Previous employee as of today, while both owner, and supervisor are not in the country. Was told I was slurring my words, and not being myself. Which was not true at all, currently going to drug test and prove that to them but I wouldn't work or shop at this store if it was my only option. On top of that both owner, management, and employees are not only rude but racist as well.

I have witnessed it on many occasions from talking about black women wearing braids, and calling it "unkempt". Speaking about both employees and customer, weight, and personal life's. Don't take your business here.

If I could rate higher, I definitely would. I had a wonderful experience wedding dress shopping for my bestie today! She found the most perfect dress! The atmosphere and customer service was more than great. Jasmine was super helpful, had a fabulous personality, and had no trouble connecting with our group.

I don't care where you are in the world- BOOK A FLIGHT TO GSP BECAUSE YOU NEED TO WORK WITH JASMINE! The experience she provided was so far beyond anything I could have ever imagined. From the moment I walked in I felt so special. She listened carefully to what I wanted and pulled a few dresses she thought that I would like. I all 3 were beautiful and fit my vision precisely!

It's hard to visualize what a dress will look like when it's not quite your size, but Jasmine put SO much effort into making sure she could help me see exactly how it will fit in the moment. She was hungry for feedback and ran with all of it! She is honest with her professional opinion and is also understanding and mindful of any cost barriers. She helped me get exactly what I wanted within my budget - she's a true miracle worker!

But most of all, like many people, I have insecurities and was really nervous going into the appointment. Jasmine literally made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world and had me EXCITED to look at myself in the mirror. I'll never forget how Jasmine made me feel- in such a short time she made a difference in my life!

I found my dream dress here. Jasmine was my consultant. I will say she was wonderful! Absolutely made me feel like a bride on the most important day of my life. The downside of this place was the alterations department. I had my wedding dress altered 4 times because the woman doing them couldn't follow directions. It was very disappointing. The fourth time she altered it, I tried it on, and she altered it in the wrong spot.

I could barely fit the dress up my hips. The spot she altered didn't fix the area that needed to be taken in. So anyway, I took the dress home and took my measurements. It had only been a week and I was sure I did not gain any weight. In fact, the 2nd and 3rd time they altered it, the dress was too big and they asked me if I had lost weight. The dress is absolutely beautiful and I'm happy to have purchased it here. Gloria was wonderful too.

The day of my wedding, my straps they put on, Were coming loose and the beads were falling Off a few hours in. Very scary as I thought they were going to come off my dress. All in all, this is a great place to purchase your dream dress with the selection of beautiful dresses and great consultants, but I would Stay away from the alterations department.

Absolutely fantastic experience! You will find your dress here. Jessica was fabulous, I told her everything I imagined and all my favorite things and the first dress I tried on was the one! She even played the song I'm walking down the aisle to so that I would be sure it was the one! It's such an amazing one on one experience! Her sister jasmine is just as fabulous as she is! I promise you will want to invite them to your wedding after meeting them and them helping you find your dream dress!

We had a consultation with Jasmine today. This was my 2nd time with future daughters-in-law trying on wedding dresses. Jasmine is so warm and welcoming and made us feel like family. The entire experience is awesome. I highly recommend that you go here if you need a wedding dress.

Terrible and unorganized service. You would think if you're spending thousands that they would do better.

I purchased a floor model dress, and they had me pay full price for it. I thought that was a little weird considering it wasn't a brand new dress and had been tried on by others before me, but I loved the dress so I let it go. I was told by my consultant that the dress would be cleaned since I was buying an off the floor dress, which made me feel better. However, it was never cleaned and when I called multiple times to figure out what was going on I was pushed from one person to another. Finally, one person finally answered me and said they don't clean dresses they just spot clean.

Super disappointed, but I will say that the person who helped me find a dress was so sweet and encouraging. *responding to the response from Dimitra. This dress that I purchased was not an in store dress. This dress was not brand new. The dress I purchased Had a noticeable spot on it and that's why I felt comfortable buying it once i was told that it would be cleaned.

I was told that you order dresses brand new, unless we want to buy the dress off the floor and take home that day. I want to make sure that false information is not given to future customers.

All associates were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter found the perfect prom dress. They helped by fitting her for alterations so that the dress fits her perfectly everywhere. She is so excited. They are a little higher priced but have gorgeous dresses.

This is where you will find your dress. Jessica was my consultant but all of them are so amazing. They're friendly and will make you feel like the queen you are. I showed Jessica a photo of a Tik Tok that has half the dress showing and told her I wanted to look like her on my wedding day. I had been to three stores already and hadn't found "the one" just a bunch of beautiful dresses I loved.

I think it was like the second dress I tried on and it was my dream dress. I felt like a princess. Alterations is also AMAZING. Rebecca did my dress and she has magic fingers.

