Great experience with Able! They communicated thoroughly and quickly from pricing request to final details. They were professional & the limo bus was very nice. KC was our driver and I can't say enough good things about him; thoughtful, courteous, nice & patient (dealing with 12 teenagers!). We felt very confident in having him chauffer our group around. I will definitely use Able again & recommend them.

We booked a party bus with Timmy for our sons birthday party on Memorial Day. We took a bunch of boys to the Rangers game in Arlington. Timmy was extremely helpful and organized everything perfectly. The bus was clean, beautiful, comfortable and so much fun. Our driver, Victor, was exceptional! Victor drove well and was great at customer service. The sound system and lights were top notch!

When we got to the game Victor dropped us off at the front door and picked us up in the same spot after the game.this saved a ton of time and a ton of walking. I can't say enough about Able Limousine.

Timmy returned my request promptly on the same day of inquiry and we completed the reservation with a few quick steps via online reservation and text. Our driver, Kurt arrived for pick up early and notified us via text. He was courteous, attentive and safe.

First I have to say that our driver Kurt was great! Very helpful, professional and courteous. With that said, Kurt should work for another limo service who appreciates their customers and treats them with respect. Tim (I assume was the owner) was very rude, disrespectful and belligerent on the phone when asking some questions on the day of the rental.

Once he has your money, he doesn't care to treat you with respect anymore. For that reason, we will never rent from them again and advise others not to as well. I hope Kurt will find a company to drive for whom appreciates their customers. You would think that he would take the constructive criticism from myself and other reviewers and make adjustments in how he treats customers. When more than 2 customers have similar complaints about his rude and belligerent treatment, then you would think he would have the business acumen for self reflection and get some counseling in anger management and customer service training.

And btw, I never said he stole anything. He lies on reviews instead of owning up to his behavior and rectifying it. Again, the party bus and driver were great. Only one thing this company needs is maybe a new customer service face representing it.

Hiring the limo was easy and the vehicle was right on time and spotless. Driver Frank was very helpful and attentive. A perfect travel experience for 4 older Vietnam vets. Highly recommend!

I called Able Limo a week in advance and Timmy took care of all our needs. He was courteous, professional and I never had a worry once I booked a limo with him. His driver Frank was a very nice young man and very attentive to our needs. 9 women going to a concert. we were hungry after the concert so we took us to McDonalds fir some fries! We have a wonderful experience. I should mention Timmy is quite the comic! Very funny and witty! Will def use ABLE LIMO next time I need service!

I used this service to shuttle to a football game in October, and I will absolutely be using their shuttles in the future! I worked with Timmy on booking my shuttle, and he made sure I had all the information necessary to make sure everything went smoothly. When I realized at 8:30 pm on Thursday that I had accidentally booked the shuttle for Friday instead of Saturday, I reached out to Timmy.

He immediately rebooked me for Saturday, saving me a massive headache. Great customer service and a great service overall - shuttle was clean, stocked with waters, and the driver, Brigitte, was excellent!

They took good care of my brother taking him from Dallas hospital to his home in Oklahoma. He had multiply fractures and had lot of pain with 3 hr drive to endure and the driver was Amazing! Drove very careful and made very pleasant! Frank was the driver and had cool accent from Turkey!

Absolutely best experience I've had with a limo/transportation company. They were reasonably priced, showed up on time, easy to work with, and very professional. Ask for Saad as your driver. He knocked the job out of the park for our wedding and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

The best experience I've had in customer service! A few of us decided to do a party bus for my baby sister's bachelorette party, went in and talked about renting a bus. We received the warmest welcome, easily explained the process and left it up to us to decide. Sounded perfect, never have rented before we wanted to "shop around". Able Limousines understand greatly and welcomed us back after experiencing such disappointment from other places.

We we graciously set up with the perfect fit for our party! So perfect we were anxious and wanted to take it right there and then! The evening came and our driver (Frank) was prompt and respectful accommodating all and any needs we had!
