Malisa is very rude and unprofessional. They never closed the drapes after telling us at rehearsal that they would be closed and allowed my $500 cake to melt. Refused to take responsibility and tried to blame my bakery first but then turned around and tried to blame me for not reminding them to close them. They nickel and dimed us. And there's so much more I can say. I will never do business there again.

The event was beautiful however, the staff here needs to be replaced or retrained. I would not recommend holding events at this event as long as this staff is present. After sharing a positive review of the fountains leaving 4 stars, we were contacted personally about not leaving a 5 star review and ridiculed about the personal things that a professional staff should not comment on.
While everyone is entitled to their own opinions, this was very unprofessional. We were advised by the staff that the services we hired were "some of the worst they've worked with". Which again, was unprofessional. We also had a cake incident where our cake was forgotten but the cake staff managed to remake our cake in time and deliver to the fountains in a timely manner.
I communicated this effectively with the fountains staff for purposes or them setting up the cake. however in their unprofessional e-mail they made it seem like this was falsified (which again, had no reason to be brought up in the e-mail). Again, unprofessional. The coordinator made comments about the guests, entertainers, and constantly told a member of the wedding party she "could not deal" with "all of this" and she went missing several times throughout the day.
She even failed to assist the musician on where to plug in her microphones/cords and refused to assist (all of which were valid questions to ask a coordinator). As a wedding coordinator, you should be prepared to work around small fires that may happen throughout the day. Unfortunately, the current staff cracks under pressure and resorts to unprofessional verbiage, comments, and actions.
At one point the kitchen staff told myself, I needed to calm down because "He's been doing this for 40 years" because I asked for plates for the bride to cut her cake. With lack of preparation and communication, the 40 years of experience he's claimed of accruing was not present in his actions or professionalism what so ever. After reading others comments, I am anticipating a response as they have replied to other negative comments in spite as well. My special wedding day was October 16, 2021, beautiful weather outside on the Terrace.amazing event. Reception was in the sweetebay room, very tastefully, and soothing atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, lots of compliments, but also complaints from the guest regarding appetizers. DJ rocked the house., but not according to the Coordinator, smh.
Just as any normal day a few bumps in the road, but nothing to worry about. Would I do it all over again and used the fountains wedding and conference center.absolutely. but under different management.

Beautiful Venue to hold a small to medium wedding outside comfortable. Great reception area, Bride suite and Groom suite. They also have a nice staircase for pictures. The staff was great. thanks Gus. You can have everything there. that's a plus. Cons. you have to get everything from there. meaning the food. The food was okay, it wasn't all that great.
I would have wanted my own caterer. No outside food or alcohol. I understand the bar. You are going to pay a hefty price for the Fountains. It's up to you and your budget and your special day. All in all. it's a very nice Venue.

Throughout the whole wedding planning, the entire team was accommodating and responsive. All were friendly and the food was OUTSTANDING. Numerous guests told me that it was the best wedding food they have ever had and I would have to agree with them. The Seafood Newburg was by far my favorite. The price too was surprisingly affordable. When we first toured the venue, I was thinking 'this place is a no, it'll break my bank.' but then when we got the quote, I had to make sure they included everything! It came with more and it cost less than the competitors. 10/10.

The Fountains was the perfect venue to host our daughter and son in law's wedding last Saturday. The staff continually reached out to us to make sure everything was how we wanted it. Shout out to our wedding planner, the design staff and the catering department, each one was professional and caring about the outcome of our special day! It was a perfect day for a beautiful wedding! I highly recommend The Fountains! You guys ROCK!

The Fountains staff, Mr. Gus, Fina, and Amalia were wonderful to work with while planning my wedding. The Fountains were a great option when planning a wedding reception all the way from Florida. They communicated clearly and worked to make my vision for my big day a reality! The vendors they suggested worked seamlessly with them so I was able to enjoy my day.

It has a cozy restaurant and bar. But if you want to rent it out for large venue, it's also a wonderful place to go. It is clean, large, stunningly beautiful, and so much more to offer with it's large modern facility. Hard to believe how economical it was. Wow. And the staff were very friendly and inviting, what's more the say? I love it both the bar and restaurant; featuring specialties such as (Burger Night and so much more) The food is great. Getting to the conference center is so easy, just off the rt. 50 west exit of the rt.13/50 bypass makes it so nice not having to fight city traffic. Besides is right next to a major hotel what a wonderful convenience. Recommend it to not just family and friends but to all who like great food and fun at a great price.
