Facchianos Bridal and Formal Attire

The Owner was very personable and she helped me every step along the way. My Dress is BEYOND PERFECT & it was at a very reasonably priced (my dress was on sale so my mom loved that) The one I liked the least on the hanger is the one that looked the best on me, fit me the best and ended up being the one I picked! Really beautiful dresses there. So happy I SAID "YES TO THE DRESS" at Facchianos!

We were so pleased with the service at Facchianos! My son is 17 and has autism. We were completely at ease while getting him fitted for a tux. They were patient, kind, and understanding. Kyle had a fantastic time! EDITED TO ADD: My husband thought he wouldn't like it because he thought what we had been quoted was a little high, even though it really isn't. However, by the time we left he looked at me and said, "They were great. You need to tell all the boys to come here!"

I came to my appointment there in October and had the most wonderful customer service experience. Greeted me, assisted me, and made me feel so very special! Even offered customizations on a potential dress! The owner is very passionate and truly cares for her brides. They followed up after my appointment, which says a lot about them. My sister got her wedding dress from here in 2019 and she had an amazing experience with them as well.

Recently went back and got my fiance a suit and they were just as sweet and helpful! I ended up purchasing elsewhere but as a person who has worked at a bridal store before, I definitely think Facchianos is one of a kind and worth your while!

I just want to say THANK YOU for the amazing customer service! You made it so special and easy to pick out the Father of the Groom tux and my Mother of the Groom dress. You have never failed me or my family with your wide selections of tuxedos and dresses. You always go out of your way to make each event we are shopping for special. I HIGHLY recommend you to everyone!

So far we have bought/rented. 2 prom tuxedos 2 prom dresses 1 Father of the Groom tuxedo (picture below) 1 Mother of the Groom dress (picture below) Can't wait for our future purchases (no pressure on her), Father and Mother of the BRIDE outfits and of course the WEDDING DRESS! I had the best experience picking out a bridesmaids dress! I am plus size, and Rachel helped me pick out the most flattering dress for my body. The service is amazing, and I recommend everyone to go to Facchianos! My husband also rented his suit and looked amazing!

Facchianos is consistently the BEST place in the Tulsa area for formal attire! I have referred many friends and family to Facchianos and ALL have been well cared for from start to finish. I had the best time when purchasing my wedding dress. The owner, Jen made my experience what every bride dreams of. She was extremely helpful, Made me feel beautiful, and was very good at explaining when my dress would come in and what my next steps were after. Jen helped me book my alteration appointment which was so helpful, knowing how stressed brides get.

The store is lovely and the options are the best in Tulsa. My dress was perfect for my perfect day. I definitely recommend, 100%. I couldn't believe how amazing everyone was, you don't find that many places anymore. I felt so blessed.

Bought my dress from Facchianos. Jennifer and her employees were so kind and really wanted to help me find the perfect dress. They made my disney fairytale wedding dream come true by helping find the perfect Cinderella dress! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Wonderful Bridal shop with great consultants that put your best interest in mind! Rachel helped me find a gorgeous dress that was within budget and that would arrive before my wedding date. (I only had 3 months and she found multiple dresses that would've come in on time) I never felt pressured to go outside of budget or try on anything that would make me uncomfortable. Gorgeous dresses at a great price!

After my dress came in, Gailie helped me find the perfect veil that complimented my dress and was perfect for my outdoor venue. They also helped my fiance find the perfect tuxedo and did a rent/buy combo to fit our needs! While my husband was trying on tuxedos I found another black formal dress to wear as a guest at other weddings! Amazing experience! Amazing dresses! Don't go anywhere else! 10/10

We couldn't have had a better experience! Rachel helped us and matched the bride to a dress PERFECT for her! She made sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked in the first time clear up until we carried it out after the last fitting! She is knowledgeable and extremely caring! We feel so lucky!

Just wanted to post an update. I did come back to this store and I did say yes to my dress! I went to three other stores besides Facchianos and they did not give me the same experience. At Facchianos I really felt like it was about me and my vision. Rachel helped me again and she found my perfect dress. Even though I said at first that their selection seems small, I do feel like every bride can find something they like here. They do have an array of dresses in many different styles and Rachel made sure I stayed on budget.

