Flowers were delivered along with the wine and they were gorgeous. Only complaint is that I ordered the handwritten note and they misspelled my name. I appreciate the extra touch but not the extra money for the misspelled name.

I contacted Dr. Delphinium in March 2022 with an unusual request-I needed floral arrangements for two weddings set to take place during WrestleMania weekend. I only gave the team a little over a week of notice, but the magicians at Dr. Delphinium delivered an incredible floral display that served as the backdrop for the event, as well as centerpieces and bouquets for the brides and grooms. Throughout the experience they were cheerful, helpful, creative, and just all around amazing. If I lived in Dallas, I would use them for every event I could.

Absolutely amazing job by Althea! She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! The flower arrangement was beautiful but the customer service provided exceeded any and all expectations. Thank you again!

I really wished I didn't have to write this, as I would have preferred they live up to their good reputation, but they really messed up here. I ordered my flower delivery for my friend in the evening on-line. Easy process, allowed me the option to ensure delivery by 4pm the next day. Well, my friend never got them. Part of the fun of a surprise delivery of flowers is the surprise element.

I had to call her and ask if she received anything. So already kind of ruined. When she didn't get them, I emailed customer service and early the next morning there was a response that they would deliver that day. Not ideal but I know stuff happens so was willing to roll with it. We exchanged a few emails and she assured me that they would make sure to get a signature or name this time.

Now they needed to be delivered by 4 because that is when she leaves work. When it got to 3:47 I called Dr D again and after being on hold a few times all she could tell me was they it showed they were out for delivery. I explained the situation and she said she was going to call the delivery driver then call me back. She did not. So at 4:15 I call back and got a different person and she really tried hard to track the driver down and resolve this.

During one of the times she put me on hold and then disconnected but she did call me back. By this time it was now 4:30. My friend was already staying late per my request so she said she could til 4:45. (On a sunny Friday evening when she could be doing other stuff). So I told the gal on the phone I would call back in 15 minutes if they were not delivered.

They were not, called them, on hold 5 minutes before yet another person answered. At this point I just requested a refund. She said they would do that but since I used Apple Pay someone else who was not there would need to handle it and get back to me tomorrow. So here I am, 2 days, 8 emails, four calls totaling 26 minutes and no $179 refund and no flowers.

I was nice to the folks trying to help me, it wasn't their fault, but there is definitely some room for Improvement on delivery communication and the ability to get ahold of drivers to confirm deliveries, where flowers are, etc. I always had nice experiences with Dr D, love their creative arrangements and always referred them to others. Not anymore.

As a past happy commercial client of Dr. Delphinium I am very sorry to have to write this review. My recent visit to have arrangements created for our showroom was met with a complete lack of service and interest in helping. The staff was so rude and unfriendly that we left before even placing an order. I am truly disappointed that they changed so much.

Maddie in the greenhouse is so helpful! I came in last minute to get some things for an event at my house. Her suggestions were so thoughtful and productive. She is so easy to work with! Highly recommend the greenhouse. So convenient.

Used them for the past 4-5 years. Usually very nice bouquets. Every now and then it's hit or miss. The stem count on some bouquets seems a bit low for the price. Not a big fan of the substitute option since there's not price deduction, and you not know what you're getting but I'm hoping it's not stem for stem and price based. Overall I'll probably keep using them.

Super service. Have used them twice so far for big Thank You's. Products superb. Got rave reviews from the recipients! Will use them again and again in the future.

The Belle De Jour flower arrangement is beautiful and the Forbidden Fruit Valentines candle smells great.

Dr. Delphinium is my "go to" florist when k want to send something special. The quality of the service, flowers and care is second to none. They really hit it out of the park for Valentine's Day with a gorgeous arrangement. When what you want to send matters, use these folks - they're amazing!

Embarrassing for Dr Delphinium. Ordered a terrarium like the sold out picture and instead got an order from a local florist, with the local florist card not Dr Delphinium. Best part.the flowers ordered online were such a specialty you chose the type of card. The selection picked was "luxe charcoal". the local florist literally wrote luxe charcoal on the card and the flowers are nothing like the terrarium that was ordered.

