AA Executive Catering. was set up in Canton, Ohio in 1979. Under the leadership of owner Michael Kazes, we currently have a 27 year tradition of delivering the best food and service to execute worry-free event planning for our customers. In 1999, A.A. Executive Catering.'s Executive Event Center opened its doors to the public as the premiere location for events happening in Canton.

18 bucks a plate for lettuce and grape tomatoes (with a few slices of cucumber in the entire buffet bowl), cold, dry and chewy gluten free pasta (the other rigatoni was tossed with oil. This wasn't ) tepid Marinara, rock hard breadsticks ( not sure if they were supposed to be like that? ), and not enough cake for each attendee ( it's not like some people were greedy and took two - there just wasn't enough ) styrofoam plates, cheap plastic cups, and plastic utensils. They sure made a profit off my plate. There were meatballs, but I don't eat meat. The carpet near the restrooms was old and stained. Dude.

AA Executive Catering provided our wedding food (buffet style) and bar service. Our wedding was at an off-site location, and they ABSOLUTELY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. Multiple guests told us this was the best wedding food they've EVER had - and we have picky friends. They made our signature drink EVEN BETTER than the original bar we tasted our drink at.
Everything ran so smoothy. Erika Mack the coordinator was delightful to work with and all of their staff was absolutely amazing. Choosing a catering service is an anxiety-inducing step in the wedding planning process and I think we snagged the absolute best possible vendor we could. We received several quotes from other caterers that wanted a ridiculous amount of money or even tried to make us feel our budget would never allow us to achieve the type of wedding food we were looking for. AA Executive worked with us every step of the way and did not stop working with us until everything was perfect!

We had a very bad experience with AA Executive Catering. 10 days prior to our reception I ordered and paid online for 5 pans of Macaroni and Cheese to be picked up (the website says 72 hour notice). When our friend went to pick it up an hour before the reception they were closed. Someone was there but said they were returning from an event and had no other orders.
Meanwhile not knowing what to do while our guests are waiting to eat we had to order Mac N Cheese and pay more at another restaurant who got it done in 45 minutes when we told them the story (life saver). I called the next day, the manager wouldn't even talk to me about it, she said the owner was in. He asked me for proof of my purchase and if I can email him the confirmation, didn't even attempt to look it up like he didn't believe me.
I was still at our hotel and not able to send him anything until the next day, however within 2 hours he calls me to say he found our order and he'll issue a refund. He said a simple sorry and he doesn't know why our order wasn't filled. Never an I'm sorry for your guests having to wait, or you being inconvenienced during your wedding of having to find another caterer. Or even the fact that we had to pay over $100 more somewhere else. I'm glad we got our refund but will never use them ever again!

Mothers day breakfast was horrible! Very expensive for quality of food. Food was cold.all of it! Prime rib had a big pool of blood at cutting station. Was distgusting. Omlet station was dirty and ingredients all over the table. Omlet chefs crosssed contaminated the items for the omlets. Pray no one is allergic to any items! For price servers should be serving your drinks.not having the guest get them themselves. Pop was in 2 liter bottles on a table. Dishes were not being cleared. Not a good time!

DO NOT USE "AA EXECUTIVE CATERING" ever. The owner is a heartless rip off artist. They are located at 5211 Tuscarawas St W, Canton, OH 44708. They have taken $1,500.00 from us which includes a $500 deposit. I do not and never expected the deposit back but is refusing to refund the additional $1,000.00. My fiance and I both lost our jobs recently and we're unable to pay for the rest of the wedding.
The only way to keep our wedding going is by losing the catering. We were fine with losing the deposit but to not refund the additional money that we paid to them in good faith prior to us losing our jobs is ridiculous. We weren't even using there location so they were more than able to book other occasions at there location. They were out absolutely no money, yet the owner will not return our additional $1,000.00.
I understand you run a business but to hold out $1,000.00 from an unemployed family with 4 kids is ridiculous and bad business. I am going to post this anywhere I can and everywhere for all to see. If anyone knows any way we can go about getting our money back please let us know.
