This is the best party store in Baton Rouge. They have everything you need to throw A successful event

The selection here is absolutely astonishing. Yes, the store is enormous even from the outside, but it really doesn't hit you how much they have until you go into work. It's an excellent party store and I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for something last minute.

They were a little high to add helium, but service was fast!

Just as many of the other reviews mentioned, the staff members are very unfriendly. Upon returning items (in the originally packaging with the original receipt within the specified timeframe), the staff member (who was the manager) pushed the return form at me and said "sign it." I asked if I could get a copy of the receipt for the return for which she stated "no" and turned away. My gosh, just poor customer service. I would shop here more often if I didn't have to interact with the staff members. They ruin this store.

The store has a lot of party supplies. The cost is very high. There were a lot of Mardi gras supies left.

If you cannot find what you need here, you "ain't gonna find it anywhere!" Lots to choose from for any occasion! Reasonable prices! Great service!

Unless you are looking for something specific that is sold thru this chain only, check out dollar tree first. I am returning everything to the party store. It is a great store but the prices are too high. Money is funny but I ain't laughing. I found everything I needed at the dollar tree; everything!

They have all the things one could want for a party. and lots of costume choices! Great products, some are overpriced. but for the most part a great value. They have super cute balloons and other extras. However, most of the staff is not helpful. we go here a lot for party decor and if you need help you are basically out of luck unless you find the 2 or 3 employees who are regularly nice to people.

Loved it. Halloween is always an insane rush for party stores. Never in my life have I seen a store wide line move so *FAST* my son is gonna be the lightest of red rangers this year and it'll be great.

Great selection except for the fact that i bought their fairly expensive gogo boots for a disco party and they only sold me one boot in the box. when i called they said that they close in 7 minutes so there isn't anything they can do. make sure to check the box because they sure as heck won't.

I usually come here to buy my baking hobby stuff. It's like bake hobby heaven to me. The store is clean and the staff are usually friendly.

Party Time on bluebonnet was advertising for 30% off of St. Patrick's day costumes and accessories. I went to check out with a green wig and they would not honor the sale. The wig was on the aisle with all of the 30% off items and even had a sign right next to it with the sale info. I mentioned this to the employee who got her supervisor involved and they were both unpleasant and rude. That is not 1 but 2 employees that rude and unpleasant. Next time I'll just go to another party store.

Their return policy is absurd. Tried to return a toddler Halloween costume the day after we purchased and they would not accept. It was never taken out of the original packaging, with the exception being the employee who opened it so my son could try it on for size. The cashier told me she mentioned the no return policy to me, but I kindly disagreed.

She said, "remember, I asked if you had tried it on?" To which I replied, "yes, you asked me that, but you did not tell me I could not return it. If I had known the policy, I would not have purchased it". She told me to speak with the GM the next morning, but he was short and offered no assistance. I have been using this store for years, but will no longer be going.

There are more friendly options in town and cheaper options online. They mention customer service, but they do not know what customer service is. Beware of their online sales also.you can order a costume and checkout without one mention of their policy alerting you before your purchase. Overall, a bad experience and one they did not try to make right. Not the way to run a family business in these days where customers are foregoing in-store purchases for the ease and pricing of online sales.

I am in party stores quite often, so I find myself in one at least once a quarter. This one seems to be a local business with a lot of great offerings, but mostly a lot of the same party needs that you see in those mega party stores. The customer service here has been hit and miss, sometimes terrible and sometimes fantastic. This last time that I went, it was just probably the worst.

A while back, I picked up a pamphlet on a kids cupcake decorating class. So, one morning, my daughter and I decided to attend a session. Upon arrival, we were told that we had to RSVP for the event. There was NOWHERE on the pamphlet that said that it was a requirement. When I went to one of the employees/possible manager, he was speechless! He did not offer me anything, not even an apology or anything to correct the situation.

Oh yeah, he did say, "the website might say it". Of course, I was like, "what is the point of having a pamphlet"? The information should have said to call to reserver a spot. Anyway, that was the last straw, I don't think I will be back here ever again.

Party Time is a great go-to store for all your costume, parade, or party needs. I like the color coded sections because it's easier to navigate through all of the stuff on the walls. They have a lot of party favors and party decorations, invitations and party planning supplies, and themed costumes and accessories. The costume purchases are non-refundable, and with that being said make sure it's something you won't mind keeping.

Party Time has everything you could want - costumes, decorations, invitations, etc. They are a bit pricey, the employees are not helpful and in fact are downright rude. And their return policy is AWFUL. I tried to return several items that I'd had for less than 24-hours, all unopened in the original packaging, and with my original receipt in hand.

They refused. When I argued and complained all I got was "sorry" as the so-called manager turned his back on me and walked away. Actually I tried to only give this 2-1/2 stars but your system wouldn't let me. It's not worth 3 full stars.

The worst NO service ever! Not that busy. Workers standing in cluster asked for assistance within the cluster. Worker stomped off saying give me a minute she will be there. Went to area where I requested assistance. Same worker passes me twice. Once with the ladder she would need to reach item requested, but did not stop, or acknowledge me. Then the second time she passes me to assist someone who just walked on the isle. Then I remembered why I stopped coming to this particular store in the beginning! Thanks for the reminder. I WILL NEVER FORGET AGAIN!

A bit expensive, not a ton of choices. Service is friendly, most of the time. You can find better deals online. If you order through their out of date website, it's not always well stocked. Best of luck. Party City is right around the corner.

They don't fill up balloons from other businesses. Nor will they inflate balloons over 24. Bizarre rule. I'd be filling up everyones balloons if I ran that business.

There's all kinds of party supplies. My 4 yrs. old granddaughter wanted a Frozen theme party. They had all kinds of things to pick from. I over bought not knowing what we would need. I asked about the return policy & it seems lenient enough. I was able to return the extra items. Friendly & helpful staff. I would shop there again.

There's no telling if what you order online will actually be in stock and the management are complete jerks. Order from them with extreme caution.or just from somewhere else. Additionally the prices are consistently higher than other places. I wanted to.support local business but these guys just don't do things the right way.

I found this place accidentally online when I was trying to order party supplies online. They have a well developed online store but the actual store is so much better! I was trying to find Frozen decorations and they were very helpful. They didn't mind going to look for items when I called in to check availability. They held items for me and I was able to pick them up, no problem. Everyone was very helpful and I'll definitely use them in the future for my party needs.
