This place has the best stuff for any type of party or event. Their staff is very hardworking and cares about doing a good job. I would highly recommend it.

Lezly was very sweet helping me set up my order. HOWEVER, I had a very bad customer service experience with your employee Christy. On my wedding day- when we picked up, as we were setting up our venue we realized we were missing 15 linens. I called to let them know we didn't receive our full order and that I needed help because my wedding was in a matter of hours.

I was waiting for a call-back for an hour and a half. Christy finally gave me a call back and insisted that 3 different people checked my order in the warehouse and that I should have them and there wasn't anything that could be done basically. I kept telling her we did not have all the linens and I have no reason to lie about it, it's my wedding day and I didn't have what we needed to decorate our venue.

When I mentioned that we don't have the order we asked for and if we could just return what we had so we could find someplace else she said there is a no refund policy- which I get but it is not on me that they did not give us our complete order and she wasn't giving me a solution to our problem. I literally was crying on the phone because I thought I was going to have to spend $200+ more in order to get the missing linens we needed somewhere else.

We then had to stop decorating the venue to show up in person at ABCO because we were not coming to a solution with Christy over the phone. When we arrived, a man helped us and asked if when we picked up the order if the person helping us counted our order out to us at pick up, which they did not. He said that their employees are supposed to count off your order to you at pick up.

If Christy had not been accusing me of lying about not having my complete order and just asked me this on the phone we could've confirmed to her they did not count our order out to us and it would've explained how we didn't get our full order in the first place. Once they found out that our order wasn't counted out to us at pick up they realized they made mistake and agreed to find me the 15 linens I was missing.

It's really sad because I heard good things about this place from friends- and I understand mistakes happen, but it's your job to make it right for your customer. Especially when we pay hundreds of dollars to rent out supplies and then we don't receive our full order. if it wasn't for my experience with Christy at Abco then my review would've been a lot different.

We used Abco Rents for our Saturday Memorial 2022 Event and the customer service was excellent. They also picked up the items for me and I am so happy I used them. I highly recommend them for your next rental.

SABENA! Such a BAD experience, NEVER again! I ordered 6 line items for a morning after wedding brunch at my home. I had ordered white, cushioned chairs, but ABCO gave me filthy, burgundy & horribly scratched up chairs. l ordered.90 cents a stem champagne flutes and they gave me the kind I could have purchased at Dollar General. I ordered clear plates and they gave me white plates.

I ordered dinner forks and they gave me salad forks. The ONLY thing they got correct were the knives and the stemless martini glasses. WOOT! Then to top off their ineptness, my DIL had ordered 150 of the same fluted champagne glasses for her wedding at Harwelden. We had even confirmed ABCO had ample inventory. But on the day before the wedding, we called AGAIN to confirm to only be told they only had 40 of the 150 she had ordered.

It is ok to make mistakes, but 90% of our order totaling over $1500 was WRONG. How can one company be so inept? They did graciously give us $300 back.seriously? Shouldn't they have comped the ENTIRE order since it was ALL wrong? NEVER AGAIN!

The price made be good but expect what you pay for. Poor quality, beat up items. I ordersled 2 standing tables and 8 stools. They gave away my stools to someone else. Still needed the items so I took a substitution on the stools. I was given 8 very beat up wooden chairs with multiple cuts and scratches in the paint.

The 2 ladies that I worked with were both very nice and helpful. The linens I rented from them were beautiful and very nice! The only issue that I came across was their lack of punctuality. I scheduled my delivery for a certain time the day before and they arrived an hour later with no warning of any kind. This is enough for me to rate 3 stars because as the bride I had so many other commitments to take care of but instead I sat in the venue for a whole hour waiting for them to show up.

Where do I start. I wish there was an option for negative or no stars. We ordered the equipment in April for a June wedding. Everything at that point was going smoothly. Flash forward to day of wedding and they were more than 2 hours late delivering making the entire event run late, the piece my son was to be married under was cracked and swayed throughout the ceremony.

They were more than 24 hours late picking the equipment up the day they said they were coming. I had intended to give them a try again after the failed delivery and faulty equipment because the manager attempted to make it right by crediting us the delivery fee, and giving us half off the broken altar as well as a 25% credit toward future orders. However when my sister was kind enough to wait for a pick up all day for me because I had to work and she ended up missing her flight and loosing money there I was over it.

I called once again to find out what happened and the manager was rude, short and hateful. She offered no explanation as to why they were late and really didn't seem to care. Michelle, the young lady I had worked with the day before and up to this point was at least apologetic and sincere. Party Perfect in Tulsa has the same equipment for the same money and the young ladies there are caring and dedicated to giving their customers a care free, stress free experience.

If I could rate them a negative 100 I would. They nearly ruined my wedding day! The driver/delivery guys called to say they were on their way and the eta would be about 45 mins. Then he asks if I had seen the "change" in my invoice? I have no idea what he could be referencing as our invoice had been paid for months ago and NO ONE had called to say there was a problem.

