Melissa was absolutely amazing. We originally started out at Men's Warehouse but the wait was incredibly long and the customer service was supremely lacking. I am so glad we ended up at Ed Beshara's! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and everyone was super friendly! We were renting a tux for two different proms and Melissa was very helpful, finding us exactly what we needed. I absolutely recommend Ed Beshara's!

Called up to find out about tux rentals for prom, mentioned I needed it in 2-3 months and the woman I was speaking with named Malissa informed me it was actually only 1 month away for my given school, ended up telling me when would be a good time to come in and was overall extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. The call was great and could only imagine the actual in person customer service. Give Malissa a raise!

The suit rental and service, during the initial process, was fine. Nothing extraordinary but no major complaints. While dancing, the pants tore down the inside of the leg; they were not too small (in fact, they raised me a size at pickup to be safe). They charged me $65 to replace them and advised that they charge the same for lost items as for damaged ones.
This is absurd; rental items wear over time and are bound to fail on someone. Losing an item is negligent but inadvert damage such as this is inevitable. I've had the same with men's warehouse in the past and they didn't charge any fees.

They supplied the suits for the men in my wedding! My husband had 11 groomsmen, and all of them looked fabulous. The young lady taking care of me was extremely friendly, personable, got down to business, answered all my questions, and was generally wonderful to work with. Everybody there was polite and genteel, and the clothing was organized and easy to see and choose from.
I made the lady that worked with me change mannikins clothes probably 10 different times, because I was indecisive, and she was so fun and friendly while she helped me make important decisions about my wedding. A wonderful experience, 100% satisfaction!

My experience here was nothing short of amazing! My son needed a tux for prom & the staff at Beshara's worked their magic to make him look spectacular! The customer service alone is the reason I'll only consider them for my middle son's prom next year. I was running late the day I was supposed to pick up the tux & the staff has no problem staying after they had closed for the day just so I could still pick it up!
How many places in any business offer customer service like that?!? I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who measured my son for his tux b/c she was spot on & he looked fabulous! A huge thank you to the staff at Beshara's for making my son's night!