Probably shouldn't farm out your delphinium orders to local florists in Farmersville. This is how you become viral in all the wrong ways, don't become like a corporation like everyone else

Lover's Lane Location- This place NEVER disappoints! These ladies (every single one in this store) are always so helpful and take the time to educate us buyers as to whatever event your looking for. Even in their busiest times, they don't rush their customers and make every purchase a "Top Quality" purchase with their amazing customer service. Their designers are OFF THE CHART with their talent! Just breathtaking arrangements! I will not go to any other florist. They are worth the drive.

I ordered flowers from the UK for my wife who was visiting clients in Dallas after a recommendation. The flowers were beautiful well presented. However, after speaking to someone on the telephone and giving word for word what I wanted written in the 2 cards that were sent with the flowers, there were spelling mistakes and phrases I didn't ask to be put in the card!

Not very professional in my opinion. I was also asked when I would like the flowers delivered to the hotel.as my wife wasn't due to check in until after 9pm on the delivery day I asked for a delivery as late as possible to ensure the flowers were as fresh as possible. I was told that wasn't a problem and delivery would be the last delivery after 4pm.

I received an email that day to confirm delivery was actually made 11:50am? Anyway it was all sorted after another phone call to complain and luckily the flowers were still fresh when my wife got there and I got a refund on the cards. Disappointment on the first time I've used this company

OVERPRICED! I spent $150 on a bouquet (no vase, no delivery). I asked for a tall, gorgeous arrangement with bright flowers. When I arrived to pick up the bouquet, the woman handed me this really sad little bouquet. Not tall, not gorgeous, with a lot of droopy leaves. I couldn't believe it. I thought she'd given me the wrong order. I'd have been better off going to Central Market, choosing a bunch of flowers and a vase, and getting those awesome people to arrange a lovely bouquet. And that would have been at a quarter of the price. AVOID DR. DELPHINIUM! They were good years ago but are now quite terrible. I am VERY disappointed.

So happy to have discovered the most amazing and professional florist in the city. The customer service is like no other; from walking into their store to getting my wedding bouquet delivered to my doorstep, my experience was extremely pleasant. The team was extremely supportive and patient with me through the long decision making process as I was getting two of them.

They were also really good at communicating and even shared the final look with me ahead of time for any additional changes I may want. They really did make me feel special and the flowers were just breathtaking! I felt like a Queen!

I ordered an arrangement for my wife's bday in the morning. Girl taking the order said it would be delivered by end of day but never gave me delivery window. Worked from home in anticipation of seeing my wife's reaction once her arrangement showed up. Nothing showed up. Called twice to check on the status of the delivery. 1st call I was told it was on a vehicle and on its way.

During the 2nd call, dr delphinium rep claimed it was delivered at 1:45pm and was left at door. We had nothing. I requested refund and will never consider using them again. Thanks for ruining my wife's bday surprise Dr. Delphinium.

Came today to get a corsage for my nephew to give his girlfriend for homecoming and not only did it turn out GORGEOUS (as expected), the team had it made and ready to go within the hour! Always love the gorgeous flowers and amazing customer service at Dr. D!

I never ever write reviews, much less a bad one. But this calls for it simply based on how they handled this. My brother and SIL sent me flowers for my bday. They weren't delivered when they said they did (I have a Ring camera AND I was home all day). So they were doing a re-delivery for the next day. That next day my doorbell rang THREE TIMES aggressively in a row at 5:15 that morning.

Who in God's name delivers flowers at that hour? My dog went nuts and I was scared it was something sketchy. They were wilted and looked pretty bad but I assumed it was the redelivery. Well later that day I got the actual redelivery and they were beautiful! Which confirmed that the delivery people never delivered them when they said they did, and perhaps thought they could pull a fast one and cover their tracks by delivering at the CRACK OF DAWN.

