Flowers Unlimited prepared flowers for my mother's funeral - preparing both arrangements for the church as well as a centerpiece for the funeral reception. The flowers were fresh and long lasting and the arrangements were gorgeous! In contrast to a local competitor that I had used to provide flowers for the viewing - the flowers provided by Flowers Unlimited were not only more stunning, they were also less expensive! Highly recommend this local business.

I cannot possibly say enough nice things about this shop. I placed an order online for same day delivery on Sunday to a hospital, then I called to follow up and make sure the order went in. I spoke with Kathleen and she was super friendly. I was informed that they were more then happy to deliver on Sunday but that the hospital probably wouldn't deliver the flowers to the room, and they recommended it be moved to Monday.
I was happy to be informed of this, as most places would just execute the order without that extra personal feedback. I was also notified when the flowers were on their way to be delivered and Kathleen seemed to genuinely care, also uncommon in the general world today. 5 stars, will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed with my first experience purchasing flowers at flowers unlimited. I wanted a particular bouquet that was on their website for my sister's birthday. I called and ordered and the whole phone call was a bit chaotic and disorderly with the owner. She then took my card information for payment and didn't even ask my name or anything for pick up.
I told her the time I would pick it up and when I arrived, it wasn't even started. Then I had to wait and she didn't even have the flowers needed to make the bouquet I purchased. I am just disappointed, if they didn't have the flowers to make the bouquet that I purchased, she should've said something (like it won't be the exact same) or it shouldn't have been posted on their website. I paid $50 for something that didn't even resemble what I wanted. Just incredibly disappointed and I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

We live almost 3,000 miles away in Washington State and needed a plant for my husband's stepmother's private memorial. It being in the middle of the pandemic, we couldn't go. I normally use an online service, but couldn't get what we wanted delivered by the day we needed. I looked for a local florist and checked out Flowers Unlimited's website. They had the Peace Lily that we wanted but I had questions.
On the website it says that if it is after hours, you can still try and call. It was 7:30pm for me, so 10:30pm in Maryland. I was so excited when Kathleen picked up the phone! She answered my questions, helped me decide the best way to go, and assured me that it would be beautiful and delivered on time. I cannot tell you how relieved I was! She contacted my sister-in-law and set up a delivery time so they would be home as she was going to take it to the private service. I have pictures of the most beautiful Peace Lily plant that I have ever seen! It was also very reasonably priced. Thank you, Kathleen, for going above and beyond!

I haven't lived in Salisbury for years but my family is still there. I ordered online for my mother's birthday. The site was easy to navigate. The prices are very reasonable. I called to inquire about delivery time and the lady who responded was pleasant and professional. Great experience and I will order again.

I ordered a candy/treats basket for my daughter for her birthday. They were so helpful! They added all her favorite snacks to the basket and it was extremely affordable. I wanted to make sure it would be delivered to her just before her birthday and they hand delivered it to her at her dorm-of course they called her before they delivered it. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Very dissatisfied! If ordering from out of state, request a photo of flowers that was delivered. I ordered Daisy daydreams from their website, a mix of purple florals, basket arrangement and my friend sent me a photo of what the owner delivered. Disappointed that red carnations, yellow flowers, babysbreath, an arrangement I would of never selected and much cheaper flowers, not the right color, nothing matched what i ordered.
I was never told purple flowers weren't in stock, and this was not okay to do. Delivered many hours later than what was agreed and charged higher than price posted on website. Arrangement was returned and credit card refunded me when i showed the photo of item ordered, compared to flowers received. Very unprofessional to promise a prepaid flower arrangement from website photo and not know an entirely different item was substituted. Beware! owner mishandled my credit card information.
It is not legal to write down my personal information on a paper at her home, carry it around until next day when she entered it into charge card machine. Owner said she does it all the time and "everyone trusts them". Well I don't and confirmed with BBB that it is illegal to hold on to a customers credit card info including the security code too.
I had to get my card replaced because owner mishandled my personal credentials. Horrible experience and I was planning on using florist often if 1st time was successful. Tried to pull a fast one by sending cheaper flowers, colors didn't match, nor the style of arrangement without telling me, perhaps thinking I wasn't going to find out because I ordered from out of state.
I never would of agreed to send my friend red carnations because she doesn't like that color or that type of flower! I have multiple voice messages from owner justifying why she did this without consulting with me and her many personal excuses about her decisions after I placed order paid in full. She was sneaky not to inform me that she didn't have the correct supplies to make what I ordered.
