At Ginger's Party Rental in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we can provide you with a canopy rental to fit both your event and budget. There are options to cover everything from a small gathering to a large festival, whether you do it yourself or we deliver and set up. The best rule of thumb is to allow some extra space. Keep in mind you will need at least an extra 6 ft of space on all sides of the canopy to allow for the ropes and stakes that anchor the canopy in place. For example, a 20 x 20 canopy will require a 32' x 32' area. We will anchor your canopy in place with stakes (in soil) or with concrete anchors. You can adjust for the addition of a band, DJ, dance floor, bar, or additional tables for buffet, gifts, cakes, etc.

Very disappointed in the customer service that I received at Ginger's party rental. If you are looking to rent locally.please consider using another company that wants to work with customers, listens to customers concerns, and helps customers through their rental process. Virginia (rental manager) assumes, talks down to customers, and talks in circles about irrelevant matters; making the rental process very difficult and unwelcoming.
I have rented from ginger's on multiple occasions. But sadly, I will not be utilizing their services again. Also, please consider updating a flawed electronic rental system. It is not the customers fault when your system does not update properly and your manager is purposefully difficult for something that is simple and easy. Bless the heart of the staff who's learning from her practices in the event rental industry. You will not retain customers by leading a business in this manner.

We rented tables, chairs, and linens for our wedding & reception that took place at a family home in French Settlement this past November and everything turned out beautifully! Oh, and last minute space heaters since we had a sporadic cold front come through (at least no rain or mosquitos to deal with). Ginger's Party Rentals rental rates are far better than their competitors' and the timeframe we had the rentals for was much more convenient (delivered Friday and picked up Monday for a 1-day rental fee opposed to delivered and picked up same or next day for a multiple day fee).
The quote and order process was simple enough and Shane and his support staff were easy to communicate with anytime I needed to speak with someone. There were some last minute hiccups with the chairs and space heaters, but they were quickly resolved and multiple efforts were made to make sure things were right with us in the end, which they were. Would recommend for any events in or near Baton Rouge!

We were coming to Baton Rouge for an event and has to rent a tent. At the last minute the event was cancelled and we had to cancel the tent. The staff at Gingers (particularlyVirginia, the Asst Manager) went above and beyond in customer service. Proving there are really good people in the world. Compassion and kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

They have many things to choose from for your party rental. The pick up process was very easy for the bulk material where you can drive up and load after going inside to get your pick up sheet. The prices are great too! Note: if you are getting larger things that are stored inside or several table clothes that are heavy you do have to go up a stairs to get to the office.

I rented cups & saucers, dishes, and silverware from Ginger's and it went so well with the theme for my daughter's bridal shower, which was a "Tea Party". The people at Ginger's are so helpful and kind, taking their time to answer my questions on the phone and in person. Everything was ready when I arrived to pick it up, and the guys loading it into my car did so with care for the outside of my car and the inside, and did it with a smile. Definitely recommend Ginger's for your rentals, you won't be disappointed.

I Am so glad you asked! I LOVE Ginger Party Rentals! I love how your "showroom" is set up to display items and also gives me great ideas! Mainly I love the service from the front desk where you are greeted by "real" people. To the young men who load the tables and chairs in the back. Everyone is very polite and go out of their way to help make a design come to life! I tell everyone who come to my parties. "Ginger Brings the Party!" Keep up the great work! I love your attitudes your style and your party!

Had an event Thursday at our property and we rented some tables, with a Friday pickup scheduled. They missed the pickup Friday and called at 7:00 AM Saturday to come get them. We informed them we were not open on saturday and they would have to come Monday. They show up on Monday and I direct the gentlemen to the area where the tables are, afterward, I go back into the office to get back to work.
I didn't hear anything from them when I get a phone call from the event organizer telling me they they will not move the tables because there were some (empty) catering trays stacked (neatly) on top. I get it, you don't want to touch anything that isn't your, liability reasons. So, I get up and move them. However, the guys from Gingers are no where to be found.
I call our organizer back and she tells me that they left. Not only, would need to come back, that we would be charged for coming back. Again, I understand why they didn't want to touch other people's items, but they couldn't have taken the 30 seconds to walk over to the office to come get me? The complete lack of effort and courtesy to help us avoid additional charges was just really disappointing. There is no shortage of rental options in Baton Rouge, and we will be using someone else next time.