The worst part is when I called Dr D to tell them this, the lady was so rude and basically didn't believe me. Like I would make that up?! So I sent the Ring footage with the 5:15am time stamp for my brother to deal with it since he sent the flowers and since it was my bday and my day already started off pretty bad considering I was abruptly awoken at 5:15 on my bday.

My brother said the lady was rude to him about it too! What a joke this place is. No respect for the customer and they did nothing for me to try to make it right or even apologize. If they had handled it better, I wouldn't be writing this but how they handled it says everything I need to know about this place and I will be sure to tell anyone about it. Plenty of other flower shops to support in this town.

I ordered one of the pumpkins last Fall for my grandmother and she absolutely adored it. She still has it and it looks just as beautiful as it did the day she received it. She brags about to it everyone that comes over to her home. Thank you for helping me put a smile on her face! PS: I wish y'all made these for each Season or holiday. An Easter egg arrangement would be so cute.

I received a Dr. Delphinium mixed rose bouquet just two days before Valentine's Day. They presented nicely at first, albeit I wasn't blown away. However, even with proper care and attention these flowers lasted significantly less time than the Tom Thumb ones I had purchased myself days before. I always prefer to support small businesses, however considering the money and time that was spent for the "Dr. D" name, I truly expected more.

After just five days they were wilted and unsightly, which leads me to believe these were not fresh flowers. It's disappointing, but based on the lack of quality and expensive price tag I would recommend going elsewhere.

I love Dr. Delphinium! Their service and design is impeccable, truly a step above the rest! Their staff is friendly and helpful, and each and every design is one-of-a-kind! When you send flowers and gifts through Dr. Delphinium, they not only send the product, but they are sending an extension of the love and the appreciation you are conveying to your recipient! Hands down THE BEST florist. The flowers are ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL! The design of each arrangement is always carefully thought out and executed with elegance. I love that Dr. Delphinium is unique in their design. They may be a bit more expensive than other florists, but the quality and service is well worth it.

I have been so impressed with these guys! I recently ordered two arrangements for separate family events in Dallas. One was for my grandmother's 90th birthday, and the other was for the passing of a loved one. One both occasions, we had a conversation about style and preferences, and the end result was better than I could have imagined. The fine people at Dr. Delphinium really listen and put excellence into their work. I will always call them in the future. I am so impressed.

This was my second experience with Dr D and did not come out as fantastic as the first experience almost 6 months ago. I sent flowers to my wife for a huge life event. She also received (from others) flowers from a grocery store and a large online florist. A week later, the grocery store and online florist arrangements still look good, not fresh, but still with a lot of life in them. However, the Dr D arrangement is almost completely dead and no longer worth displaying.

Also it was never quite as beautiful as the online photo. I like to shop small, shop local. However when I am willing to pay more to do so I expect the quality to go with it. I may have to reconsider my florist choice moving forward.

I absolutely love Dr. Delphinium flowers! As an assistant, I've relied on them for years as the #1 choice for flowers ordered through the businesses I support. Their flowers are always so healthy, lush, vibrant, and carefully crafted -- they are truly the best in all of Texas. I recently moved out of state, and shortly after received news that my grandpa passed away.just hours before my mom's birthday.

She was devastated, and I couldn't be there to comfort her -- I knew Dr. Delphinium wouldn't let me down, so I ordered a gorgeous potted plant for her. Not only did it arrive early, but it was even more beautiful than the photo and it made my mom so happy. I highly recommend this shop for all your floral needs.

So sad but we gave Dr Delphinium a second chance after the last "fast dying" arrangement we purchased. My husband has always gone to Dr Delphinium in the past and gave me a pretty arrangement for our anniversary on Tuesday. They are already gone, by Saturday. We added water every day, but the flowers just weren't fresh enough to last. Had to pull the hydrangeas out on day two because they were completely dead. The flowers I buy from Trader Joe's last longer. Far too expensive for tired flowers.
