Services
Planning an event is the biggest part of the process. It starts with making sure our client's experience an inviting atmosphere upon entering. We pride ourselves on displaying exuberant hospitality, and providing excellent services from start to finish. Our clients are the most important part of our business.
THE GRAND HALL is a beautifully decorated facility. It was designed and built at the inception of NaKayshions in 2007. This stunning facility was built with individuals in mind who desired a setting attentive to details, adorned with chandeliers, wall draping, stained glass, a raised stage, disco ball a wooden dance floor and much more.
NaKayshions offers many types of packages. Each one will be designed to fill your heart up with so many fond and lasting memories. Whether you would like NaKayshions to take care of all your event details or the option of having the freedom of choice to arrange everything you need for your event is available.
NaKayshions packages come with the majority of services built in and you won't need to add or do too much. However; we do respect a clients' freedom of choice to select the caterer of their own, designers, coordinators, photographers, decorators, and bakers, with some restrictions. An outdoor Wedding Only or Event Only will be moved indoors to the Historic Chapel due to inclement weather at no cost.

Very nice venue. Got married 4/9/22 everything went as planned. Miss Ruby was very nice to us. However, unfortunately this wasn't the case for some of our guest and our wedding Coordinator. Although our wedding was from 6p to 10p They said she was very rude and Inconsiderate. She was very time monitoring and none helpful to our coordinator. Even our pastor said she was rude. Although, this is a nice venue.
They aren't as friendly as they seem. They wanted to charge us 1200 for 30 more chairs. We had a few more people then expected show up to the reception. So, we needed more chairs. We spent a lot of money with them, when we needed extra chairs they would not get them until we paid them on the spot. $285 for only about 5 chairs. JUST KNOW THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING! LITERALLY! FOR THE PRICE YOU'D THINK YOU'LL GET MORE. "NOPE!" NICE VENUE THOUGH!

I was burned by a company that stole my deposit and closed. I found NaKayshions went to look and ended up coming out with a date a discount and joy! I love that is was Black owned, God fearing couple who saw my pain and decided to help I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL! They are running a business with a purpose.

My wedding experience here was terrible. We booked the Chapel months ahead of our wedding date. The Chapel did not have air conditioning and we all was drenched in sweat. They advised the air was turned on the night prior. This was the worst experience ever. They even brought box fans to rectify the problem which was an insult. Do not rent this venue please be advised.

RUN! The venue itself is beautiful but the staff and organization was the worst. The service was extremely poor. They unilaterally changed the contract terms but we had to go with it because it was it was a month before my wedding before we were finally able to get in touch with them. They're only open 3 days per week so getting in touch with them by phone or in person was extremely difficult. Louise created my contract.
She was never available. We attempted to speak with her a million times, each time she was "unavailable." We were advised that they changed their terms/packages 1 day before we signed our contract yet we weren't advised of that and in fact our contract is for "prior terms" the Louise confirmed we would receive. We paid for the BEST package which included everything: food, DJ, decor etc.
Later we were contacted and told that we still had to pay for food even though we paid extra by purchasing the best package and food was supposed to be included. We ended up having to pay the caterer separately. We didn't get food or decor settled until 2 WEEKS before the wedding. The best package was also supposed to include the BEST decor. It too was subpar.
I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone unless you like to be stressed during wedding planning. I thought I was minimizing my stress by going with this venue since EVERYTHING was supposed to be included in the package we purchased. I was wrong. Based on the reviews, this place has went downhill over the years. -The stressed Maid of Honor

My wedding was this Saturday 4/8/17. Best night ever My photographer said it was the best venue she had every photographed at. The bridal suit is huge. The food was awesome. The DJ Trey was the best. Most of all my ring barrier dropped my Wedding band thru the floor boards of the gazebo during the ceremony and I thought I was gonna die but the owner Mr. Jackson had the one come by and pull the boards up to find my ring! They treat u like family and I'd recommend this venue to any bride! They pretty much take Care of everything! The decorations and lights were perfect!

"Forever Starts Now" was placed on the banner outside of the venue. I was amazed how everything turned out. The food was delicious, the DJ was on point, and the atmosphere was very romantic. The people Mr. & Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. Shirley were so sweet and inviting. They welcomed us every time we came to the venue. The venue was decorated so beautifully on our special day. It was all worth it. A wedding day we will never forget.

Recently ventured here for a wedding supper. The property has aged but it is still very serene and elegant when fixed up right. Perfect for weddings or graduation celebrations. With how the acreage is set up, you could have great music and a great party going on here without disturbing the surrounding neighborhood.

I fell in love with this place, me and my mom were passing by one day and ran into this place by accident and had to stop. The first thing that caught my eye was the cute lil church and the wagon they have on display there.when we actaully parked and got off it was beautiful and my Ideal place to get married they have an area with benches set up and a lil area by the water to say your vows and yes a nice size pond with ducks and swans. Now all i need is to find a husband so I can rent this place and have my ideal wedding :