I totally loved this store and the pretty bridal gowns they have to offer. However, the only negative I have to say is that their policy of no refunds is totally unfair. Given my unfortunate circumstance of the gown being too tight and it looked horrible on me they should at least put it back in their store to try and resell. I am quite sure there are plenty of women out there who this would look great on and they wouldn't have to worry about ordering.

I was told to take it to the alterations level but, after seeing how horrible I looked and felt in it that is not an option. Now I am trying to sell it on line in hopes to obtain some of my loss back. The people and owner that work there are very nice people and I'll never say anything negative about them and their store. It is for sure a LOVELY place to shop for bridal needs. Just don't care for their policy. I can see if it had been altered or worn.

I hated this store. My family came with me and the ladies who worked there acted like they were in the way and made them feel unwelcome. My mom found me a beautiful dress she wanted me to try on and Kay repeatedly told her no she would not put me in the dress simply because it wasn't in the price range I gave her even though it was my parents who were paying for it.

She did however try to put me in the UGLIEST dresses even though I made it clear from the beginning I did not like them even on the hanger. She was pushy and rude. She would ask me what I didn't like about a dress and then as I would respond she would interrupt saying how their alterations staff could fix that or change that or add to that. Which in most cases would have been changing almost everything so why even bother.

Oh and not allowed to take any pictures. So after 3 appointments back to back you can immediately forget that one dress you tried on from that store that you liked. I could not get out of that place fast enough! Can I rate 0 stars?

This was not a favorable experience from start to finish. We had difficulty working with sales associate to order the formal dress correctly. The dress did not arrive in the color I had requested by phone picture at time of ordering. Owner did not take steps to reason with me or offer any solutions. Turned into quite a dramatic situation. Thankfully we were able to go elsewhere and find a dress in time for my daughter's first formal.

The dresses at this shop are very expensive. Buying a wedding dress is such a special moment; one to be remembered always. This place does not allow pictures to be taken; no moment of this special day. I had sickly family members and they felt no remorse about them missing it. When I asked to send them a picture asking if I could bypass the policy, they told me to drag them out of bed to come, rather than be able to show them a picture. I walked out and never came back.

Although I'm not a bride, I've worked in the wedding industry for many years and honestly do not have enough kind words to say about Facchianos. Their staff is well trained and very friendly. the owner, Jennifer, is a pleasure to work with and always willing to go above and beyond for other wedding and her customers. When you walk in, you'll be treated like family. You won't find this from any chain bridal store. I'd highly recommend Facchianos for any bride to be.

I am a bride getting married in 2015. I came into Fachhianos just wanting to see what they had. I realize that being a plus size bride that some sample dresses in my size would be limited. I had viewed the majority of the small boutique without being greeted. After a good ten minutes I had several questions for the young stylist that finally greeted me.

But she kept pushing me to register my information on some paperwork, and then seemed irritated at my questions without making an appointment prior to my arrival. The one dress she unwillingly pulled in my size was nothing like what I had described to her. I was so disappointed with the treatment I received that I refused to make an appointment or spend any more time at a store that made me feel like an inconvenience. BRIDES BEWARE!

I had an amazing experience here! I had Tara helping me and she was really knowledgable about my favorite designer, easy to talk to and very helpful so it was a match made in heaven! I went back to try on a gown with my friends and Tara was there to help me again! My girls didn't really like the dress but while in the dressing room Tara reminded me that it is my day and that my opinion is the only one that mattered! While I didn't find my dress here I still has an awesome experience and I would recommend it to any new brides!

Not a very luxurious place. Found my daughters dress and it was perfect. They forgot to order the veil. It was not going to make in time for the portraits. So we custom made one.which I did not have time to do. Then the dress took me 3 1/2 hours to steam when it was delivered essentially wadded up in a bag. I took it to my sisters shop and we steamed it prior to the pictures. Tulsa really needs a very nice bridal shop that is knowledgeable. Oh-almost forgot, they lost the record of my bill.

I had paid half prior to ordering it. I had to find my bill of sale. It just was not the experience I envisioned when searching for a dress with all of the bridesmaids and a friend. We had to try to make it a great day!

Found a gorgeous perfect dress there, and there are a couple of very helpful workers there. However it took me 3 dress fittings (and $500) because they sized me an entire size too big. Not a big deal except that they told me I looked fine at my second fitting and to just take it home. Then one of the helpful ones realized it was still an inch too big on either side. Then the dress broke at my bridal shoot. My mom fixed it and overall I'm glad I went, but they were kind of frustrating to work with.