My sister got her wedding dress from here and we had the best experience! The consultant was so kind and listened to all of my sisters wants and needs. She felt so confident in her dress and she looked beautiful! The experience was so good I will definitely come back for my wedding dress one day!

My bridal appointment went great! Jessica Williams was the consultant working with us and she is the best! She was so sweet and helped me pick out the perfect dress. She told me at the end of the appointment that she prays over every bride. That is the absolute best feeling. Thank you Lord for people like her. Go see them

As a mother of a bride I would give Dimitra No stars! Jessica was great in the beginning but when things started to go wrong she dropped the ball. My daughter ordered her dress in November, and we paid $200 for extra length, and it was due in May but came at the beginning of June. My daughter flew down from DC and the dress came without the additional length. They, of course, did not offer to refund our money, but said they would reorder the dress.

They said it would be in late September, which was cutting it very close to have alterations done for a wedding on November 12th and bride needed to be in Miami November 8th. They said the dress would be overnighted once it came into the warehouse. The dress sat in a warehouse in MS for five days without moving, and when it finally went out, it went standard ground delivery.

No one at Dimitra even checked to see that it had not been overnighted. My daughter could only find one boutique with an open alternations appointment that was on a Friday. I drove to Dimitra when the dress came in on a Wednesday and flew up to DC to bring to my daughter the dress to meet alterations deadline. We could no longer trust Dimitra or the postal service. Dimitra was not interested in reimbursing us for the flight in June or the extra alteration costs.

They do not go the extra mile so steer away from this place. Once you sign your receipt that says no refunds or returns there is no turning back, and you are out of options, p and at their mercy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiance ordered her wedding dress 8 months ago so they called her 4 months ago WITH THE WRONG DRESS! They told her to leave the store and to not come back. So upon the news getting to the owner the shop said they would get the correct dress in time for bridal portraits. Well here we are another 4 months down the road still no dress with no estimated time of arrival.

I know what you're thinking. why dont you just get your money back. well they do not give money back on purchases no matter if its the WRONG FREAKING DRESS OR LATE! Don't order your dresses here ladies

This is a terrible place to rent tuxedos from. The tuxedos we rented did not arrive until the day before the wedding. Buttons and bow-tie were missing. The shoes that I rented did not come. Even when this was told to the manager Hope, she said she would rush them overnight but I never received them. Worst place ever! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone

This is my experience : I Called Dimitria Design Friday morning at 11am for a prom dress for the next day in Boston. Natalie was beyond incredible. The dress we had ordered online was not going to be arriving on time since it was at the designer store, so Natalie send me photos of potential dresses she had in the store that could make our daughter happy and have it shipped overnight.

She was kind, supportive, patient, fun, just purely incredible in every way! They ended up packing the dress and sending it overnight to Boston. My gratitude is infinite for this incredible unfoldment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to make this special day very special for our daughter

Seriously? Your business is difficult to access with "handicap entrance only" and then you lock the doors early? Sign shows Sat 10-6, people inside and the sales people refuses to unlock door? Can't believe you would pass up business. We won't try again, but good luck.

I had a bridal appointment with Jessica. She was the best bridal consultant I had out of the three stores I went to looking for a wedding dress. The selection at Dimitra was great but Jessica was what really made the visit memorable. She pulled a variety of dresses and would bring some "wild cards" to try on. I found this so helpful because at other stores they would bring the same style over and over in different material.

She was attentive and listened to what I liked and didn't like from each dress. She also never made me feel rushed even towards the end of the appointment. I would recommend getting an appointment with Jessica to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

Dimitra Designs has always treated us right. They have even had to on occasion do a rush alteration on my little girl's pageant dresses and have always gotten them done on time. They have always treated my little girl like a super star. Her dresses are always winners, they have always picked the most beautiful dresses for my little girl and on several of those occasions we have gotten Ms Dimitra's opinion on the dresses for my little girl when we are there for fitting and finding the perfect pageant dress for her pageants.

We love Dimitra's Designs. My grown daughter wore Dimitra's dresses when she did pageant's and those were winners too. This was from when the store was located on S Pleasantburg Drive in a small shopping center. I still have one of my grown daughters dresses it was winner also. I am always recommending Dimitra's to everyone. As long as she has Dimitra's and her store is open this where we will go and we will recommend others to go. :

I was going to have to make another appointment for another day since they were booked solid on Saturday 12/22. However someone cancelled right before I walked in so it must have been God sent for me to be there at the time. Jessica was very friendly & helpful! I showed her a few pics of what I was looking for and told her my budget & she found the dress to those specifications. I said yes to the dress & it's absolutely beautiful! 6-13-2018 UPDATE I have emailed and texted Simone, I have heard nothing back, she has not sent proof of credit "store credit" (like she assured me she would during one of her "responses" on social media).they have blocked any my daughter from being able to tag them in post. I guess they assume if they can't be tagged no one can see the reviews.

