At Once Party Rental

After calling about 10 other rental businesses with no luck, I called and spoke with Terri and sent her a picture of what I was looking for and they had it. It was a great price and very friendly and helpful service.

This location went above and beyond to meet my requests. I'm very grateful for the young lady who mailed my sunglasses and cell phone to my home address after I forgot them in a Penske truck that I dropped off in TX after driving there from VA where I live. Great people make great business. I would definitely recommend this business for your event/party/truck rental needs.

At once Party Rentals is also a Penske truck rental location. This review is for Terri, who stayed open for me when my flight to DFW was delayed past the time when her shop was scheduled to close. I needed to pick up a truck upon landing, and she waited until I arrived there some time later. She was patient, friendly, and very helpful. Compare that to the experience at your average U-Haul center. If this is an example of their commitment to the client, then they deserve all five stars.

We love working with the AOPR team! They have provided nothing but the upmost excellent customer service for 7 years. The team is always willing to help brainstorm with us to make the best decision on rentals for our events and programs.

I recently used At Once Party Rental for a company sponsored event this week, and I had a very positive experience. They were able to meet our needs in under 48 hours in advance. Their customer service is superb. They set everything up promptly, and the staff is very professional. I'm definitely going to use them for future events.

I have used At Once Party Rental for about 10 years for an annual neighborhood event involving 2200-2500 people. They have always delivered quality tables and chairs on time, set up promptly and picked up when they said they would. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend them.

By helping me plan out the party including weather forecast conditions At Once prevented me from a meltdown. Literally and figurally. I suddenly had to host a party in my back yard for 60 people including kids. They lived up to their At Once name. They deliver the next day and set up tent, tables, chairs, kids chairs and tables, bouncer, balloons margarita mixer, and air cooler.

Not for nothing but impressed by how presteen they left my back yard after pickup. As they drove off, daughter and fiancee told me they settled for April 2018 wedding date. Plenty of time for At Once.

I had used At Once for years and they had been good. Then this Saturday 4/29/17 I had a party planned with about 180 RSVP's. I called just after noon to find out when my bounce house would be delivered. I was shocked with the answers and lack of care the employees had to offer. I was informed that they had decided to not deliver bounces because "It was going to storm".

There was no call to me to let me know of this and even the second person said the same thing. Was not aware that At once employed weather experts. I was able to call another company to bring out a nice bounce house and with no rain the whole day or night my guests were happy. I now have a new rental place.

These folks are awesome! 8 years ago, in 2009, I sent out an RFP for a low budget art show in Bishop Arts, and Terri responded with the most professionalism and best pricing. Her husband Simon and son Simon Jr. and the rest of their staff did an excellent job setting up and breaking down. They were friendly, understanding about changes, and worked with a sense of urgency to get everything completed in a timely fashion.

We have used them ever since for our 4-5 events per year-- items in particular that we've rented include pop-up tents, pole tents, portable stage, folding tables, folding chairs, lights, no-blow plastic table covers, ice chests, podium, easels- and I'm sure there's more! At Once is my favorite thanks to their friendly nature, detailed billing, great set up and break down crews, and fair pricing for quality equipment.

I first used At Once Party Rentals while employed at a large nonprofit organization three years ago, and have been a customer ever since. I moved on to another non-profit and brought them with me because of their outstanding service. At Once Party Rentals has provided a one stop shop for all our event needs. Terri, Simon and their staff have always been there to support us and have always done it with a smile on their face.

I have ordered tables, chairs, tents, and stages from them and their equipment is always clean and in great shape. As a nonprofit I must watch my cost and Terri is always willing to take off a percentage and they donate a bounce house each year to my event. The companies I worked with before them treated me as just another customer on their list of to-dos but At Once Party Rentals works at building a long-term relationship with me which I look forward to continuing.

I organize a big corporate event every year. I've used At Once Party Rentals for the last several years. I always have a good experience. I haven't had one problem yet with them or their service or products. They are here when they say they'll arrive and they always answer my questions when I have them. The only very small reason they didn't get 5 stars is because their carnival games are a but outdated but that is very small. I'm very happy otherwise. Michelle in Grapevine

I used this company to run a large tent with power hook ups, and light installlation over July 4th weekend and Im do glad I chose At Once. I called several companies and At Once was the only one that sent an employee out to the site to get a true quote for me. Terri was super nice and took the time to listen to my needs and find solutions, she set up my quote over the phone and was very good about emailing and calling to follow up on my questions. Everyone involved was professional, personable and seemed to genuinely care about meeting my expectations. I say they exceeded expectations, thank guys!

Their inventory is very well maintained compared to several other rental stores I have used. No hassle on getting the tables and chairs, just went in asked for what I needed, paid, and they loaded the items for me! Ladies at the front were very polite and friendly, and the staff at back too.

I went here looking for white chairs and found beige ones because they were so old. Anyhoo, my house warming was the next day so I decided to go with them for the sake of time. However, I ended up leaving empty handed because the associate's attitude was so terrible I decided I'd rather drive across town and waste time than give this place my financial support. Poor product and poorer service.
