Enchanted Memories On The Hill

I am so thankful for everyone at Enchanted Memories! My daughters birthday was over the top! The ladies helped me get everything I needed from the jumper, tables, chairs and balloons! Elsa (Trisha )came and looked amazing! She sang and played games and helped pass out the goodie bags I was able to relax while she took over! The jumper/ table and set up crew where super helpful I really appreciate them for helping me! Overall I couldn't have done it without them!

The owner/manager has to go. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We had a issue about the pricing. First it was one price then another because in her words the women who did my invoice made a mistake. And she couldn't honor her mistake. So fine whatever I ended up paying for the character. The day of the party no one called me ever saying she'd be late, So I had to call eventually and find out where she was.

And it took me 20 tries to finally have her answer the dang phone. And again manager was super rude on the phone, like I don't understand why she's even running this business. She said they'd be 30-40 mins late like wow. So we waited and waited. We waited an hour! She was an hour late. No apologies, No discount. On top of that character sucked. Came in a torn costume wearing vans.

Oh and I might add character even admitted her boss was very difficult to work with. She'll probably quit tomorrow to be honest. I really think the owner/manager thinks she can get away with being a B because she knows this is the only type of business out here in the valley and if we really want a character for our babies we'll end up going for it. And it's true because this is my 4th year with them and MY FREAKING LAST. Maybe I should open my own character business!

Funtastick Balloons and party rentals did an amazing job in creating this balloon arch with less then 24 hrs notice, Lizette ensured her team would have this done in less than half an hour as I was wanting it done 2 hours before store opening she said don't worry we are fast and efficient, she didn't disappoint thank you Lizette and Cameron for the awesome service and execution.

The Balloon and Party ideas that Lizzet has to offer is so spot on! Enchanted Memories brings alot to the table and makes my events that much better. Lizzete is a game changer and an awesome unique event planner.she can make anything happen! Your in good hands with this one. The BEST!

Very dissapointed with the management team or supervision who handles booking. 2 days before event there was a mistake on their end and had to change my time due to over booking. they were 1 hour late. no sincere apologies about the time change but rather a rude representative suggesting i should of cancelled my event if i was not happy with the change. first and last time ever booking with them.

Enchanted Memories is your one stop shop for all your Party needs. I already used their services twice, and will be calling them for the third time for my annual Christmas Party! The staff is friendly and very personable thank you for your great services!

Wonderful company- the characters are talented, great costumes, show up on time and love what they do- we would highly recommend using Enchanted Memories if you want to make your event something special.

I had hired Anna and Elsa to attend my daughter birthday party. Not only did they do a great job singing but my daughter and her friends got their face painted and balloon animals made. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
