Asheville Hwy Rentals

I rented an auger at a fair price for the week. After digging about 20 holes I realized the auger was not digging very good. I called and they told me to bring the auger bit and they would give me another one. Once I finished my work, , I returned the auger freshly washed and with 3/4 tank of gas. They charged me $20 for less than a quart of gas after I had to stop my work, drive 40+ miles to return a worn out bit that the maintenance guy told me "yeah, I knew that bit was wore out, hahaha." So disregard giving me a worn out, welded bit that forced me to stop working and drive a 40 mile round trip to obtain another worn out bit AND then charge me $20 for a quart of gas. So much for trying to give the local place my business. Next time I'll go with the franchise.

Unfriendly service. Expensive equipment thats half way maintained. Rented a dump trailer to dump a few loads of gravel in the driveway. Load of gravel was below the max load weight. Got home, opened the gate partway so i could drive forward and spread the gravel instead of dumping it all in a pile, soon as the hydraulic pump took the load the battery almost died.

The battery managed to raise the bed less than 5 inches and it was completely dead. Not even high enough to start to shift the load towards the gate. I had to shovel out 90%+ of the 1st (and only)load by hand, except for the small amount that dumped out when I first opened the gate. I could have just put the gravel in the bed of my truck to start with. Which is what i did for the next 2 loads.

My first review of this place, but not our first time renting. We have rented the waterslides before & were VERY satisfied! The kids have a blast EVERY time! This time we got Slide #21 & it had a large pool at the bottom of the slide that we all enjoyed. Young and old! It blows up fast ( less than 10 mintues ) and fills up pretty quick as well. Setup and packing it up after use was easy, which both took about 30 minutes each. surprisingly, you can setup with just 2 people.

My 18 year old brother and I set this one up. It took 3 of us to roll it back up and get it onto the trailer. They are quite heavy. This particular one weighed around 375 lbs. The staff was very polite & helpful. It was very clean, inside & outside of the building. The guys outside got our slide loaded within 10 mins of getting the paperwork. They tested the blower functions & checked for damages, to make sure we didn't have to come back if it was faulty. Awesome experience, as always!

I will recommend this rental company to anyone around! They definitely have loads of equipment for anything you need. They rent LOADS of different things including bouncy houses, waterslides, farm and lawn maintenance equipment, party & wedding tables etc. Asheville HWY Rentals is my GO TO!

Overall they have always helped me out and when I have had a complaint, The manager or the owner himself makes damn sure I feel I'm treated fairly. Thanks guys

Fantastic spot to rent equipment and more! Fair prices, nice staff. Good equipment to rent and in very good working condition.

Ordered 6 tables and 25 chairs for Thanksgiving Day. Never received them! Reached out repeatedly via phone, FB, FB messenger, & even messaged the owner! Nothing! Definitely need and after hour emergency contact person & number! Holidays are already stressful as it is, and not being able to accommodate a lager party is the icing on the cake!

There employees didn't have a good maintenance to the post holes digger, and the auger bit had a doll blade. I wasted my time and money.

Love this place always good to us. I have done so many jobs with their equipment. They have become my fav. Thanks for always having good equipment for me to do my many projects . ( I'm sure my hubby wished something would not work lol I'm always coming up with ideas.)

VERY disappointed in this company. Apparently your reservation for equipment is not worth the time it takes to set it up. We "reserved" equipment and when we showed up that morning to get it (our "reservation" being for the day) we're told the people who reserved it the day before didn't bring it back. So pretty much, it's run like Home Depot, show up and hope it's there.

Your reservation doesn't count for anything. I feel like a company running a rental business with reservations for equipment should enforce its reservations. If you want it 2 days then rent it for 2 days OR bring it back and get in line like everyone else has had to do!

I rented a t590 bobcat and trailer. People where very nice. Got my project done alot cheaper than hiring someone. Thank you.