The store owner was messaged through Facebook and she has not responded or made her employee make things right so I figure she's perfectly okay with how her "business" is being handled. If Simone, the owner or another manger end up making this right I will update. Sadly.from the looks of many reviews.this seems to be how they treat many customers.

I had the BEST experience at Dimitras. My consultant Natalie went above and beyond to help me find a dress that was perfect for me. She was genuinely nice and full of compliments. These consultants do not get commission for their sales so when they recommend things, they believe it's what's best for your body type. The mimosas weren't a bad freebie either Go here! You won't be disappointed.

Great place with an awesome selection. Natalie was wonderful, and helped my best friend find her dream dress!

This was my first experience wedding dress shopping, and I will not be returning to this store or recommending it to anyone in the future. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait, but not look at anything or browse. There were also signs saying that if you took photos you would be asked to leave. Let's just start by saying, what bride-to-be goes into a bridal appointment thinking she won't want to take pictures in the main contenders for her final decision?

We are shuttled into a changing area where they ask me about my style and budget. We are told to wait while she goes and finds some options. For the first two dresses, the consultant helps me in and out of the dresses, but after that she pretty much disappeared for the rest of the appointment. My MOH had to help me in and out of dresses. None of the dresses were remotely close to the photos I had shared with the consultant, and most of them were above my price point.

The consultant also failed to tell me this detail before putting me into the dresses. This is a huge FAIL in my opinion. What if I had fallen in love with one of the dresses and then I couldn't afford it because they didn't even tell me? They also refused to tell us what designer or style the gowns were, "to prevent us from buying Chinese knock-offs.".or it was to prevent us from finding the gown at a store that made you feel like the princess you deserve to feel like. Overall, this experience left me angry, almost in tears, and dreading future gown shopping experiences. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking to feel taken care of and special.

What a wonderful and seamless experience! My family and I popped in and out of the store on several occasions (even without an official appointment -- and over the busy thanksgiving week), yet each time we were greeted with warmth, kindness and excitement from every staff member. Jessica was our official bridal attendant and her service was unparalleled!

She was detail oriented, extremely patient and helpful. She made my experience more than I could hope for. The salon is clean, extremely large and well stocked with dresses from a size 2-22! There's so many styles and accessories -- this is your one stop shop! I finally said "yes to the dress" here. THANK you to all who helped!

Update: I've changed the rating because the dress was ordered and paid for and was promised three weeks ago and we still have not received it. We called the shop and although still friendly I cannot give an excellent rating to a shop that does not deliver or even update clients when there is a delay on an item that is really expensive to us and so instrumental to the wedding day.

Great experience with Jasmine from the first phone call through ordering the dress. I was a little concerned after reading some of the yelp community reviews but we really could not have been more pleased with the experience.

Please do not go to this shop. If you plan on having a pleasent, encouraging, enjoyable, and memorable time wedding dress shopping, this will ruin it. We came from about 2 hours away and arrived for our appointment at 12:50. The appointment was at 1pm. We were introduced to a man that showed us the store, then asked us to wait for our consultant. We waited 40 minutes past our appointment to meet with our dull and grey consultant.

She didn't comment or have much to say and when we made comments she was so unresponsive you wanted to ask her if she was paying attention. The dresses that she brought just weren't very apealing and seemed cheap. *they will not tell you the name of the designer either* and most dresses that she brought were not in the brides size. It was upsetting to see dresses that could have looked amazing if she would have put time and effort into find dresses that fit and spent more time clipping and tightening them. ** you nor anyone in your party can look at the dresses with or without a consultant ** Also there are obnoxious signs hanging around telling you no picutes and saying things like "the dress you want to think about tonight is a dress someone is coming back to get tomorrow".

When we asked if these were off the rack dresses she didn't know. Also lets not even get started that in the middle of trying on dresses another consultant came over and asked to share our changing booth and mirror with us, which btw is built for one bride.

Since I was coming from out of town, I saw on their website they do appointments by request on sundays. I called on a week day and asked if I can make an appointment on a sunday. The girl flat out told me no. And I asked her why since it was advertised on their website. I told her I was coming from out of town and wanted to make sure they had an appointment so I can get what I needed as well as them for sure being open.

She then tells me that they do accept appointments but only until after Labor Day. That would be perfect for me since I was actually looking to make an appointment in October. I proceed to tell her that and she got really rude and said that October still wasn't after labor day. I got confused and paused for a second. Like what? Labor day is on September 5th and I'm looking for an appointment in October.

I told her that. She got really rude and said they weren't taking any appointments at all and tells me that she couldn't even do it for me since she doesn't even have the appointment book in front of her. Horrible service! If it was that difficult to be on the phone with one of their workers, there is NO way I will be purchasing a wedding dress from there!
