Lisa was my consultant she was AMAZING and straight forward, because of her I was able to say yes to my dress! Out of all 4 dress shops I went to this one was the best experience I had! I highly recommend!

Last weekend, I went to Pearl's Place and had a fantastic time. I arranged a consultation for myself and six bridesmaids. We were all blown away by the atmosphere and level of care by Sasha. We found the exact perfect blue shade for my bridesmaid dresses!

This was the first time I went to a bridal shop to shop for a wedding dress. The place was spotless, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. If you have the chance to see Lisa, do it! She was a great help with the mother of the bride's dresses.

This bridal shop is very cute! When you enter, you're greeted with positive energy and a welcoming atmosphere. When I needed support, Sasha was the best consultant I've ever worked with. She is really kind and kind, and she truly cares about you!

When I went dress shopping for my wedding, I had a wonderful experience at Pearl's Place. Among those who came were my mom and my mom-in-law. Aside from their beauty, the outfits were also reasonably priced. I lucked out and found a designer gown that fits like a glove!

Pearl's Place's customer service is exceptional, and I would give them even more stars if I could. I had a wonderful time at all of my visits, fits, and changes! Sasha was quick to respond to calls and emails.

Lisa was my consultant. Awesome at her job, very helpful, was very knowledgeable and envisioned what I envisioned for myself. Was honest in her opinions of what looked or did not look good on me. She helped me find my perfect dress for what will be a perfect day. Thank you so much Lisa and thank you Pearl's.

The worst experience I've ever had, coming in as a bride with my bridal party. I called weeks in advance and spoke to someone, going down the list of style numbers I had for a specific line of dresses and was informed they had all in stock in sample sizes. I made my appointment online and listed in the comment all of those dresses to be pulled for the appointment.

When we got there, we were told to sign in and left standing. Once we finally had to walk and get someone to help us, they did not have the dresses pulled and I had to write them down for someone to assist us. They were able to locate four of the six dresses, and continued to tell me that they did not have them or could not find them. Or maybe, they were just trickling in.

I had to sit in the dressing room and help each one of my bridesmaids put on the dresses, because we had no employee help us. They didn't assist in pinning dresses, nor did they offer to measure any of my bridal party. We literally got up and walked out to leave, and not a single person noticed. During the entire time we waited for the dresses to be pulled, Numerous brides came in as walk-ins requesting their dress be polled so they could show a family member.

Everyone was assisted but us. So today, they lost over $1,000 in sales for their lack of preparation and treatment to myself and my bridal party. I will NEVER come back here.

Wasn't greeted when I walked through the door when I asked about my appointment the lady had through away the paper with my name on it. She was very rude she had already took another Customer and apologized to them even though I was the next in line for appointment. I will NEVER spend a dime here even though the lady that took over was very nice and I tipped her well.

I found the dress I loved but purchased it from BLISS BOUTIQUE in Slidell. Just because we have different skin color it doesn't mean we are poor. Please remember that. All money is green

Every person in the store was extremely friendly and helpful! Danny was my stylist and he didn't rush me. He was extremely friendly and outgoing! I definitely recommend everyone to go there. Their dresses are beautiful and I felt like I was being catered to!

This place does not even deserve a single star. The people that work here are so rude it is unbelievable! Plus the prices are on the high side. I have had to buy from them several times as a bridesmaid and every single time they have been horrendous to deal with. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and regret it so much. I would never choose this place if it was up to me. Save yourself from the rudeness!

I ordered a dress in February for my wedding. It wasn't a "wedding dress". Since it is a second marriage, it was a formal gown from Mon Cheri. I also paid $80.00 extra to have it early. It was supposed to be here between April 15th and the 20th. Well there was no dress. I was told May 1st that it would be there within the week, but they didn't know when.

Since I am short and always need alterations, I was in a panic a week before my wedding. I bought a rack dress on Saturday evening and brought it for alteration. I was then called Tuesday to say the dress had come into the store. I cannot tell you the amount of stress and anxiety this shop has caused me during what should be one of the best times in my life.

If you feel that you need to go here, do so knowing that they don't care about their customers once they pay. The Mgr. Told me that he was on them to check on my dress April 1st. They obviously didn't care. I hope know one else has to go through this before their wedding!

Lisa did a great job helping my future daughter in law find the perfect dress. The business handled to covid protocols beautifully and we all felt safe as she said yes to the dress!

Mrs. Kim was amazing! She made me feel very welcomed and she was hilarious. I found the perfect dress within an hr and was super excited.

I had the most wonderful time here and it had absolutely everything to do with my wonderful sales associate Sasha. She picked out my dream dress in her first trip. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and so great with my grandmother. It was a little crowded but was organized enough that you felt like you had your space. 10 out of 10. Sasha is highly recommended!

My "tip" was removed from a review I'd done a couple of years back. The service was so horrendous that I felt compelled to write an official review. I spent $650 with alterations on a ball gown that did not fit properly after 2 fittings. The gown was purchased approximately 6 weeks before the event and I was promised my gown would be altered in time.

The day of the event comes and my gown is still not ready. Luckily, I did receive the dress hours before my event. The bust was too large, you could see the cups they put in that was supposed to push my bust area up. The waist was also too big. I would never purchase another gown from here. Do yourself a favor and pass this place on by.

This was the most awesome dress shopping experience! Kim was the best, all the staff is very sweet, and the dress selection is out of this world. It is such a best building as well. I will always recommend Pearls Place!

So happy I decided to make Pearl's one of my three wedding dress shopping stops! I was assisted by Lisa. We discussed my budget and I showed her what I envisioned myself in. She brought me plenty of options that were exactly what I was looking for. I had many favorites, but she helped us with the narrowing down process. I found THE dress and it was actually way under budget! Everyone at the store was very welcoming and helpful.

Pearl's Place was excellent. My salesperson, Lisa, was patient and kind. I came in with NO idea what I wanted (and in fact my idea of what I thought was way off from what worked well on me). I walked out with a beautiful dress that I absolutely love. She also respected my budget and called out my mom when she picked out ridiculously expensive dresses. Thank you!

This past Saturday, I visited Pearl's Place with my aunt who is the bride-to-be. We didn't have an appointment, but they were very happy to have us. They were pretty busy, but there was still a consultant available to help us. Not only were all of the other staff helpful and excited to help us, but our consultant, Sasha did her thang! Sasha was very personable and attentive.

She listened to what the bride-to-be said she liked and didn't like; and Sasha delivered. Sasha really knows her stuff. Go see Sasha at Pearl's Place in Metairie for all your bridal and formal gown needs.

I went to Pearl's after being told I needed an appointment at a bridal store a few blocks down. I saw the low rating so I wasn't very optimistic, but I ended up getting my wedding dress from Pearl's. Lisa was my consultant and I told her what "I thought" I wanted. She brought out dresses that I asked her for and other styles. I got a dress that I previously said I wouldn't get and had instant buyer's remorse. However, after stalking the dress online and I begin to like it a lot more.

Then when it came in, I began to really fall in love with it. I was married on a beach and everyone loved my dress! It fit perfect after minor alteration (done somewhere else) and I could not have been happier with my experience. They even steam pressed it for me the day before I was set to fly out. Thanks Lisa and Pearl's.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. It's an absolute horrible experience. The staff is rude, the dressing rooms are the size of a public restroom, it smells like a thrift shop and you are not allowed to take a picture of anything. Let me repeat that one more time. You ARE NOT allowed to take a picture of anything. If you take your phone out and try, a member of the staff will damn near tackle you. Do not shop here.
