette Peters, Bronwen Webber and Toba Garrett, as well as the sugar paste flower expert Kim Morrison and sugar artist Lori Ann Blethen of Wildflowers. Bella's offers cutting edge desserts using everything from fondant, gumpaste and chocolate work in their creations. Lauren has brought edible art to the area, and has committed to learning the latest trends to keep up with ever changing demand. Lauren has also generously donated cakes to such charities as Relay For Life, CancerCare Cupcakes for a Cause, as well as local and private school events.

We met with Lauren as she was very local to our home and the reception venue. The tasting was perfect and she was so easy to work with. On the day of the wedding she delivered and set up the cake and cupcakes and then sent me a text message to let me know it was all set. The cake/cupcakes were the highlight of the day. Every single person I talked to made sure to tell me how delicious they were. I honestly have never had cake so good. We will definitely be using her for others events in the future!

Lauren at Bella's Desserts is an absolute genius in the kitchen! She made the most delicious wedding cakes for my wedding and I've still been receiving compliments about them 3 months later. After sampling cakes at some of the more well-known bakeries in the Glenmoore/West Chester area, I was left feeling underwhelmed. I happened upon Bella's Desserts by chance and am so glad I did! Lauren was a dream to work with and executed our vision perfectly.
When we sampled Lauren's cakes for the first time, we were so blown away by how delicious it was and how fresh it tasted in comparison to the dry cakes we'd been sampling at other bakeries. Lauren knows what she is doing to make sure your cake tastes fresh and delicious and looks incredible for your wedding day. We can't wait for our anniversary to eat the top layer that we saved! I can't recommend Bella's Dessert highly enough.

As soon as we tasted the cakes, we knew we were booking with Bella's Desserts. The flavors in all the cakes, fillings and frostings we tried were delicious with a very natural taste -- not too overwhelming or artificial (unlike some other bakers we sampled). Lauren was clearly passionate about her craft and in helping to deliver a great product for our wedding, to make the event that much better.
She was very responsive to any questions we had in the lead up to the wedding, and was able to make and package bags of her "sugar button" cookies as favors, with only six weeks notice. Many of our guests told us that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had, and the cookies were fantastic as well. I would recommend Bella's Desserts to any area brides -- now I just need an excuse to order another cake!

Everyone in the Chester County area and surrounding areas should use Lauren and Bella's Cakes for all dessert needs!! I was in charge of planning a huge retirement party for a coworker, and not only was Lauren professional, prompt, and efficient on the business end of things, but the cake she made (to serve 130 people) was perfect, beautiful, and delicious!!
She delivered for me, and made it look stunning down to every last detail. I am sure I was not easy to work with, but Lauren made this huge job seem effortless. I absolutely recommend Bella's - 5 Star!!

Lauren at Bella's is so creative and wonderful to work with. Her cakes are amazing and she offers so many flavors and types of desserts, you will be impressed. This Christmas I gave Bella's Desserts cutout sugar cookies as a gift for my coworkers. The responses were overwhelming! Many asked if they were edible as the detailed design looked too good to eat. Several people commented that it was the best sugar cookie they ever had and one even went so far to say it was as good as his Grandmothers, which no one has been able to replicate to date.
