Ordered from across the US. They met and exceeded all expectations. The recipient was my father who was thrilled.

I got my wedding bouquet from this florist and it was beautiful! I made the mistake of looking for a bouquet last minute and they were so accommodating when every other florist was unable to help me or respond to me. I didn't think they'd be able to find the colors I needed in such short notice but they still did a great job in complementing my wedding colors! Thanks so much!

I had an urgent request for flowers for a friend's 80th birthday. The birthday package we sent was stuck in Atlanta and I had to send something special. I live out of state and found this florist online and they were so nice. I had missed the cut off for delivery that day for them but they were kind enough to suggest another florist that might be able to help me. This is true Southern hospitality at it's best. The next time I need flowers I will definitely remember them!

The staff were able to accommodate us with a standing spray for our best friend's service for her Mother on short notice. We collaborated on an arrangement while viewing their website to create a beautiful display. The delivery was on time and the outcome exceeded ou expectations. Thank you for assisting in comforting my friend and family.

The flowers from here are absolutely beautiful. My husband has ordered me flowers from here several times. They never disappoint. I usually do not like roses. This week he had an arrangement delivered to me for our anniversary. The roses you can smell all over my living room and have opened up and are the size of baseballs. You will never be disappointed with flowers from here. Update 9/16/2020: I just received an absolutely gorgeous arrangement for my anniversary. They do amazing work.

Placed an order at noon on 11/11. Miguel told me 11 am was the cutoff for same day delivery. No problem. He then told me the order would've delivered at 8:45am on 11/12. It's now nearly 4 hours past that time and the order hasn't arrived. I have called twice to be told it's out for delivery. The shop is only a mile from the delivery address. How can it take 4 hours?!? Really frustrating. At this point, I don't even care what the flowers look like. I'll be lucky if they're delivered before my wife leaves for the day.

They are very nice and polite. I didn't know what I wanted and they were patient enough with me for me to pick out the perfect flower arrangement for my wife!

Do NOT order from A Arrangement. This is a corporate run store, out of Texas. You are not supporting a small local Spartanburg business. Their call center and the people on the phone are in Texas. Yesterday I ordered a bouquet for a friends birthday at 11:08am. I asked for peonies. The man said they just received a shipment today. I paid over $100. Bouquet was supposed to arrive on my friends birthday.

She never received. I called them several times last night with absolutely no help. Messaged their Instagram and Facebook account out of desperation, those people said they live in Knoxville, TN. Still nothing. They never sent flowers. Apparently the call center called me yesterday from a Texas area code. I didn't answer because why the heck would a Texas number call me? Assumed it was spam.

Never left a voicemail to tell me they did not have peonies. Did not text me. Did not email me. Just decided not to send the flowers because apparently the guy I spoke to lied and there was no shipment. Today, they offer absolutely nothing to make up for it. Find a real local florist to support before you deal with this headache. Absolutely horrible!

The flower arrangement was SO BEAUTIFUL! And the STAFF here are SO HELPFUL and KIND! They are FANTASTIC! Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers for my mom on Mother's Day! My parents had recently moved and I mistakenly wrote down the wrong address for flowers. Christian called to double check with me after trying to deliver to old address, and was able to get them to my mom the same day to new address. He was patient and sweet! Highly recommend!

I had a particular arrangement in mind for my husband's funeral. These ladies patiently listened, asked questions and made wonderful suggestions. The result was a beautiful, one of a kind casket spray that was more beautiful than I could have envisioned.

Great service and beautiful arrangements! I live in GA so I ordered flowers online for my grandmother's funeral. I was really worried about going online for something so important, but everything went better than expected. The flowers were ready on time and the arrangements looked even better than the pictures. I highly recommend this florist for those who have high standards - they will meet and even exceed them!
