I used Beth's Flowers for a special Anniversary day bouquet delivery It was an online order, I live in MN and my wife was visiting downtown NOLA. They were more than able to fill the order next day as others required a two day response online. What a pleasant response and quality customer service. The floral arrangement was excellent, of supreme quality, pristine and beautifully prepared.

The service was handled next day as promised to make OUR Day complete. I can't tell you how reassuring it was to see such a professional response and it was worth the smile on my wife's face to receive such a quality bouquet complements of Beth's Flowers. I highly recommend them for any occasion as it you can see from other pictures and reviews THEY ARE FIRST CLASS!

They accommodated my last minute mother's day needs on Mothers Day morning at very reasonable prices. I bought 2 beautiful plants and the guy even threw in 2 mini balloons for free!

Beth's Flowers did an amazing job in creating everything for our daughter's NOLA wedding in Early April. Sue worked with us from beginning to end and was professional, responsive, and a genius in creating just the perfect arrangements that went with the southern-gatsby theme. The church alter arrangements were exactly the right size and combination to compliment the historic church.

The bouquets, boutonnieres, and reception arrangements were stunning. They also made the most beautiful cascading sprays to trickle down the four tiered cake. Everything was truly beautiful. We highly recommend Beth's Flowers for your event, with no hesitation! The comments from so many guests were all positive and appreciative for the "wow" arrangements at the reception, in particular.

Our florist cancelled three weeks before our son and future daughter in laws wedding. Beth's florist was wonderful! They agreed to take our rehearsal dinner and the wedding three weeks prior to the big day! Very helpful, easy to work with and I can't wait to see the end result! Thanks to this fabulous florist!

Very poor service. I wanted to surprise my Wife for Valentines and ordered a dozen roses, teddy bear and balloons to be delivered at her job. I paid for the express delivery service and received partial arrangements of the order. She received the roses at 12pm and the teddy bear at 5pm. I talked to the owner and he "offered" to give me a full refund if I'd call him the next day. Well, this guy was so rude and said " I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU A REFUND" complete night and day kind of guy with bad memory nevertheless. very poor service.

My wedding flowers were absolutely perfect! Everything I wanted and more. You cannot go wrong with Beth's Flowers! The staff was also amazing, they setup everything beautifully! Thanks for making my day so special and perfect.

Received the most beautiful flowers for my Birthday from my husband! Beth's Flowers is the absolute best florist on both the Southshore and Northshore!

I don't usually post a review unless I have a really positive experience or really negative experience. In this case it was really negative. I ordered 3 dozen roses and they were delivered and looked messy and poorly arranged. I called the number and the owner was incredibly rude when I politely explained I was not happy with the flowers and If they can rearrange them (because what's the point of buying expensive flowers and then arranging them yourself?!) She hung up the first time and then the second time said she's been designing flowers for 20 years.

She was unprofessional and kept trying to get off the phone instead of resolving the issue. Told me she will have someone come pick them up, rearrange, and then drop them off later. I get a call from a man 30 mins later and said they gave me a refund and will not be bringing back any flowers, which is not what the owner said to me on the phone. The guy on the phone was just as rude.

I've honestly never experienced such poor customer service from a business that is centered around love and is supposed to bring happiness. I would highly encourage you to use another florist because if they mess up your order, they will not fix the problem and you could be left without flowers on your wedding day or special occasion! Sue, Gina, Nicole, Kathleen and her team from Beth's Flowers New Orleans Florist & Wedding Planners is one of the most well oiled machines that I've ever worked with. We shopped around for multiple wedding planners to help us with our destination wedding and they were the obvious and clear choice - they're direct and they get the job done. Sue and her team were more than accommodating when we had to move our wedding, coordinating with dozens of vendors without complaint, and throughout our wedding weekend, executing everything seamlessly so we didn't have a single worry.

A lot of people told me leading up to my wedding that the whole day would be one big blur. Sue and her team had everything planned and handled so perfectly that I was able to feel and experience every moment of the day. Looking back it feels like a dream, not a blur. I'm saddened that our working relationship is over, it was truly a pleasure working with all of them and will miss exchanging with them on a regular basis. I highly recommend this group of outstanding people and professionals for any upcoming special event or occasion.

I came in to get a bouquet of roses for my wife. I wanted either 6 or 12 roses. The lady asked me if I wanted them in a vase or just wrapped in paper. I said wrapped in paper because my wife already has a lot of vases. They said they couldn't accommodate me because they were out of roses and flowers. I was better off waiting until I got back to Gulfport instead of fighting traffic to come here.

The team here was amazing! We used them for our wedding bouquets, cake, and some decor. We were originally scheduled for 2020, and they rescheduled with no problems. Made slight adjustments to my contract after. They always were very responsive to emails and the final result was better than anything I could have ever imagined! Great reasonable pricing as well.

Amazing florist made the perfect flower crown for me and flower dog collar for my dog! Super easy and reasonably priced. So glad I went to them!

Where do I begin!? Everything was fantastic! If you're looking for the BEST wedding planner for a true New Orleans wedding, Sue is your girl. Sue exceeded all expectations, blew the entire thing out of the park. It wasn't just a wedding, we did a 60 person Amazing Race, which took place of the rehearsal dinner (ask Sue to do it! Best event I've ever been a part of, aside from the wedding).

Sue did a 10/10 job and made our lives so easy, all while battling tons of adversity, Sue should be your wedding planner, seriously, look no further. Thank you for all that you've done for us Sue!

I wanted to thank you for my wedding flowers, it was absolutely beautiful. However I have a few complaints I wanted to mention. My bouquet had 20 black magic flowers when I only told you 5 flowers, I didn't not want a big bouquet at all. I remember you mention that the lanterns you buy them not that I had to return which is okay, just wish you'd have said that before hand. When my father in law brought back the lanterns. y'all were very rude to him. Please be nice to your costumers. Let them know what the real contract is.

I went here looking to purchase a peace lily plant for a funeral I was to attend. The gentleman that assisted me seemed as if he'd rather be doing something else. I wanted to ask more questions but just seemed like I was bothering him. I expected to see a nice tall floor plant with at least one flower in bloom, (as on their website) but no, I got a table top plant in a basket. Some purple ribbon attached. Wasn't even tied in a bow. Disappointed, need I say. And to say I went out of my way to physically go into their shop.

When I unexpectedly lost my grandmother 4 months before the wedding, Sue helped me decide how to honor her on our wedding day. I requested a single gardenia in my bouquet as it was her favorite flower. Well, I got that gardenia plus many, many more throughout arrangements at the venue! I cried when I saw our beautiful cake topped with gardenias. I highly recommend booking Sue as your wedding planner and using her business Beth's Flower for your florals. You will not regret it!
