Mr. Vick was very communicative, prompt and professional. The black suv limousine was classy and clean on the outside and inside. My intentions were to treat myself as well as my guest to a night of luxury, and Riverside transportation definitely helped me achieve my goal. I felt at ease from a very smooth and safe ride. My guests were pleased, as was I. I recommend this company and will be using them again.

Riverside limo did an excellent job of picking me up from the Lafayette airport at the very last minute late friday night after a disasterous all day of flying to a family funeral in BR. Spent a few days in Baton Rouge for work and needed to shuttle around 19 people between site visits. Our schedule was often changing throughout our week there, so we needed some last-minute reservations and often required the drivers to hang around for hours until our group wrapped up meetings. Riverside's team was fantastic -- the reception team made the reservations quickly and accommodated all of our scheduling needs, the drivers were prompt and courteous, the large vehicles were comfortable and clean, and the owner even followed up after our trip to ensure that our transportation was satisfactory.
I was quite satisfied with their service and wish that all of my experiences with hiring transportation companies went this well! Wade, Ramona, and all of our drivers deserve the praise! I would definitely recommend Riverside for reliable transportation for large groups.

We hired Riverside Limousines to transport us from L'auberge Casino to the River Center for a concert. The service was spectacular. Our driver, Mike, made the experience even better. The limo was spotlessly clean, the ice buckets were full of fresh ice and clean glasses. We had an 8 passenger limo and there were 6 of us and we had plenty of room.
The limo was top of the line and had all the bells and whistles, so much so that Mike had to help us with the air conditioner and radio controls. LOL. If you are in the Baton Rouge area, call Riverside Limousines. We highly recommend their service.