He then tells me that the King & Queen Chairs that we purchased were not available. I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. I called the office only to be put on hold twice. Oscar finally gets on the phone and is like I dont know what happened but we are working on it. How could he not know? We booked those chairs last fall! Once the order arrives the dock guys are begging me to call back because they had gotten into "trouble" for notifying me that they weren't gonna deliver my order as promised and what we paid for!

Once they began setting up there were more problems! The wedding arch swayed every time the wind blew on the amphitheater! It looked like it would crash at any moment. They placed these huge clunky, scratched up grey weighted post holders on the legs of the arch to keep it from falling over! It looked hideous as the arch was brown. The canopy that we ordered to set the K&Q chairs inside had no arms and was left resting against the wall!

Literally two sets of pipe and drape with nothing connecting them! And all of the outdoor ceremony chairs were filthy and dusty and were left in stacks outdoors on the amphitheater. It was horrible! On a day when I should've been happy & excited I was in disaster recovery mode! Their failures affected every aspect of our day; ceremony & reception.

I broke down crying hysterically then I had a panic attack which gave me an asthma attack. This company has the worst customer service ever and NEVER offered anything to compensate for their awful service! I will never use ABCO for anything else!

Only giving them one star because i have to. they told me they would deliver to my venue before noon. so i call them the day of around 9am to double check the time and they said they would be there around 2. okay, cool. so i get there around 2 and they still aren't there. so i call them and they said they wouldn't be there till 4:30. i get people run late but they didn't even let me know that they would be late. i was waiting because they said they needed a signature. so they drop everything off finally and now it's the day they are supposed to pick up and they told me they would be there between 2-3 well 3 runs around and i call then again and they said they wouldn't be there till 5. again they didn't call me and let me know, i had to call them. so i had to lift everything myself and leave it outside because i had been waiting for a couple hours and i was ready to leave. so if you want to be waiting for hours for these people, go right ahead. worst customer service ever.

Best place for all your rental needs. Very friendly employees. Helped with all my rental needs for my wedding. They were very patient and answered all my questions. You can visit their showroom to see what the items look like before you rent. Great pricing too! Delivered early and on time but a few hours late picking up. Would rent from them again.

I have used ABCO Party Rentals for the last 5 years for cooperate events, quinceaneras and home parties. Everyone at ABCO is very professional and I have never been disappointed with the quality of items rented. Best prices in town and friendly staff.

I regrettably rented from abco for my wedding. The morning of the wedding we started pulling out the table clothes only to find that the sweetheart table and the cake table did not match like I had asked for them to. I rented these table clothes nearly 3 months in advance and paid a little over $300 for my order. there was no reason I shouldn't have received exactly what I paid for.

When calling to try and fix the problem (after my mother was left on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up on) we were told that from a distance no one should be able to tell that they are different and that they couldn't give me what I ordered. these table clothes were not even somewhat alike. Not only did the patterns not match but one was ivory and the other was nearly yellow.

Everyone who was helping set up for my wedding said that there was no way it wouldn't be noticeable. After fighting with them over the phone and in their store the morning of my wedding, I was given no solution and ended up having to settle for a completely different color table cloth then what I had paid for. I was also promised a full refund and now a month later, I still have not received it.

Also every time we call to address the matter, we are avoided. I'm a pretty laid back person but this completely ruined the morning of what was supposed to be the best day of my life. While my wedding party was eating breakfast and enjoying the morning, I was on the phone with my dad who ended up having to drive back to Tulsa (my wedding was in Catoosa) to try to get answers in store.

It was the most unpleasant experience and the worst customer service I have ever received. If you're a potential bride looking for rentals, I'd stay as far away from this place as possible. There are other places in Tulsa with similar prices and better reputations than this place. I understand that mistakes happen but as a business it is their job to make it right when they do.

We rented a popcorn machine and a cotton candy machine and neither of them are working. The cotton candy machine did not get hot. Therefore it is not making cotton candy. The popcorn popper was smoking and possibly overheating. Had to turn it off after eyes started burning. Tried to call the phone number several times, no voice recording or ability to leave a voicemail. Wanted to have items picked up right away, as they where not working and just took up space and are not useful.

Very disappointing as this was my daughter's Birthday celebration and I don't have time to deal with. I will NEVER order anything from them again, and I plan to tell any and everyone of the poor service received.

I've used ABCO numerous times since a huge part of my job is event planning. From fashion shows to fancy dinners, you can find everything here. They have tents, tables, tablecloths, chairs, china, flatware, serving equipment, audio equipment, podiums, centerpieces, dance floors, you name it! All you could possibly use for all sorts of events (weddings, receptions, etc).

They have a pretty good inventory list on their online catalog on their website so you can check their items and prices for daily/weekly rentals. There have been several times when I have needed to rent something at the last minute and they have been wonderful to work with. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. The girls at the front can guide you through their showroom and get you all ready for your event.

I like their pick-up system too. You have to go to the back to get loaded up and when you're dropping it off you just go to the back as well. They always have guys helping you carry stuff which is super nice especially when there's pipe and drape involved.
